Analysis tab in complaint

Hi all,
In CRMD_order for complaint, there is analysis tab in transaction data as well as at item level.
where as in webui, am not able to find out that tab. even when i went to the personalize;;; its missing there.
Is there any way to keep that tab in complaint transaction in webui. please guide me.

I already did that . and naylis tab is called as categorization in webui but for item level we dont have such kind of thing.
Usually in crmd_order for item level also we will have all the tabs almost as that of header but they are missing. in which component and view , we can see those details.

  • Workload Analysis tab is missing  in E2E Anaysis

    Hi Guru,
    I am in process of generating EWA reports for portal ,below are the steps I have completed successfully.
    1. SMD agent installation on portal.
    2. Defined portal system in SMSY.
    3. completed SOLMAN_SETUP.
    4. Completed Setup Wizard for managed system.
    5. Deploy IS agent via SDM in Solman.
    6. Introscope agent setup done for managed system
    7. Managed system data is visible in IS Enterprise Manager.
    When I checked t code solman_workcenter->RCAtab-> E2E Anaysis->selected  the portal system i cant find Workload Analysis tab i.e Workload Analysis tab is missing could you please help me to resolve this issue.
    System Configuratoi: SAP EHP 1 for SAP Solution Manager 7.0 and portal is netweaver 7.0

  • Error on Analysis tab in GRC 10 on NWBC

    Hi All,
    I am really new to the SAP environment and have been configuring it to run GRC, I have completed all the post installation tasks. So far I can log onto the system through NWBC and capture my Risks. However when I click on the analysis tab and select create analysis, it brings up the "create new analysis", and I leave the date valid default and click OK I get an error "Error when creating the case; check the Customizing activity". I have seached the forum for this error but nothing available. Any help will be appreciated.

  • Error in Analyse Tab

    Hi
    I have received following error after analyse tab from db13
    SAPDBA: Error - in analyzing index SAPR3.DSYAD~0
            of table DSYAD!
    30.12.06 09:50     ORA-08100: index is not valid - see trace file for
                       diagnostics
    Please suggest a solution.

    This Error is very strange error, Have a look on trace file which is generated at user_dump_dest and alert<sid>.log file.
    Reasons may be index might be corrupted or invalidated.Or may be due to block corruption.And there are some bugs on specific platforms for this error.
    Try to drop and recreate index and analyze or better contact customer support with trace file.

  • In solman_workcenter - RCE- E2E analysis tabs change,trace is not appering

    Initisaled EHp1 and done initial and basic configuration using Transaction SOLMAN_SETUP successfully.
    SMD + wily installed succeesfully in satellite system system
    I can see the satellite system data in Introscope Webview
    Extractor Framework jobs are running fine.
    But In Solution manager, in transaction Solman_Workcenter->root cause analysis->E2E Analysis i am not getting  Workload Analysis, Change Analysis and exception analysis tabs.
    just i am getting systems in E2E analysis. why above tabs are not showing
    besides standard View there is no tabs.

    Now i am  able to see the worload,trace analysis tabs .. but under workload,trace analysis etc no data is showing.
    1) under workload analysis -> P07 Enterprise portal ->J2ee
    it's saying that no applicaqtion data found and for some tabs empty (just white) screen is showing and for some tabs it's
    2)under workload analysis -> P07 Enterprise portal ->Host
    giving Error loading template 0TPL_0SMD_MPEH_WA_Q0018_H for host tab
    I am able to see only one graph i.e under workload analysis -> overview.

  • Analysis tab in item details of transaction WTY

    Hi All,
           We get pricing procedure details when we click on the analysis tab in the item details subscreen in WTY.We get the condition types and the associated movement of data.
    We have added a custom field to the communication strucuture KOMK,KONP,KOMG, and the same is present in the database table PVWTY. The same is present in the structure A997 also. If we see the technical details then the fields which are of concern to us are KOMK-(custom fieldname )  and A997-( custom fieldname ).But we are getting a warning symbol in the description part when we click on the condition type PRP4.
    I am not sure whether this is related to any missed out coding.I checked out that the routine 597 is assigned for the condition type PRP4.But the source code inside is the standard code and i am not sure how to include my custom field data here.Do i have to move this data through some exit or is this related to any configuration in SPRO...
    I am not able to figure out where and how i am supposed to move the data between the two structures as explained above. Hope that the above explanation gives an OK picture of what i need to achieve. Please help.

    You can try making the Date Field in Item Details  and Requisitioner as Mandatory if it serves your purpose for the situation - I .
    Please check the following :
    SPRO>IMG>MM>Purchasing>Purchase Requisition>
    Click on Define Screen Layout at Document Level
    Highlight the Document Type
    Go to Details and click on Deadline Monitoring
    Check the Date as Required Entry for Requisition, Delivery & Release Date.
    ( The user will need to Enter Release Date Manually)
    Similarly this can be maintained for RFQ and PO as well.
    This will give you the Tracking of the Processing Time with respective dates.

  • Mashups in Analysis Tab doesn't work in HTML mode

    Hi,
    We have few BW HTML mashups enabled on cloud. We tried to put all of them under Account details screen and they load properly in HTML mode.
    But all these reports are not related to Accounts and hence we decided to put them under "ANALYSIS" workcenter and "PIPELINE SOURCING" view.   Considering that these are also reports. Now in the adaptation mode, I am able to enable this mashup and in the silverlight mode I can see it enabled as shown in below screenshot.
    But when I launch the HTML mode, I do not see this mashup at all. Is it a bug or a limitation of mashups on this screen? See HTML snapshot below.
    If this is a limitation, then do we have a place holder on Cloud where we can enable all generic mashups(by generic I mean they are not dependent on any data on Cloud).

  • Need help with multi-level categorization

    Hi,
    We have the following scenario:
    A complaint has a subject profile with two catalogs:
    1. Problem - 60 problem codes
    2. Solution - 30 solution codes
    Each catalog has code groups and codes assigned as above.
    In GUI we can address this using the catalogs, code groups and codes under "Analysis" tab at complaint header / item level. However, we want to switch over to categorization schema in CRM 7.0 Webclient UI.
    I tried creating a categorization schema in Web UI. However, if I understand correct, for each of the 90 codes (60 + 30 mentioned above) I need to a add category id under the root schema id and assign a subject code under the general data of the category (while maintaining the category hierarchy). Is this true? I really cannot do it since I have already created the catalogs with the mentioned number of codes under the relevant code groups. Isn't it a duplication of effort? Whats the whole point of creating subject profiles / catalogs / code groups / codes if it has to be redone in webclient's categorization schema? Moreover, every time I add a problem code (say number of codes become 61 from 60), do I need to change the schema and release it again?
    I believe there would be a simpler way to do it.
    My exact requirement is:
    1. I want to use only the first two drop downs of the categorization view in complaints component
    2. First drop down to have all the problem codes (60 of them)
    3. The second drop down to have all solution codes (30 of them).
    Request the gurus to provide the exact steps to achieve this (_details in terms of exact steps will be appreciated and suitably rewarded_). Please note that the customizing in terms subjects, catalogs, code groups, codes etc is already in place.

    we have in sum 4 categorie-fields in the service request.
    And we did it like you explained it. First customizing of code / codegroups, etc.
    Afterwards you have to create the categorization schema in WebUI.
    And yes, everytime we add a code we need to change the categorization schema as well.
    We maintain categorization schema in WebUI only in TCR and we use the RFC-Import for the QCR and PCR system.
    You are right this is a duplication of effort. In our case it is needed because we use the SLA determintation based on catogorization and we have multilevel categories, which means depend from catagory A we have different entries in category B.
    If you just need two dropdown boxes idependently from each other i would suggest to create to customer own fields with z-table behind. That´s much less effort if you often add or delete codes.

  • Bex Web Ad-hoc Analysis Template - Displaying both Data and Graph Tabs

    Hello Everyone
    I am asking this as I would not have belived this if I hadn't seen it for myself. I was showing somone a BW report using the standard Bex Ad-hoc analysis on the Web. They managed to display both the data analysis tab and the Graphical display tab on the same page, with the data at the top and the graph underneath. I could see that both of the tabs were highlighted at the top. It was great because as you manipulated the data in the navigation block, the graph changed at the same time.
    I have looked in all my documentation and I have not found anything.
    I have tried to replicate what this user did, but cannot. I have tried all the usual things like Shift control and alt, but it doesn't work.
    Does anyone know how to do this, because the user loves it and I cannot explain to them how they must have done it!

    I am glad you understand what I mean, as I thought I was seeing things when I saw it!
    I feel I am so close to the answer, but when I do the drop down on the Graphical display tab for "display as" it only gives me the options

    Pie Chart

    Stacked Bar Chart
    Do I need to do something else, or I am I in the wrong part of the report and I am running BW 3.5.

  • CRM complaints with item details

    Hi all,
    We currently use the basic complaints extraction from CRM and that's working fine. Now we would like to report on a more detailed level for complaints, showing the item details for the complaint. Basicly the analysis tab in the item details showing the different codegroups/catalogs like 'reason', 'cause' and 'task'.
    Does anyone know if there's a standard extractor or which table(s) we would use to get this information?

  • Analysis auth issue

    Hi,
    We have a scenario where we have 2 user IDs:
    X
    Y
    We have a report R1 which has values for an infoobject IO as 1,2,3,4,5
    Now User X is restricted to see only data for values 1,2,3 and Y is restricted for 4,5
    We have created Analysis auth object and assigned it to users. Then we added an auth variable in the report which will restrict data as per user authorization.
    Now the issue is that when we execute the report for User X, only values for 1 is displaying and data for 2 and 3 are not showing up inspite of data being avalable in the underlying Infoprovider.
    Same is the case with User Y where the data is only visible or 4.
    What can be the issue?

    Though I could not understand the exact issue, I would rather suggest you to check the authorizations checked while executing the report in Transaction RSECADMIN. In the Transaction goto Analysis tab ->Log Administration. there in the Configure Log recording provide the userid for which you want to test the authorizations And save it.
    When that perticular user runs the report will will be able to see the logs for it using the option "Authorization Logs" screen. And this log will have a detailed information regarding the entire authorization trace for that user for that report.

  • BI 7.0 Analysis authorization creation issue

    Hi,
    We are prototyping the new analysis authorization concept have a question regarding the build.
    We've had the BI execute the pre-implementation tasks (activate the business related content and OTCT* and OTCTA* infocbues and and OCTA* infoCubes).
    There aren't any custom reporting objects to carry over since the queries were previously just secured by the S_RS_ICUBE Administrator Workbench - InfoCube with specific values for the Infocube. Since this object is no longer checked in query processing, is it a correct statement that the characteristic 0TCAIPROV (InfoProvider) should be populated with whatever values were listed in the S_RS_ICUBE object for the InfoCube field?
    We built an anslysis authorization via RSECADMIN per the requirements below and executed it with a test user ID assigned the regular reporting roles (with access to the queries).

    However, when executing the query as this test user, we received a "you are not authorized messsage".  The trace didn't show detailed information, so we executed the same query with another user ID that was assigned 0b1_all and obviously could execute successfully.
    Is it correct assume that all the characteristics that were checked in the trace are authorization relevant for the query? we added the characteristics with full authorization and still couldn't execute. In addition, when checking these characteristics via RSD1, they weren't makred as authorization relevant, yet they still appeared in the trace.
    Is there something else that is misisng in the analysis authorization? I checked the characterics for variables and none were defined.
    Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.

    Hi Julie,
    0TCAIPROV should have values of infoprovidors ( infocubes) that you want the user to have access. If you dont want to restrict it by infoprovidors then you can give a  ' * ' for 0TCAIPROV  CP value ' * '.
    Also make sure when you run the query it is not looking for any other infoobjects which have been made Auth relevant.
    You can actually see the error log for queries
    Go to RSECADMIN --> Analysis tab  --> click error logs --> click configure log recording --> enter the test id and save. Now you do the test using the test id for query. Then come back and see the log for the test user and it will tell you what went wrong. Please let me know if you have any questions.

  • Reference Document Functionality - Complaints

    I am working in CRM 4.0
    We want the reference document functionality in PCUI when creating complaints.
    When we create complaints directly it gives a warning in PCUI "You have not specified a Reference document"
    Is there any standard way to go about it.
    What we have thought is that we will add a field in header section which will have the R/3 invoice number.(we have done this part)
    Throught this R/3 invoice number we have built a function module than can retrieve the product info for this invoice number(this has also bee done)
    How do i populate the product info in item level tab in complaints (header level and item level are in different class).
    Secondly how do i add the copy button functionality where i can chosse one or more of existing products in the created invoice.
    Am i  following the correct approach or is their an easier way to go about it.

    You can do it in  IMG configuration---MM>Logistics Invoice Verification>Incoming Invoice>Number Assignment>Maintain Number Assignments for Accounting Documents>Document type>Select the document type your using for MIRO>Click on detail>Check Reference number Or   you can use t code  OBA7.

  • Disabling buttons in Excel Advanced Analysis

    Hi!
    This is my first post...I am excited to be a part of this forum! I am currently a new intern at Proctor & Gamble and have a general question.
    For some users of Advanced Analysis, I would like the display button (in the design panel under the Advanced Analysis tab) to be either invisible, or non-functional. Is there a way to do this (macros? or under admin control, adjusting the user account settings?)

    Unfortunately, only end users know, which characteristic and values they want to exclude.
    If i exclude in Bex-Query, it will limit end users.
