Anyone sent in there g550w and gotten it back?

I have one of the faulty g550w systems that has failed on many others. I tried contacting creative customer service but the email folks were very unhelpfull and seemed incapable of answering my question. Tried calling on the phone and they said that since my unit is over 2 months old but still under warranty i have to pay a ~2$ fee to talk to customer service? This is unacceptable.
I was wandering if anyone has sent there g550w in and gotten it back. Im afraid to send mine in pay for shipping and get back another unit that is the same as the one i have. I dont want another faulty unit that will fail in short time. Also if you sent it in did you have to pay any other fees then shipping? I wouldnt think anyone would have to under warranty but i have NEVER heard of paying for technical support when under warranty........
i have purchased many creative products and this is the first time i've contacted CS. So far its been an utter disappointment considering these things are 400$ and have a known problem.
Any info is greatly appreciated.

yes i can
my simple recording test app works great on the desktop and on Android.
on the other hand, on ios (iPhone 3gs, latest os) i sometimes hear nothing on playback, sometimes just the end of the recording, sometimes the playback is stuttering.

Every time I move emails from the inbox to another mailbox, then click on any mailbox, and then go back to the inbox, the moved messages have returned to the inbox

Every time I move emails from the inbox to another mailbox, then click on any mailbox (the emails are there fine), and then go back to the inbox, the moved messages have returned to the inbox. I have moved them out of the inbox to other mailboxes again and again, but then they keep showing up in the inbox again as soon as I click on any mailbox other than the inbox. Very frustrating.
This has only happened since I installed Mavericks on both my Macbook Pro and my iMac. It happens on both of them.
Any ideas how to fix it?

This may be one of the known issues with Gmail and it's IMAP settings working with Maverick's Mail.
It all comes down to if you have the ALL MAIL folder visible or not via IMAP.
If you do not, then you get the behavior you are describing.
If you do have ALL MAIL visible, then there isn't a problem.

The camera on my iPhone 4 isn't working and hasn't for quite sometime. I have updated the phone to IOS 6 and it hasn't made any difference.
When you use the icon that appears at the bottom of the screen or the camera icon on the main screen all you see is the camera shutter.I have tried to restore the camera and that hasn't made any difference. Unlikely. Based on the complete lack of detail of the issue provided it is entirely possible the same issue would occur.
Unless and until the user provides some actual details of the problem, there is nothing the indicate that the issue is with the iPhone.

Does anyone know if there is a way to share files between Mavericks and Mac OS 9.1 operating system? When I try to connect from my iMac I get a window that says "The version of the server you are trying to connect to is not supported." Is there a work-around to this problem or is it just not possible? It would be largly appriciated for a solutin beings my business is a small town newspaper, and we have some important files on the older computer that need to be acessed daily.

Actually to share files between OS 8-9 and OS X, all versions, is quite easy from what I read. Look here for some details.

Or since both OS 9 and OS X can do SMB Windows sharing you could use that protocol to share files from one to the other.
Doesn't really matter what OS you are using. Mac OS/OS X shar files with Windows computers of all types and versions of Windows so the same applies for the different versions of Mac OS/OS X.
Each Operating System takes care of reading and writing files to there respective file formats of the hard drives so that does not have to be the same. They both just have to be able to do Ethernet with the same files sharing protocol.

I believe it's a Text Caption placeholder object.
Double-click beside the symbol and you should go into text edit mode for the placeholder.

Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.
