After setting server time back agent(10g) no longer works.

Question

Hello,
I have an Agent on HPUX itainium 10.2.0.4 this is our SIT box and everything was working fine until this morning when as part of their system testing they had to put the sever date back to 10-01-2007. From this point on the Agent will no longer start.

Looking at the trace files I see the following.

I have tried killing all the processe associated with the agent and restarting the agent with no luck.
