See above ...I can log on to Adobe on my iPad with ID and password but when I try to click on Adobe Viewer App on my iPad I am asked to Sign In with my Adobe ID and password...when I enter exactly as I did on my iMac I get Authentication Failed?? Any one have this issue?

Im trying to update my apps and it wont let me. When i clicked on an app to update it or to download a free app it says "sign in required, tap continue and sign in to view your billing information" when i did it says "you must verify your payment info before you can makes purchases" then "security code is invalid" when the security code is valid. how do i access the data stored on my time capsule? for example, if i try to view a photo, i get the option to "view with iphoto" but when i click on "view with iphoto" nothing happens. i'm having similar trouble openning up movies, music, etc. it appears as though the files exist / saved on the time capsule (because i can see how much storage they consume), but i can't open them. thanks!
Unfortunately, Apple removed the feature to "browse backups" in Time Machine backups of iPhoto a few years ago.
You have to restore the entire iPhoto library to a separate location to be able to "see" it, and then choose the specific images that you want use.

Recently I have noticed that when I click on the App Store on my iPad it defaults to "games" at the top of the screen and I can't see any new apps? Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the App Store app and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

Battery , time , signal strength bar is not getting displayed in home screen , these will be displayed only when i click on any app. Can u let me know the setting change ?
Did you check the Zoom setting?
Have you tried a reset (reboot)? Hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears.
If it isn't Zoom and a reboot doesn't help try Settings/General/Reset - Reset all settings -

I-photo: I used 2 cameras to take pictures on a trip --- i have put the pictures from both cameras into an album --- when i click on view and then sort by date, the pictures do not sort by date --- any ideas on how to get the pics sorted by date?
Select all the photos that you need to change, then click the "Photos" menu and choose "Adjust Date and Time".
If you add a year, it will adjust all the photos that you selected by adding a year (so if you accidentally select one of the photos that already has "2012", that will change to "2013"). -
I have Windows 7 and just recently experienced a problem with itunes freezing up when I clicked on the "apps" tab which shows the apps that are loaded on my phone. Everything else in the itunes software seems to be working okay. The problem is in the part where you sync the newly purchased apps. The apps will all be blank that are downloaded and that part of the software crashes itunes or freezes up. I can get out of itunes okay after the freeze up, but it just stops me from syncing anything that I have newly added. If anyone has had this problem before or knows someone that has, please let me know how I can fix it. I have uninstalled and reloaded itunes 4 or 5 times, but the problem is still there. I might add that I have been using itunes and purchasing apps for 2 to 3 years without any problems. HELP.

My iPod touch 4G 8GB, lets me download apps on iTunes, but when I go to my iPod, and then apps, the entire selection is grey and won't let me click my new apps to add to my iPod. Usually I just restore my ipod and re-download everything, but thats time consuming, and after I unplug my ipod from the cord connected to my computer, I can replug it right after and this will pop up again. I'm getting tired of doing this.
Like I said, it will let me download the apps off iTune, just when I come to my apps page on my ipod, it won't let me add it to my iPod. I can't download it straight from my ipod either, but iTunes doesn't work on my ipod, and when I update my apps, when they're in waiting they never move. What can I do?I would say that you are not connected to the iTunes library you last synced with. You can only sync with one iTunes library. If you connect the iPod to another computer/another iTunes library then you get what you see.
You can only manually manage music and videos among different libraries, not apps. -
