Adding field to Table Control using screen exit

Hi Folks,
I have a requirement of adding a field in Table control of Standard SAP transaction also updating the same in standard SAP database table.
The field is also not existing in the table, it is also added to the table using Append Structure.
Will this be possible using some Screen Exit?

Hi Punit,
There are various screen user exits(QQMA0001,QQMA0008,QQMA0010,
QQMA0011,QQMA0012) available for this transaction but all are related to adding a subscreen.So, I am not very sure whether we can modify a table control for this transaction. So, If possible if u r requirement still can be acheived with creation of a subscreen then it would do only if the exits which were mentioned above belongs to u r main screen..

   I have to add field to the txn QM02. User will specify the value for the custom field in this txn and the same should be updated in the database table.
   The field is not a std SAP field, it is added to the table using append structure.

Adding field in table control of standard transaction IW21 / IW22 / IW23

Hi ,
My requirement is to add a field in the table control in Transaction IW21/22/23 program SAPLIQS0 screen number 7334.
This screen is triggered when notification type is 'M4'.
Is it possible?
if yes , please throw some light on how to achieve it.

You can add additional fields to the details sub-screen (SAPLIQS0-5010) via user-exit QQMA0012 (User Subscreen for Additional Data on Activity)
But from memory the system will not add these to screen 7334

Passing data to table control in screen exit - IW33 (IWO000018)

Hi Experts,
I am stuck in middle of a screen exit. Request your kind help on this.
Requirement scenario: -
To add an additional tab named "Estimated Costs" in transaction IW31, IW32, IW33. This tab will include a table control with 4 columns: - Operation, operation short text, Estimated cost and Currency. Columns Operation and Operation short text should show all the operations from tab 'Operations' (that can be fetched from table AFVC based on Routing number of operation as fetched from view CAUFV).
Issue: -
Table control has 4 columns, 2 are non-editable,2 are editable. Data in the non-editable fields is passed correctly, whereas in I/O editable fields, entered data is not retained everytime PBO is called. I have modified the internal table in the PAI event.
Pointers in this direction are highly appreciated.

Table control in screen exit

hi all,
I am able to put a table control in subscreen of co11n using CONFPP07 exit.
but when i am trying to write pbo & pai events for the same in include ZXCOFZZZ of SAPLXCOF it is showing internal table is unkown or not declared.
how to proceed?

Declare the global exit data in the TOP include (global data) of the exit function group main program SAPLXCOF which contains an include (ZXCOFTOP in LXCOFTOP) for this.
Usually, there is an exit function to transfer data from calling program to exit function group program (here ZXCOFU23 in EXIT_SAPLCORU_S_100) and another to wrtie back (here ZXCOFU24 in EXIT_SAPLCORU_S_101), these functions must write and update data defined in this include, as will modules included in PBO/PAI of the screen exit (in ZXCOFZZZ).
- Define global data (controls, internal table, work area, etc) in ZXCOFTOP
- Move data from caller to global data in ZXCOFU23
- Define the flow logic in exit dynpro SAPLXCOF 090x
- Define modules in ZXCOFZZZ
- Move updated data from global data in ZXCOFU24

Adding fields in table control of infotype 0591

i want to add a column in table control of infotype 0591. i need to add age for every nominee.
i cant edit standard sap mp prog. so i thouhgt of copying it into zprogram, and now i have to assign it to that standard infotype so that this infotype will trigger my zmp program.
any suggestions on this?

Custom Field using screen exits CS01/CS02/CS03

Dear Experts,
I am using Screen exits to add some text description in CS01/CS02/CS03, my requirement is to add a field 'Product Appearance' with multiple lines for the material description. For this I have created customer field 'ZTEXT1' and appended it to STKO table. Now in screen painter(SE51) i need to add 3-4 lines of type stko-ztext1 because the product desc is of size 300-400 character.
I am not able to create 3-4 lines of type stko-ztext1. Can u plz suggest how can i add 3-4 lines of type stko-ztext1 in SE51.
I am able to create a blank field in SE51 using Edit->Grouping->Step Loop->Define, but while activating it is giving error as "Input/Outpt field STKO-ZTEXT1 and key word are not in the same screen".
Plz suggest.

Dynamicaly setting SCREEN-INPUT field in TABLE CONTROL

hai guys,
in my table control i have REFNUM field and some other fields.
now my task is,
in every row,i have to enable the REFNUM field of table control for editing only if REFNUM is blank.
else i shud disable it.(when REFNUM is filled).
all other fields should be always disabled.
(right now,i am just able to either totaly enable the entire REFNUM coloumn or or totaly disable it for editing,irrespective of the values it is holding.)

Table updation using function exit in CC01

In CC01 transaction , Using screen exit i have provided a field for input in the screen . the fields added are in the table AENR .
But when I Save the transaction, the customised fields are cleared.
How do I get these fields to be updated in the table ?
How to use the function exit(provided with the screen exit) in order to update the fields in the table .

Infact you have to create it:
- Trx SE11 show table AENR
- Go to the end of the structure of AENR you should see the structure CI_AENR, do a doubleclick and create it;
- After creating it, insert your new fields
In enhancement:
- Create the screen 100 using structure AENR
- You have to implement 2 user-exit:
1) To import the data from std to screen-exit
EXIT_SAPMC29C_001
Here insert the code:
MOVE USERDATA TO AENR
2) To export the data from screen-exit to std program:
EXIT_SAPMC29C_002
Here insert the code:
MOVE AENR TO USERDATA.

To Disble the Field in Table Control after clicking Save button

I have a requirement as follows. i need to disable one field in the table control after clicking save button. i tried with SCREEN elements but it disabling whole the table control but i need to disable that particular one record only in the table control. i found Structure CXTAB_COLUMN in documentaion. it has the properties like invisible. can any body tell how can we disble that particular field in table control only for the one record. and how can we use CXTAB_COLUMN.

How to implement line selectability for a table control using table Wizard?

Hello SDN Community,
I have created a table control using the Table Wizard. I found my exact question in this forum, but unfortunately it had not been andsered. While I cannot paste a screen-print into this plane-text area, here are the steps I followed...
1) SE51
2) Create new screen 0100
3) Click Layout button
4) Clidk Table Control (with Wizard) and draw box on canvas.
5) Step is "Start" - click Continue
6) Step is "Name of Table Control" - provided name
7) Step is "Table Name" - provided name of dictionary table (AUFK)
8) Step is "Definition of Columns" - selected order numver and order text
9) Step is "Table Control Attributes" - Line Selectability is in display mode - cannot set it.
I would like to have a selectability column for my table. Would appreciate any insight into how to do this.

This is a puzzling...
For the table control wizard, in the Table Control Attributes step, I was able to get line selectability to open up by declaring a char01 data element at the beginning of my type.
The puzzling is in regards to the "Selection col. fld" entry field.
If I leave it blank and try to go to the next step, I get message "Enter the name of the selection column if you are using a program table"
So it looked like it wanted to know the name of my selection column. So I type in "CHAR1". and got the message "The field "CHAR1" for the selection column is already contained in the table."
Hmmmmm.... don't understand............

If you want to disable the row then you can use
in pbo module create a module in side loop,
loop at itab with control tc.
module change_screen.
endloop.
in module,,,,,
loop at screen.
if condition.
screen-input = 0.
modify screen.
endif.
endloop.

Search help in table control using attributes window in layout

Hi.
I am trying to use search help for my table control fields. the table control basically displays product details.
I have a name field, description field and price field. I have named my field to match the the structure of my search help (stProducts-name, stProducts-description and stProducts-price respectfully). then for each i entered shProducts (my search help) in the search help field.
However, upon running the program, in the name, description and price field, by clicking f4 the name of the product is displayed in the field irrespective to which column I am selecting. Also the values in the other fields are not affected.
Any help would be appreciated

To add a custom field in table control in transaction me21n and me22n

I have a requirement to add a field in the table control at the time of creation of PO (ME21N). I enhansed the structure MEPO1211, but it is not appearing in the transaction. What should i do in order to bring that field in table control.
I implemented badis ME_GUI_PO_CUST and ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST by seeing some forum results.But i didnt get how to implement...
Please help me in this regard how to follow the steps and if possible please provide a sample code.

Suppose in the there are three tabs BADI customer1, BADI customer2 and BADI customer3 at item level.
Say:
On BADI customer1 there are three fields FIELD1, FIELD2 and FIELD3.
On BADI customer2 there are two fields FIELD4 and FIELD5.
On BADI customer3 there are three fields FIELD6, FIELD7 and FIELD8.
Then the fields have to be added to EKPO (or requisite custom table as the need may be) and also fields are also to be added to custom structures.
Create a Structure ZSTRUCTURE1 which will contain the three fields FIELD1, FIELD2 and FIELD3.
Create another Structure ZSTRUCTURE2 which will contain the two fields FIELD4 and FIELD5.
Create another Structure ZSTRUCTURE2 which will contain the three fields FIELD6, FIELD7 and FIELD8.
The Structure STRUCTURE1 has to be passed for tab BADI customer1, the Structure STRUCTURE2 has to be passed for tab BADI customer2 and the Structure STRUCTURE3 has to be passed for tab BADI customer3.
Each custom tab/screen should have its own structure to handle the screen fields, but the screen field data has to be transfered to and from EKPO (or requisite custom table as the need may be) for database update/retrieve.
