An original document cannot be printed twice error

Hi All,
Here is the thing, I am on SAP B1 2007A PL 45. I have draft Incoming Payments. Now, I choose the Payment Drafts Report and from there, I click on the relevant payment draft to highlight it. Then I click Print to print a receipt for that payment.
I choose my printer and then click on Print. The error message, "An original document cannot be printed twice. In the Print Preferences window, choose to print a single copy only." appears and nothing is printed.
The problem is, I used to be able to do this in version 2005A PL 46. I am aware of note number 1262165 but this note is not relevant to me as I have not set for the receipt to be printed once added. Any solutions to this? Thanks.

I refer to the note and the problem is, for me, I have not added the document and in 2005A, I could print the receipt when I select the particular payment in the draft window. In 2007A now, I can't.
In any case, I was referring to the temporary solution which was in the link posted by Jeyakanthan A above and I needed more explaination as to how to use the work around while I wait for a permanent solution in SAP.
In any case, the note you were referring to has been fixed in Patch 48. I am now on Patch 49, so obviously my problem is not related to the note.
Can someone please further elaborate on the temporary work around so that I can try it out? Based on the brief description, I did not understand how the temporary work around can help me.
Anybody at all, if you could be kind enough to explain the work around, thank you very much.

Using Win 7 & Adobe XI. Trying to print pdf's created years ago. Trying to print pdf attachments received in emails. Get error message "The document cannot be printed" & "There are no pages selected to print". Have tried printing as "Image". Have tried printing to multiply printers. Have download Adobe Reader and restarted CPU. I can print Adobe test page OK. Problem started Monday Jan 26, 2015. Printed fine on Friday Jan 23, 2015. No changes in any programs or software in last 3 months other than Adobe Reader download in attempt to correct issue.

Try the following: open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences
under Documents, change 'View documents in PDF/A mode' to Never
under Security (Enhanced), disable Protected Mode at startup

It says The Document Cannot Be Printed No Pages have been selected to print

How come when I try to print a PDF file it takes a long time to flatten and then says "The Document Cannot Be Printed" and then "No Pages have been selected to print"

I cannot cancel print jobs, when i click the cancel option I get and error code ePC551

Resolved...just had to go into Devices and Printers, select the printer and cancel the job.

Multipage word document cannot be printed using webutil

We have the following problem. We are using Oracle Webforms 11g (11.1.1.4). On the server a Word 2010 docx document has been created and needs to be printed locally. We use webutil for this with the following code:

When the document to be printed consists of only one page the document is printed. When there is more than one page (hard/soft page end) the resulting document is empty. We also tried Word 2003, RTF format but nothing worked.

Clients: Windows XP SP3, Office/Word 2010
Server: Forms 11.1.1.4, Windows Server 2008R2
Webutil/jacob: 1.10.1 as recommended.

Cannot add printer- get error message. LaserJet 1200

I recently bought a dual powered MacBook. It was working perfectly, and finding my printer both attached by USB, and wirelessly. It shows up as Bonjour LaserJet 1200. Suddenly, it stopped working, and cannot be added to the printer list. I get an error message,"client error message too long", or some other nonsense. I have several other computers, running OS X, and none of them have any problem sharing the printer, which is connected to an Airport Extreme remote base station. I have tried everything, and come up with no success. So eventhough the printer is recognized, with its address, and is sharable, it suddenly and without cause, cannot be added to the printer list, and thus I cannot print. Any suggestions. Peter

I did. before and I did again. and then uploaded and installed new software and STILL get error 1282. the hp people told me there is nothing they can do it's an apple problem. I'm stumped. If you can think of anything else would appreciate it.

HP 7520 Printer; I cannot delete a word document in the print queue

Document with origin R4 cannot be reversed -error msg EB049

We have an invoice with 2 posting relevant items, the energy charge and a renewable energy credit. the latter was generated as zero (valid condition) and posted as a Cr transaction.
this is the only instance of this scenario as normally the zero amounts post as Db rather than Cr. we upgraded a week ago to SAPK-60308INISUT, could this have caused a change in the main/sub used for posting these zero amounts?
The DFKKOP line item for the zero amount has cleared against itself, and now clearing reset cannot be performed.
error generated is Document XXXXXXXXX with origin R4 cannot be reversed, message number EB049.
The invoice needs to be reversed as its based on an estimated reading that needs changing, and the invoice won't reverse because of the clearing reset issue.
I've researched the error number and can see a few related notes but they were all fixed some time ago and were different scenarios - move-outs and statistical BPP, neither applies in this case.
Please can anyone provide help as to how the clearing can be reset so the invoice can be reversed.

EA13 is configured to allow for clearing reset of both fully cleared and partially cleared invoices, and we have numerous cleared invoices that get reversed every day, but this is the first time we've seen this error.
I think the underlying issue is that the zero amount transaction is getting posted as a credit rather than a debit. We've been able to set up the situation in a system that still has the old code, and there it posts as a debit, clears against itself, and can be reversed.
In the QA region which is at the same new version as production, it posts as a self cleared Cr transaction and again can't be reversed.
Besides getting a fix to get make the zero amounts post as debits again, we also need to find a way to reverse the bad invoice in production.

Internet Sales - Error in R/3 system: document cannot be sent.

Hi!
Whenever I need to place a new order on the B2B application of Intenet Sales, I get this error message right at the end. I can see the order, the prices, totals, etc. But when I click on "To Order" I get this error and all prices go to 0.00 and so.
I have no exceptions marked on the J2EE logs, and the only error I can see is right on the jsp page and states:
Error in R/3 system: document cannot be sent. Call our hotline.
BUT, when I try to place an order with an order template, then I click on "to order" and everything goes OK, order is placed in R/3.
So, im lost on this. Any help will be much appreciated.

The problem is originated because in shopadmin tab order, there are two fields related order type: Order type from SAP R/3 & Order Type (next to delivery block field). The first one is the sales order type that is goanna be generated when a sales order is created. The second field is purchase order type related to the way in which the sales document arrives from the customer (Telephone, for example). Both of them must be valid, fist one in Sales order type, transaction VOV6 and second one in program SAPLSVIM
The problem is that no matter what kind error you have in ISA R/3 Edition, the user will receive the same error message Error in R/3 system: document cannot be sent. Call our hotline, so you have to switch the backend logs on to write the real SAP error message

How can I stop Firefox 4 from displaying "The document cannot change while Printing or in Print Preview" from appearing every time I click on File/Page Preview?

Clicking on File/Page Preview in Firefox 4 brings up a warning dialog "The document cannot change while Printing or in Print Preview" every time. How can I stop this from happening? It is very annoying, and it is necessary to click "OK" on this dialog twice before it will go away. Thank you.

Is the printer connected wirelessly or wired?
Go to Preferences and under categories go to > Convert to Pdf then select the Image Capture and then hit ok button.
Close Acrobat and then relaunch it and see if it helps you while you do scanning.

Crystal Report error - "the group section cannot be printed..."

Hello to everyone.
I have a CR report based on a database view.
Everything is ok when i run the report in the CR designer but choosing the option to preview the report or run it from the SAP Business One (8.81 PL 08) i get an error:
"the group section cannot be printed because its condition field is nonexistent or invalid. Format the section to choose another condition field. Error in file "the Report name".rpt. Invalid group condition".
i must say that this happens in all my reports where i have group data. Also i must say that all those reports were ok some days before...
Is there a way for me to know what field is it refering to?
I have verified the DB and it is pointing correctly and the also the View returns data.

I have just restored data from an external hard drive, but half of my iTunes songs are getting the error "original file cannot be located." Where are these files?

My Windows 7 PC just had to be reformatted, and I have retrieved all of my files from an external hard drive. About half of my iTunes library is working fine, the other half pop up the error statement "original file cannot be located." If they haven't come off my external drive, where are they?

This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .
