And now for something completely different...

While I normally look down my nose at video training, I'm willing to grudgingly acknowledge that it has its strengths. Step-by-step written tutorials are awesome for getting from A to B, but they're not too good at the arm-waving stuff, which videos excel at.
Here's the first in a short series of movies giving an overview of M3's tracking behaviors. Luckily, Apple has bumped up the monthly bandwidth of .Mac accounts to 100GB, so I may be able to host this and survive. If you do watch it, please use the "Save As" option in the embedded Quicktime Player to save it on your system for future viewings (or download it directly). This will cut down on my bandwidth use.
It's 30MB, so give it some time to load or download: Finger.

Thanks for giving me the finger...er I mean thanks for the Tutorial.
You make it look so easy and it opens up lots of possibilities. I just saw a motorola commercial using a similar technique
Nice job...thanks again
