Agent real time display not ready time is inaccurate

Agent Not Ready Detail in Webview-Agent Realtime Reports in CAD.
I am looking at the agent: Agent Not Ready Detail Report in Webview and comparing this to the Agent Real Rime Display in CAD. If I manually add the Not Ready times (state durations) from the agent ACD state log, they equate to the Cisco Web View agent report. However, the Total Not Ready column from the Agent Detail Display report in CAD does not sync up with either Webview or CAD. Its more than an hour off.
The Eastern managers are looking closely at these numbers now and one of the agents questioned the report in CAD today and brought this to a manager's attention. It is more than an hour off which is a big difference.
It was comparing the state duration for not ready from the ACD State Log Display (for example the 5 seconds at 10:15:04 in screen shot 1) to the total not ready time from the Agent Real Time Display Displays report (3:48:59 in screen shot 2). The total individual state durations of unavailable time from report #1 does not equal report #2 and I would think it should. If not explain why?
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent ACD State Log Display. If you add up all the Not Ready times and compare with webview, it matches. No problem here.
From CAD client > Real Time Displays > Agent Detail Display (this doesnt match up with webview report or the total Not Ready times in Agent ACD State Log Display).
We're looking to know either
1. How exactly the not ready state time is calculated
               OR
2. Where to find the information on how this is deteremined.
I appreaciate any response. Thank you.

Is it all agents or only one/some?
What does CSD show? Can you post a screenshot of the CSD main screen for a team?

  • UCCE v7.5 - Prevent Agent from going into Not-Ready on RONA

    Does any one know whther it is possible to prevent Agents using IP Phone Agent from going into Not-Ready once a call has been presented and the RONA timer has expired?
    My customer is fully aware of the implications of doing this. They are not using CAD or CTI-OS.
    Many thanks
    Freddie

    If you don't set the RNA timer in the agent desk settings, the agent will not be made not ready.
    Whoops: did not read carefully. You are using IP phone agent. Sorry, I don't know.

  • CTIOS agent goes in the Not Ready state randomly

    Hi all,
    It is a UCCE system version 7.0 with CTIOS Agent Desktop.
    I have one agent that is being put in the Not Ready state randomly and he can then re-put himself in the ready state.
    I have checked the following logfiles: ctios client, ctios server, cti server and I haven't found relevant information, all what I found was the timestamps when this agent was put in the Not Ready state.
    In the UCM pim logfile I found the below:
    9:38:59 pg1A-pim1 Trace: [  4608]CSTA CONNECTION CLEARED, TelephonyDriver::ConnectionCleared: SENT TO OPC
      CallID          = 39182119  DeviceID = 3942  DeviceType = Static
      ReleasingDevice = 3942
      LocalState      = NONE
      Cause           = EC_NONE
    Does the above mean that the connection from ICM to the agent phone has been lost and this caused the agent state to become Not Ready?
    Your help is highly appreciated.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
    can you also attach the above mentioned logfiles? We might be able to find something interesting in them. Thanks. G.

  • Time display not updating on Menu Bar

    I have a MacBook Pro 15" Retina laptop running OSX 10.8.3
    The time display on the menu bar doesn't update unless I click on it.
    Does anyone else have this problem?  Are there any solutions?  I have not been able to find any discussions about this.

    Thanks LexSchellings for your reply and help.  I have nominated a time zone and unchecked "set time zone automatically .." as you have suggested.  I still need to restart the machine then time will tell if this solves my problem!  (Pun intended ... sorry!)

    Are you inferring that there are multiple versions of the system software available (not firmware) for UK iPhones vs. US iPhones? If this is the case, this is a nightmare waiting to happen.
    Can you imagine a 3rd version of the software for Germany a 4th version of the software for France, etc., etc.

  • [Forum FAQ] Fixing scheduled task Next Run Time displaying as expired time plus days to delete

    Symptom:
    We used Task Scheduler to create a scheduled task. For example, we configured a daily task, starting from 3 AM 9/3/2014, recurring the task every 1 day, and set the expiration time as 3 AM 9/3/2015 (See Figure 1). Under
    Settings tab, we checked If the task is not scheduled to run again, delete if after:
    option, and set the value as 30 days (See Figure 2).
    However, in the Task Scheduler Library snap-in, we saw that the Next Run Time of the task is 3AM 10/3/2015, which equals expiration date plus days to delete (See Figure 3), but the right value should be 3 AM 9/2/2014 because the task has never been run.
    Figure 1
    Figure 2
    Figure 3
    Cause:
    This is a Task Scheduler interface displaying issue. Although the next run time that is displayed in the Task Schedule is incorrect, the trigger will be fired correctly.
    Solution:
    We can install the hotfix in the following KB article to fix the displaying issue, though the symptom in the article is different.
    An incorrect value for Next Run Time is displayed when you specify multiple triggers to schedule a task in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2495489
    After installing the hotfix, we need to restart computers to make it take effect.
    In this example, after installing the hotfix and restarting the computer, we see that the next run time of the task is displayed correctly in Task Scheduler (Figure 4).

    I am not running out of space, but I do have the same problem.  Every so often TM does a backup which is about 60 GB bigger than expected.   The  extra is always a new backup of /System /Applications /usr etc. - that is the 'system files'.
    The key thing is, as you have noticed:
    Examining the content of the latest backup, the one that did not fail, shows that some system directories, /Applications, /usr, and /bin are missing
    As a consequence the next backup is, in my case, 60 GB bigger because it includes all the system files.
    It is as if 'systemFilesExcluded' was turned on for the previous backup (the one that 'did not fail').  But I have looked in the .exclusions.plist for this backup and it is exactly the same as for other backups and does include:
            <key>systemFilesExcluded</key>
            <false/>
    It seems that TM is treating this as if <true/>.
    Like you, I have done a disk verify and it finds no errors.
    I think this must be a bug.  I have had this on four occassions since upgrading to Mountain Lion.  And it is doing a large one right now - I have caught it in the act!

  • How to get accumulated time field not actual time

    Hello-
    I have a field in a table as "time" however the time data is actually accumulated time over a period of a month not an actual time.  So for example.  We re reporting on Inbound and Outbound phone call duration per employee so we have:
    Inbound Duration:  71:45:52 (this is accumlated time, meaning 71 hrs, 45 min, 52 seconds) but when it is displayed in excel or crystal it shows as:
    1/2/1900 11:45:52 PM in excel.  I
    f you look at the format in excel it should be correct set in the number tab like:  custom [h]:mm:ss
    In the actual cell itself it shows the 71:45:52 but in the display that is where it shows the other 1/2/1900 11:45:52 PM
    11:45:52 in crystal since it's just a time field in the table
    Does anyone know how to correct this on either excel side or crystal?  We have our data in excel which we import into a table to use crystal reports on.
    thanks

    My formulas were assuming the data was coming in as a datetime value, as it was in your original post.  (Jason was typing his reply while I was typing mine...)  So, the formula with accumulation is (BASIC SYNTAX - make sure the formula editor has this selected, not Crystal Syntax):
    global secAccum as number
    dim sec as number
    dim min as number
    dim hr as number
    sec = DateDiff("s", CDateTime(1900,1,1,0,0,0), {csr_phones.duration})
    secAccum = secAccum + sec
    min = int(sec / 60)
    hr = int(min / 60)
    sec = sec - (min * 60)
    min = min - (hr * 60)
    formula = cstr(hr, "0") + ":" + cstr(min, "00") + ":" + cstr(sec,"00")
    And to show the accumulated seconds:
    WhilePrintingRecords
    global secAccum as number
    dim sec as number
    dim min as number
    dim hr as number
    sec = secAccum
    min = int(sec / 60)
    hr = int(min / 60)
    sec = sec - (min * 60)
    min = min - (hr * 60)
    formula = cstr(hr, "0") + ":" + cstr(min, "00") + ":" + cstr(sec,"00")

  • HttpProxyServlet - need run-time config NOT deploy-time

              HI,
              I've looked through a lot of the traffic and haven't seen
              anything along the lines of this question. I have a system
              which we compile and build and then start up in a specific
              mode (i.e. production, development etc). All of the config is
              done at application startup time (the config.xml file is dynamically generated).
              The problem is that when configuring the
              web.xml for the HttpProxyServlet we must enter in a URL for the
              redirect to go to. What I really want to do is along hte lines
              of entering in a property-name, the value of which will give me
              the URL, i.e. instead of:
              <servlet>
              <servlet-class>
              weblogic.t3.srvr.HttpProxyServlet
              </servlet-class>
              <init-param>
              <param-name>redirectURL</param-name>
              <param-value>http://myRedirectPort</param-value>
              </init-param>
              </servlet>
              I would like to do something like this :
              <servlet>
              <servlet-class>
              com.myapp.HttpProxyServlet
              </servlet-class>
              <init-param>
              <param-name>redirect-url-property-name</param-name>
              <param-value>
              my-prop-name.redirect-url
              </param-value>
              </init-param>
              </servlet>
              With the second one I would then pass in the property:
              -Dmy-prop-name.redirect-url=http://myRedirectPort
              Which would give me "run" (not deploy/build) time configuration
              of this URL.
              My question is:
              1. Has anyone done anything like this before ?
              2. Has anyone any knowledge/experience of subclassing the
              weblogic.t3.srvr.HttpProxyServlet ?
              3. Is there any way to do this type of thing in weblogic ?
              4. Would it be easier to write my own proxy servlet ?
              Any pointers to same appreciated.
              5. Is it programmatically easy/possible to register the
              HttpProxyServlet in my own hand written servlet.
              Any help very much appreciated.
              I have cross posted this because I think it is partly,
              environment, install based and partly servlet based.
              Thanks,
              Brian

    A) Error Messaging
    If the Enhanced DSC Run Time is required but you do not check it in the build spec I got the following errors on running the application:
    The messages are not informative at all.
    Can't this be handling automatically?
    Can't this get flagged earlier when you are building?

  • Time Capusle Not Taking Time Machine Back-ups

    Up until 2 weeks ago, I was able to let Time Machine do hourly back-ups to my Time Capsule, wirelessly. Now I am getting an error ("Time Machine Error -- The backup volume is read only....") or Time Machine spends hours (I let it go an entire day once) "preparing." I am still able to use Time Machine to back up to a separate hard drive without any trouble, so I doubt it is a software problem.
    Am I to assume that the Time Capsule is shot as a back up drive (it is still functioning in its role as wireless router, though it has been a bit unstable in that regard, too -- dropping out every now and then)? Can anyone help me trouble shoot this? Happy to provide any additional info you all think is relevant.
    Thanks, in advance.

    tsinsudbury wrote:
    I am probably doing something wrong, but here is what I can tell you...
    When I open Finder, I can see the Time Capsule as a shared device in the sidebar. In the next box over it shows up as a picture of the TC and shows me connected to it.
    Good!
    To see what would happen, I disconnected and tried "Connecting as.." The next panel asks for my name and password, but only has a place to enter the password. Only one password will work, and it is the one I use for access to the password protected wireless network.
    That's normal. As I said above "NOT your own username and password".
    Once I am reconnected, I am back where I started. I can click and drill into the disk, seeing the files I have copied to the TC, as well as the "Sparse Disk Image Bundle," which I assume is where Time Machine has been storing my backup files.
    PERFECT! This is where we want to be. Leave this window open.
    Now, how much space do you have left on your Macs' internal hard disk?
    Do you have another external hard disk you can attach to your Mac? How much space does it have available. For the following to work, you will essentially be COPYING the backup disk image from the TC to either your Mac or this external disk. If you don't have enough room. Then we are simply going to have to reformat the TCs hard disk and start over.
    Otherwise, if you have enough space on your Macs' HD or and external HD, then do the following.
    Launch Disk Utility.
    Drag the disk image from the Finder window you opened earlier into the Source pane on the left side of Disk Utility.
    Highlight the disk image with a single-click.
    Go up to the "Images" menu and select "Convert...".
    Now for "Where:" choose a location that has enough room for the disk image. This could be your Macs' internal drive or maybe another external hard disk.
    For "Image Format:" choose "read/write". Encryption should be "none".
    Now click "Save".
    And then walk away - this will take some time. If you are attempting this wirelessly, then the conversion will take 24-48 hours depending on the size of the disk image. That's why it will be best if you can connect the TC via ethernet first. In that case it will only take a few hours.
    Later, when this is done we will talk about reformatting the TCs hard disk and then moving the converted disk image back to the TC.
    Let us know if this works.

  • Interaction Center scenario: total time when agent is "not ready"

    Hi,
    I have a requirement to show the total time when an agent is "not ready" in IC. I know an agent is either "ready" (to pick up calls) or "not ready". Any idea which business content handles this?
    Thanks!

    As thomascollins said, you can build an Agent Management workflow. A couple of comments though.
    A lot of our agents have multiple extensions on their phone.  If they are talking on a non queue extension they let the queue extension ring out putting them in a "not Ready" State.
    It would be better if the agent went "not ready" immediately they take a call on their non-contact center line to prevent RONA which is not providing your customers with the best possible service. The routing engine will select another available agent. This positive action by the agent will remind them to take the inverse action and make themselves ready when they finish their call on their non-CC line (well, maybe ).
    Requested FunctionalityProvide Queue supervisors with an alert through email or another method to let them know that an agent have gone into a "Not Ready" State.
    You would not want this alert done immediately - the poor supervisors would get hammered. Perhaps an alert if an agent is in the "not ready" state for more than (say) 5 minutes. Of course, this now means that the not ready state is useless for meetings, short breaks, lunch and so on - and agents would have to logout for those. Not a problem, and logging out is my preferred method. Just making an observation.

  • UCCX agent stuck in Not Ready status

    Hi             There
    We are using uccx 7 and 1 agent's status stuck in the "Not Ready".
    We can not see his account in the supervisor but in the "Resource Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Stats" I can see his status is in Not Ready for more than 44 hours.
    Is there any way we can clear the session?
    Thank you in advance.

    Do you think there is an agent logged in and Not Ready, or do you think it's a hung session?
    If you think it's a real login, reboot the PC.
    If you think it's a hung session then you'll have to restart a service of two. I would just plan for a maintenance window and reboot the server along with your CUCM CTI Manager.
    Good luck and happy troubleshooting!

  • Time display disappears on timeline

    I'm beginning to import audio on slides now and for some reason the time display disappears from time to time from the timeline.  When this happens I can't manually adjust where the playhead is either.

    Hi Varun,
    Sorry, have been busy preparing for a trip and have had little time to try your suggestions out.  I tried a new blank project and BRIEFLY tried it by throwing a couple of images in and it seems to be fine.
    So it may be that one project.  Something one of my colleagues found (as she is having the same issue, so not sure if it is just isolated to this one project) is that by manually shifting the slide bar at the bottom the time display.  She found this screen shot online:
    This seems to be a stop-gap and gives the display in the moment, but is not a permanent fix.  This may be a clue that it disappears by manually moving the slider at the bottom in the first place.  A hypothesis, I have yet to try it out at this point.  Will let you know when I get back from my trip in a couple of weeks.
    Thanks!
