ALV to Excel diplay

Question

Dear SDN Members,
I need to transfer my ALV display to an excel sheet.
its an customary excel sheet not like normal excel sheet,
can i use this method to design the excel display CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>GUI_DOWNLOAD
if yes, send me a sample program.
