Adobe Student and Teacher Editon - Seriennummer beantragen

Question

Beim Beantragen der Seriennummer einer "Adobe Student and Teacher Editon" für Photoshop&Premiere Elements 13 erhalte ich immer wieder die folgende Fehlermeldung auf dem Bildschirm: 413  Header Length too Large. Das Formular wurde korrekt und vollständig ausgefüllt und auch der Berechtigungsnachweis wurde hochgeladen. Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Vielen Dank!

I get the impression that the 'Expert Chat' option is the texting equivalent of the archetypal off-shore telephone help service, except that as the person at the other end does not need to speak on the telephone, their English is even worse.   In fact I wonder if they speak English at all, and that your questions go via Google Translate to change your question into something _they_ understand.   They then have to feed that into an expert system database which……….   eventually, coughs out a completely irrelevant answer.
End user: “Can I transfer my Student Teacher single license to another person?”
