I have purchased on line Adobe ExportPDF, Annual and it has failed to download to our iMac O S X as a novice I would appreciate some advise, ( shocked at the cost of this product so cannot afford to have it sitting there not in use)

Can you provide a little more detail, maybe a screenshot? ExportPDF only converts PDFs to other file types, what exactly are you using to try to fill out the form? The two Adobe form filling tools I would recommend would be:
1) Adobe Reader - a free download you can install on your computer and can be used to fill out most any form. For numbers, symbols etc it can depend on the field you are entering data into, some fields have restrictions, but you would use those keys on your keyboard, if nothing is entered then that field probably has restrictions.
2) Adobe Fill & Sign: https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign - using the Fill & Sign tab on the acrobat.com website you can fill out most PDFs. To enter numbers, symbols, etc you would simply add them using your keyboard.

Problem with adobe exportPDF situation

I was going through my e-mails, when I accessed my bank e-mail to copy my starement, there was a adobe window telling my I need to convert my PDF file to a Work file, every time I tried to do it , it would bring up a window that told me "cannot convert it because it's password protected.
So I clcked on another box that said something about adobe export pdf help, it brought up a page with different subscription's to adobe exportPDF so I picked the annual one for $ 23.88
Then when I went back to access my bank statement and did the same as above I still could not access the statement, I don't know if I was suppost to download something or what, it did not give me a download option.
I have tried to figure it out and I'm totally exaperated because I can't figure out how to fix this so I can access and print my bank statement,
I can't find a phone number anywhere to call you all and get help with this, and your help sights are no help because they don' t address
the problem I'm having.

Because Adobe ExportPDF is an online service, there is nothing to download. You just need to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
You can also access the service via Adobe Reader; if you don't have that installed, you can download it from http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Unable to re-install Adobe ExportPDF

I bought Adobe ExportPDF. When I installed it, it caused a lot of problems on my laptop so I had to delete the download - which instantly fixed everything. Then I sorted out my laptop so that the product wouldn't cause any problems but I can't re-install it. Does anyone know how I can do this? Cheers.

Cancel/Return Adobe ExportPDF Annual

I just bought Adobe ExportPDF Annual and it is not what I thought it was. I do not want it and want to cancel the order. I cannot find anwhere to contact anybody. Getting so frustrated! It says I can cancel it on my Welcome Email, but it wants a serial number, which I cannot find anywhere. I bought it as a download, so not sure where to get the serial number at.

Hi, Tom.
You can access ExportPDF from your computer more quickly in three ways:
You can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Application. More info is here. With this application, you can drag PDF files onto a desktop icon and have those converted to Office files. (If you subscribe to the CreatePDF service, this application will also allow you to create PDF files.)
You can download and install the newest Adobe Reader and access the service using Reader's Tools Pane on right. Then, any time you have PDF open in Reader, you can (with a couple of clicks) convert that PDF to an Office file.
You can drag the webpage icon from your browser to your desktop. This will create a shortcut to the ExportPDF website on your desktop. Here are some instructions for doing that using Internet Explorer or Firefox.

why is it limiting me to only a few at a time. I am trying to create a document that i can print from my gmail. I have word 2003, is that an issue

Adobe ExportPDF will only allow you to convert one PDF file at a time.
If you're receiving PDF file attachments through Gmail, you could open and print these file attachments using Adobe Reader X.
If you need to convert your PDF files to documents usable in Word 2003, you have two choices:
      1) Select 'Microsoft Word 97-2003 Document (.doc) from the 'Export PDF file to:' drop-down box in the ExportPDF service
       or
      2) Download and install the Microsoft Office compatibility pack which allows Office 2003 to open Office 2007 and later formats (.docx, .xlsx, etc.).

By not working I mean when I goto tools sign in, select a document to convert and select that I would like to convert it to a word file or any other type of file and then click on the button labled "convert" the box goes gray and a wheel spins round and round but it never comes back with a file for me to download and open. Other than canceling my subscription and looking for another program to convert PDF files to word files what can I do? I did a search on this error code (c0000005) and there seems to be a workaround but no solutions, why is this? I ask that because this problem seems to be years and years old, going back to at least 2005 (do the math that is 10 years).
I don't even have the Camera hooked up and I get this error on download. I redownloaded everything and reinstalled. I allso saw the AVI issues reported with this proble so i updated Quicktime though without the camera being hooked up when I get this error I didn't expect that to work. I tried support and they wouldn't help because I bought it in March this year. Pretty frustrating as I have re-purchased Elements about every 2 years. I think I might need a new CODEC? I had this problem on an Earlier version And I seem to remember that being the Fix but this may be something completely different

I finally found that it was missing a picture so the Catalog was "corrupted". I just deleted the picture and it started working.
I hate Adobe and their total lack of support - thanks for nothing Adobe . Also get this - they offered me to upgrade to 13.0 ( My 12.0 is only 6 months old but they still don't support it on errors. Only install errors!

I just tried the link and it is just fine. If the GateKeeper pops up then open Security & Privacy preferences, click on the General tab, set the last radio button to Anywhere.
