ADOBE cs5 subscription

I was looking to upgrade from CS5. I hear that there is a new subscription service available. I was wondering if that subscription allows me to have access to cs5 on my desktop and on my mobile devices. If so how many computers and devices and I use this service with? Also I used to get a discount being an "Educator". Does Adobe still offer this?

CS5 is from LONG before the current Cloud subscription model... for CS5 you will have install media (disc you purchased or file you downloaded) and a serial number... which allows you to install/activate on 2 computers (same as with the Cloud)

    Hi,
    I was wondering if someone could help me!
    I'm trying to purchase a monthly subscription for Photoshop CS5. According to the FAQ, this should be available in my country (Malta). However, when I try to check out the product and I'm asked to log in with my Adobe ID, I get the following message:
    "The account using [my email address] was registered for Malta. Please sign in using an existing account for this country, or create a new account."
    I have tried to create a new account with no success.
    I don't understand. I thought this was available in my country? Has anyone had similar error messages before? I tried googling with no success

  • Adobe Photoshop CS5 Subscription Failure

    Hi there.
    I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS5 on my laptop and every time, after installing the product and entering the serial number, the process fails and tells me 'We are unable to start your subscription for Adobe Photoshop CS5 Subscription Edition.'
    It then asks me to relaunch the product and do the installation process again. I have tried this numerous times and it keeps saying the same thing.
    Please help!

  • Upgrade to CC from CS5 Suite--also have Adobe Muse subscription and web hosting

    I have the complete Adobe CS5 suite, and I also have an Adobe Muse subscription ($14.99 a month for that). The Muse subscription ends in November.
    If I upgrade to CC at the discounted rate that is valid until 7/31/2013, will my $14.99 a month bill for Adobe Muse automatically be stopped--as the CC membership includes Adobe Muse and the Business Catalyst web site hosting (as far as I can tell)?

  • Invalid Serial number for Adobe CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection

    I bought a macbook pro off of Kijiji the other year and it came with the Adobe CS5 Creative Suite Master Collection. Just the other month I upgraded my system to OS X Yosemite and now every time I try to open my products, it asks for the serial number which, when entered is said to be invalid. Also, I don't have much information about the Adobe Products because the guy I bought it from didn't send the information with my computer. Can anybody help!

  • Cannot activate CS5 subscription edition

    I have installed CS5 subscription edition on my computer and then used the 30 day free trial.  That has now run out, so I have been trying to activate my program  now using my serial number, but I keep on getting the message "Activation failed...we are unable to activate your product at this time"
    I have tried asking for help on Adobe support, but have not had an answer, and I have spent over an hour waiting on hold on the phone, and haven't been able to speak with anyone.  Can someone please help me as to what I am doing wrong?  I urgently need to get my program up and running.

    Don't get your hopes up. Here's what you got to look forward to.
    1) OCT 14th ---I tried to renew my subscription after using CS5 for 4 months----Adobe led me through the signup again.
              I had to put in all my details including credit card in. I recieved and email with a NEW CS4 password. Adobe thought I was someone else.
    2) CS5 programs were asking for the password ---CS4 password does not word because it has letters in it and CS5 only takes numbers
    3) I emailed esellerate asking for the password -----no response
    4) I emailed adobe support asking for password  -----no response
    5) Phoned Adobe support - 25 mins later someone from the phillipines answered and couldn't understand what I was talking about . I spent almost an hour in total just trying to get the guy to understand what was wrong -----It's pretty hard to misunderstand ---"Wheres my CS5 subscription password" he told me he would 'ESCELLATE' it to smarter guys and they would send me an email.
    6) After waiting for almost a week for an email, I phoned again, only to be told they will have to 'escalat'e it again. I asked asked 5 times in 5 different ways for a time line on the response. He didn't give me one --another 52mins down the drain.
    7) a few days later I got an automated response asking for a screen shot of my problem. I emailed back a rather abusive letter asking for either --- a password or --- a cancelled subscription.
    8) tonight - NOV 16th 11.30pm ----another 3 days went by, and low and behold they tell me they have patch the CS5 password to the CS4 password account and it should be fixed. I find it hard to believe you can patch something that doesn't exist to something else, so I did the next best thing and tried the old CS5 password and surprise of all suprises......... it did'nt work.
    9) also tonight NOV 16th 11.33pm ----sent screen capture of the password message with another abusive and now derogatory letter asking for the cancellation of my subscription and my money back.
    So I hope your business isn't insolvent by the time you get to sort your stuff out.

    Ok so I downloaded the most current installer CS5.1, My previous installer was version 5.0. It did install fine fully updated to my license version. I just wanted to update in case anyone in the future has a similiar experience. Too bad this advice was not offered by the "experts" here.

    We would need to cancel one of the subscriptions and then you could sign up again using another ID.

    There are known technical issues with any older version on Yosemite, even CS6. Some can be worked out, others may not be relevant to you, some will remain unsolved.

    I have Adobe CS5.1 Design Suite registered to my PC, however I now have a laptop (as does most people) that I would also like to be able to use the software on without having to purchase and entire new Suite.  As I am a single user but have 2 devices, can I load the  same Adobe suite onto my laptop? and if yes how can I find the registration number? do I need a different/new one?     You can install CS5 on two different devices. You'll probably have to have some proof that you bought the product since you can't remember the serial number and didn't register the product. Contact web support:

    installing adobe cs5.5 on windows vista, bootstrapper error, missing installation files, adobe cleaner ran, but doesn't recognize cs5 installation. removed anti virus package(s), no effect. removed an problematic adobe reader X, no effect. adobe clean up tool was also used to clean up CS3 installation, log created for that, but that shouldn't be an issue regarding a new CS5.5 install. I continue to receive the same error message regardless... bootstrapper, missing installation files, anyone know what possibly could be wrong?

    if eliminate all those things as issues:
    1.  were your installation files downloaded?
    2.  is there more than one installation file?
    3.  are your installation files on your desktop or in a directory on your desktop?
