Amavis.log - Please point me to a reference explaining amavis.log entries

Where is the best reference to explain the entries in the /var/log/amavis.log file?
I am experiencing mixed results with filtering where the from address [email protected] sometimes gets filtered but should never get filtered. Here are log entries:

  • Error in sales order when selecting a warranty item in configurator 'Please enter required information - Service Reference Type Code'

Error in sales order when selecting a warranty item in configurator 'Please enter required information - Service Reference Type Code'
Not able to book the sales order because of this issue

Order Management does not support the inclusion of optional service items in a configured Model BOM (see Support article #1296751.1 for more detail).  Allowing for such would therefore require customization.
As you've found, there's no modeling restriction that prevents you from creating a Model BOM that includes optional service items, nor is there any problem with creating a Configurator Model for it.  And required service items (such as a warranty item that is a required child of an optional BOM component) do not present a problem; they have nothing to do with Configurator, and would never appear as sub-lines in OM.  The problem arises in OM, which requires that any service item be "associated" to the item it's "servicing".  OM does not automatically make such an association with service sub-lines, even though it might be argued that an association may be inferred by the BOM structure (i.e., OM does not assume that an optional service sub-line is necessarily associated, from a service standpoint, with its BOM parent).  OM customization is therefore required in order to hook any service item up to its corresponding product item.  Many customers who configure service along with product have implemented such a customization.
(Another gap in such a solution that may be relevant to you is that for an included optional service item requiring recurring billing, Order Management does not create the requisite Service Contract.  Customers have likewise developed customizations to address this, as well.)
As this is not specifically a Configurator matter (you could have created your order without using Configurator at all, and you would have experienced the exact same behavior), please do not take my explanation as being either authoritative or comprehensive (I am a Configurator expert, and only knowledgeable enough about Order Management to be dangerous).  It would be advisable for you to seek more detailed information/recommendations from the Order Management forum.

  • Can someone please point me to a guide to set up XP Home / Leopard network?

    Hello!
I’d be grateful for advice on setting up a home network.
I’m a total newbie to MAC OS Leopard, so please excuse my lack of knowledge!
    Background:
    Livebox (residential internet gateway)
XP Home OS Desktop pc (has wired connection to Livebox)
MAC OS Leopard (latest) Apple Mac Mini (has wireless connection to Livebox)
Mac Mini also has a Windows partition with XP Home OS (has Boot Camp and Fusion installed).
I want to set up a network between the desktop pc and the Mac Mini so I can back up the two hard drives on a shared area, share files, and share the printer.
Can someone please point me to a step by step guide on how to do this?
    Thank you.

if you are going to use Apple Extreme N routers then www.apple.com/support and type in Airport Extreme networks so something similar. There's an excellent pdf 60 page file for your perusal.
x-box360 with its wireless device Mine: airport Extreme N router with Airport Express wired to the N router. The Express is set up to create its own network and wireless WEP security. x-box360 can find that Express. http://www.nullriver.com/ download Connect360 live system preferences pane lets wireless Mac stream photo, music and movies to x-box360.

  • Need advise about new computer (OS Win8.1) to run CS6 - please point me in the right direction  Thanks

Question:  Need advise about new computer (OS Win8.1) to run CS6 - please point me in the right direction  Thanks

OSX comes with Xcode. Install it and see what you think. You can write both Java and Objective-C. They both have a particular syntax that is quite different from VB. Try to use them to write a HelloWorld program and see what you think.
Apple has come a long way in integrating Java into their development environment. Still, it was designed around Objective-C, so that might be more of a "pure" MacOS X development experience.

  • Creating documents-please point me in the right direction

Could someone please point me in the right direction:
I have a couple of tabbed panes which contain some data-
i save the data to mySql db.
i read the databack. and get a rs.
i want to take this data and put it into a document(namely pdf).
-so that it is not editable.
-so that i can preview the document before printing it
I would like to print the data on a template - if possible? can i use a word template?

Could someone please point me in the right
    direction:
I have a couple of tabbed panes which contain some
    data-
i save the data to mySql db.
    JDBC will handle this easily.
i read the databack. and get a rs.
    Good.
i want to take this data and put it into a
document(namely pdf).Consider using XSL-FO (if you are comfortable with XSL) or i-Text (if you want to create the PDF programatically)
-so that it is not editable. This is the default behavior of PDF.
-so that i can preview the document before printing
    it
This is provided by most Acrobat readers within a browser.
I would like to print the data on a template - if
possible? can i use a word template?Huh? Now you lost me. PDF is a document format. Word is a document format. You can include a PDF in a Word document. However, why would you do that? You already have a PDF.

  • WATERMARK log entries

    Hi guys,
by any chance you might know what are IPC-WATERMARK/ICC-WATERMARK log messages, I googled, everything points to the fact that they are cosmetic, which is not the case, as SIP-400 stops passing traffic, sometimes even directly connected, until box is completely reloaded, module reload does not help. Router is ISG terminating a few K PPPoE sessions, and is one of the anycast RP's, for the access plant. Without reload it causes massive outage 1-2 hours.
Entries keep on logging, even after multicast sources were stopped.
Any input would be much appreciated.
    Thank you,
    Elnur

    Hi Girimurugan,
I am currently working with SAP Gateway related stuffs and I need a clarification regarding the application log.
Hope you are very busy and please clarify the doubts if you can spare few minutes towards this query.
Appreciate your valuable advise towards this.
    Query:
Can we log any of the different types of logs (I Info / W Warning / A Abort or Cancel / E Error ) into Application Log(/IWFND/APPS_LOG) of the Gateway system in a Hub deployment model ?
How the logging can be achieved?
What are the scenarios, wherein the Application logs are preferred?
Also I have already raised a query in the SCN with this link: http://scn.sap.com/message/15477543. But could not get much details about it.
Can you please clarify the same?
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Log Entries not sorted in Problem work items

We have noticed that the Log Entries in all Problem work items appear to be randomly sorted. You can manually sort them by clicking on the column headers.
Log entries for Service Request and Incident work items are sorted by Created date as default which I guess is how most people would want them.  Has anyone else noticed this or can this be configured locally somehow?
    Thanks

  • Add log entries to an emailed alerts

Is there any way to add the logs entries that is included in a report/incident in an emailed alert. In other words, instead of just having the link to the mars emailed in the alert, have the actual data that the user will see once they enter the mars.

I have been working on this one for a few months now. Out of the box, no, there is not. There was a feature request added into 6.0.3 that was supposed to add this functionality but it got left out because it was going to be a lot of work. I have opened a new case with TAC (611170537) and the guy confirmed that the engineers added some data to the email alerts that was already being processed and wouldnt need much additional coding.
I have filed a new feature request with my local Cisco team but I do not know the bug id yet. Basically what i want is the ability to create an email template which will have the ability to include variables in the email, so the raw message or matched event ID can be included. I was told by the guy at TAC that when he brought up this idea to the developers, they werent too excited because it seemed like a lot of work and there didnt seem to be a business case for it. So if anyone wants to see this feature added, please contact your local account team and include my latest case #. I will include the bug id once I get one. The only way to get this feature added is to request it.

  • Power supply related log entries?

(This question was posted all day yesterday, with no replies, in the iMac G5 forum. Perhaps someone here will have some idea what these logs mean in this situation.)
I recently had the PSU and the Logic Board replaced (two tries to get it right) for the sudden shutdown/ defective capacitor issue. Everything, fingers crossed, seems to be functioning properly, at least, so far. But, now that I'm completely paranoid about this issue, I've noticed log entries "AppleSMU -- shutdown cause = 1" or "AppleSMU -- shutdown cause = 2" (at least, not the dreaded = -110) in the log just after bootup. I know these are often related to the PSU issue and, since my shutdowns have been normal, I don't understand why they are appearing or what they mean.

Here's the latest log from after an SMU reset. (Rebooted after that and only got the usual "shutdown cause =1.") The message in question is in bold. Should I be thinking of a corrupted cache, or is this a possible indication that the latest PSU is also on the way out? My shutdowns (as well as everything else, +so far+) appear to be normal, but this entry "localhost kernel[0]: AppleSMU -- shutdown cause = -110," is the log I was getting from when the computer was shutting down all the time, which is very strange. Thanks for any help.

  • RV325 System Log Entries - Kernel - kernel: wrong ip[0],not_list[0]

    Hello,
I have a RV325 Router. Entries in the System Log are mysterious to me and all my search results and reading are not relevant.
The Event-Type is - "Kernel", and the Message is "kernel: wrong ip[0],not_list[0]"
The Log entries occur every few minutes.
Does anyone know what this log entry signifies?
Also, does anyone know how to get an answer to any question from Cisco?
    Thanks,
    Michael Downs

    Hello
yes, there are several existing discussions about same syslog message, like here, here or here, but neither of discussions points to solution.
If you device is still under warranty I would suggest you to open service request to Cisco Small Business Support Center to make this issue fixed permanently.

  • No Log entry while executing web service

    Hi,
I have a web service which is deployed successfully to a server in the Weblogic
    Workshop domain.
When I try to test the methods of the web service using the Test form, sometimes,
I get a message 'No Log Entry'. When I reploy the application, it starts working
    properly.
There is no problem with the code. Could someone please tell me as to why I might
be getting the 'No Log Entry' message randomly.
    Thanks,
    Aparna

My guess is that you are using the tutorial "Creating a SOAP Web Service". This one has a couple of errors in it:
    1. The directory it tells you to deploy the class to the following location:
    <JDeveloper_home>\soap\webapps\soap\soap\WEB-INF\lib
when in fact it should be:
    <JDeveloper_home>\soap\lib\soap\soap\WEB-INF\lib
    2. This tutorial also says you do not have to re-start OC4J; in this case you do.
If you are doing the J2EE Web service tutorial a re-start should not be required. One other potential cause of this kind of error can be because your proxy server is set on in Tools->Preferences->Proxy Server. Turn it off and this might fix the problem - my guess, however, is that your problem is either with step 1 or step 2 above.
    Mike.
