Application Stopped! Error

I have successfully deployed the QuickCarRental Application, when I try to hit the URL in a browser I get the following error:
  Application stopped!
Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped
I can see that SDM is running in the J2EE Engine on my computer, I'm not sure what the problem is.  How do I run the app after deployment?

I am porting application to SAP WAS 6.4. The application is getting deployed successfully. however there are problems starting the application. when i try to access the URL of the deployed application, I am getting the following exception:

  • Solution to stop error when trying to create a portfolio

    Hi all,
    I finally found a way to make a portfolio in acrobat pro 9. The problems I was having were explained in the thread titled "Acrobat pro 9 has a stop error when trying to create a portfoloi"
    It seems ther is another way to do this, by selecting 'combine' and then 'merge files into a single pdf' rather than 'assemble pdf portfolio'.
    The merge option also gives the choice of making a pdf package and does not result in a stop error with authplay.dll.
    So much for Adobe support who conuld not tell me this or respond to support requests.
    All I have to do now is to remember to not click on 'assemble pdf portfolio' when I want to assemble a pdf portfolio but "merge files into a single pdf" when I want to assemble a pdf portfolio.
    I would still like to hear from Adobe why acrobat pro 9 has a stop error with authplay.dll.
    I feel a lot happier now.

    I read through the pdf wth your emails to/from customer support. I'll have to defer to someone else because it seems you have tried what I would suggest.
    If someone else does not respond with a better plan and you are willing to spend a bit more time before writing off Acrobat 9, I would try the process below one last time. (If you are using a CS suite, while authplay.dll is found in each of the directories, it does not appear that the issue extends to the other programs.)
    1. Using Add/Remove Programs, uninstall all Adobe Acrobat and Reader software and uninstall the Adobe Flash Player Active X and Adobe Flash Player Plugin. If you have it, uninstall Adobe Air.
    2. In C:\Documents and Settings\(your profile name)\Application Data\Adobe, delete the Acrobat and Adobe PDF folders if they still exist.
    3. Reinstall only Acrobat 9.
    4. From Acrobat, run the updater Help > Check for Updates and install all updates.
    5. Verify Adobe Acrobat is now version 9.2: Help > About Adobe Acrobat Pro  (If for any reason it is not 9.2, use the update on http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows
    6. Test

    that's an apple error message so you should either:
    1.  contact apple to resolve.
    2.  uninstall photoshop elements (pse), reinstall using a link below and your pse serial number.  before uninstalling make sure you can download the correct version/language and you have your serial number available.

  • All Adobe AIR Applications stopped function today, what happened?

    I'm running OS X 10.6.3, all of my Adobe AIR applications stopped functioning today.

    I have changed absolutely nothing with any of these apps, or Adobe AIR in a very long time... I actually haven't even installed anything to my knowledge in a few weeks.

    Trying to download iOS6 getting an "-stopped (error =-3259)
    Also there is a mention "timed out" and "check the internet connection/network".
    I have tried the following but still no results:
    - I have checked the host & lmhost and amended the files in the drivers folder to make sure that it wasn't blocking apple ports
    - Disabled the firewall
    - Updated to the last version of iTune
    - Removed Tiny Umbrella, redSnow...
    - logged out and in to my AppleID
    Aaaarrggh..... can't figure out where is the problem...

    Guys, since no one was replying I had to deal with it the best I could... Finally found the solution!
    If anyone got an error 3259 make sure the following is in place:
    - make sure the host file doesn't have the apple ports blocked
    - remove all jail brake applications, such as red snow, tiny umbrella...
    - logout and log back in to your AppleID
    - update iTunes to the last version
    - disable antivirus and firewall
    - last but not least, the proxy settings can also block the access to the iOS 6 server, so make sure that you don't forget about it!
    After that you should be able to update your toy with iOS6...

  • Windows 7 64bit STOP Error Code 0x000000F4

    Hello, I got a BSOD when my computer was almost idle (only utorrent was running) with stop error code 0x000000F4.
    Also at the blue screen it got stuck at the 2nd step (don't remember what it says) and as a result I don't have a minidump file.
    My pc specs are:
    Motherboard: ASUS Rampage III Extreme
    CPU: Intel i7 - 950 @ 3,00GHz
    RAM: 3x2GB @ 1866MHz
    Windows Drive: 60GB SSD (OCZ Agility)
    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Sp1 64bit
    This has happened quite a few times during the 1 year I have this computer. The previous times the SSD I had (Corsair F60) stopped working. (2 SSDs dead)
    The problem is that I cannot reproduce the problem so that we find out the cause. Is it something with the controller of the motherboard? What should I do?

  • Satellite P200D - Catalyst Control Centre host application stopped working

    Hi. I have a Satellite P200D-128 and I've been getting a pop-up screen with an error message saying, "Catalyst Control Centre host application stopped working." I'm sure I haven't altered anything.
    I tried downloading new drivers from http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx but the download wouldn't work.

    The right driver you can find here . Download it, open Display Driver ATI folder and execute setup.exe. and follow the setup menu.

    after searching the internet, I found that I need make sure that the service
    account running the application in Central Administration in SharePoint is same as the application account in IIS. I checked and they are same, to make sure there isn’t any hidden error,
    I change my service account in Central Administration to another account, then change it back.<o:p></o:p>

    Here, the issue occurs, the application in IIS stopped, I start it manually, it is OK, then I go to the site, it still shows 503 error, back to
    IIS, the application stopped again.<o:p></o:p>

    How this issue happens? I choose the application in IIS, click Advanced Settings->Identity, the identity specify to the same account, I click
    Set to type the user name and password again manually, just like my account and password, then the application can be started successfully.<o:p></o:p>

    Seems the password issue in IIS, but I’m not sure why. Any ideas?<o:p></o:p>

    Try also to restart the server, I already had this behaviour changing Search Service account and it only works after rebooting the server.

  • Application Exception Error in NT

    Greetings,
    I am a relativley newbie to Labview (5.0.1). Got a serious problem.
    I have created a simple VI to collect voltages from 2 sources. I used the
    Simple Analog Sample Single point Sub-VI (x2).One sample per second. I stuck
    this in a For-loop and wrote the data to a file. I also bundled the outputs
    from the sub-vi and outputed that to a Waveform Chart. It worked fine.
    I modified that file to use Simple Analog Sample Multiple points (not multi-
    waveforms). The data was bundled and output to a Waveform Chart. (no file this
    time). I got a repeatable Application Exception Error (Win NT 4.0 workstation).
    Using the trace function, I found the error occured as the data hit the bundle
    function. I dropped the Sampl
    e AI and used a random number generator, the error
    still occured (as data hit the bundle functtion).
    I started from scratch the next time (tonight). I used a for-loop, Simple AI
    multipoint. One sample per second. Data indexed and then put into a bundle to
    put into a waveform chart. It worked !! but all of the plots were in just one
    of the five windows in the chart. I stopped the execution. I right clicked on
    the chart and chose overlay/stack. BAM !! the exception came back.
    What am I doing wrong ??!! Is it easy to fix?

    You are right ! ;-)
    I tried the VI on another machine (different NT build), and I still get the
    error. I reinstalled LV on both machines, and I still get the error. You can
    imagine today was fun and productive...
    Since you do not get the error and are using version 6, I am guessing it is a
    LV thing. Anyway, I have a tech support person at NI looking at the logs and
    the VI.
    I guess it is time for a 6.0 upgrade.

    Sorry for the late reply. My email firewall has become a little over zealous & sent a lot of my emails straight to my junk email folder, so I have only just now discovered your reply in my junk mail folder.
    The only "don't open files exceeding xxx megabytes" instruction I can find in my Prefs, is in the Bridge Prefs for Thumbnails, & mine is set at 1000mb. The biggest files I handle are bigger than 200mb so I should be able to open a few, not just one.
    However, this doesn't explain why I can open a psd format file of 180mb, close it, but then can't open a RAW format file of only 26mb immediately after.
    I can open the RAW file only if I restart my computer - very annoying!
    However, thanks for the advice about the video card & memory.
    So, I'm still stuck as to what the issue is.

    Just like the title says, starting with Firefox 4 Beta 6 or 7, I forgot.     Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

    2) That launch file is invalid. You might check it (and the project in general) using JaNeLA.
    3) The only place that SimpleSerial class could be, that the JRE would find, is in the root of aeon.jar. Is it actually there?

    I am so upset. Please read my messages from my postings. This has nothing to do with SIM Card, Hard Reset, Apps, Google Gmail Account, nothing. I showed him "screen captures" I did, told him it's out here on the board, etc. etc. Needless to say I ended up coming home with the same phone, "he" erased the phone and started over again. Well guess what, it's not a error with "MY" Gmail account being corrupted because if that is the case Mrs. Hayden14 has a bad Gmail account too. If you guessed it, the phone just crashed again! I was able this time to capture a report with ALL the history in it and saved screen captures to PROVE to him this is not a joke. Even the report says "Crash". This time it was something else I don't even or ever have used. I have also wasted over a day , yes a full work day on this without question.
    I have had to get the run around for the last day. This is totally ridiculous, including them putting me on hold for 55 min. Oh, that's another funny story. Anyways, tomorrow morning I am going to the Verizon store one last and final time and I hope they decided to do the right thing and give me a phone that does not crash and works. It would be handy at work for me, especially where I work at. I hope hope hope someone listens to and helps me. I would love for them to see me walk in, take my phone and say to me were going to get you another phone, hand it to me, see if it works and prove it's the device. I don't hear anyone having this issue on other phone types so sounds like its the phone type.
    I have had 3 phones now in the matter of 2 weeks. I am sure the FedEx charges will add up to a cost of a new phone at some point and start to outbalance your requirement to give me the same phone when it has the same problem.
    Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow.

  • MSI K9A Platinum and VIA drivers issue? XP 0x0000007B stop error.

    I get a Windows Stop error when trying to boot into Windows XP with new components. The SATA hard drive (and Windows XP installation) is from the old computer.
    The new computer components are:
    MB: MSI K9A Platinum, chipset: RD580 (North Bridge), SB600 (South Bridge)
    CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600+, boxed (the cooler and fan came with the CPU).
    Video: MSI Radeon 1950 XTX
    The old (and working) computer setup is:
    OS: XP Professional
    MB: Abit AV8-3rd Eye, chipset: VIA K8T800Pro + VT8237
    CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+
    Video: Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro All-in-Wonder, videodriver: atidvag.dll version 6.14.10.6542
    HD: Maxtor 6B200M0 SCSI Disk Device
    BIOS: Phoenix 6.00PG 20.04.2005
    System drivers with "via" in the name: VIAAGP1.SYS, viaide.sys, viasride.sys
    VIA 4in1 (Hyperion) version: 4.55 (that can be found at HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Via4in1Driver).
    VIA 2.20e SATA/RAID driver was used when installing this computer setup.
    The precise stop error is:
    0x0000007B (0xba4c3528, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
    From many sites I have gathered that the error is related to Windows XP not being able to access a critical system drive. Most probably the SATA hard drive issue.
    The problem probably is the VIA drivers of the old motherboard and/or the SATA driver.
    First I should mention, that MSI K9A Platinum does not have a hard disk SATA driver. If it does, I have been unable to find one. Certainly no such floppy disk included, and no such driver in the MSI's Web page for this motherboard.
    Second important point: I never used RAID. I did use VIA 2.20e SATA/RAID driver disk when installing Windows XP to the old computer.
    Strange that the hard drive model is reported as a "SCSI Disk Device". It's not a SCSI drive however: it's a SATA disk.
    I have tried to uninstal the motherboard chipset drivers (Hyperion v4.55), but there seems to be a bug here: the drivers should be uninstalled using the installation program, and select the uninstall option. However, I do not get the uninstallation option to choose at all! Yes, I'm using the normal installation mode, not the quick installation (although tried that, too). The Hyperion setup program just installs, and asks to reboot the computer. After rebooting and trying again, it still does not offer me an uninstallation choise.
    I know how to install hard drive VIA SATA driver, but I have no idea how to uninstall it. And I'm afraid to do that without certainty that it IS the solution, since I could not access the hard drive any more in the old computer setup (and return to read this forum). Also, I do not have a floppy drive any more. Anyone know if there is an issue with K9A and XP having VIA SATA driver installed?
    When I tried the new computer setup, I first tried the simplest possible hardware combination: there were no CD/DVD-drives, no (parallel)IDE hard drives, and no PCI cards, except the MSI video adapter.
    My BIOS Setup experiments. None of these helped: got the same stop error each time.
    1) I didn't much touch the BIOS setting first. Just tried to boot with the settings BIOS came with.
    2) Next I disabled the integrated audio, LAN and IEE1394 devices and floppy drive and disabled all other choises except the SATA drive as a boot device.
    3) Next I tried with the fail-safe BIOS defaults.
    4) Cleared CMOS.
    5) Changed OnChip SATA type from Native IDE to Legacy IDE. (Only one boot attempt with the setting as Legacy.)
    6) Disabled PCI IDE BusMaster.
    7) Never touched anything in the Cell Menu: so the settings are in minimum.
    A step I have taken after the last attempt: run Windows XP hard drive error-checking tool to every logical drive with the fix option selected, and the system drive also with scan the bad sectors option selected.
    My plans next are:
    1) to install a newer Hyperion driver. If that would correct the no-unistallation-choice-bug,
    2) to disable USB-devices in the BIOS (desperate),
    3) to choose the Windows general video display driver (although I seriously doubt this is a display driver problem!).
    4) to uninstall the Anti-Virus software (Avira Antivir).

    And by the way: after installing the new Hyperion (VIA chipset drivers), I was finally able to also uninstall. It also uninstalled the IDE SATA (I think) and PATA drivers.
    But what I had to do, was to make a REPAIR installation of Windows XP.
    So, I was wondering now afterwards: this is really, really silly. Why the hell we need to re-install Windows if we move the SYSTEM SATA drive to another computer? We don't have similar problem with parallel IDE drives. Whom should we thank here??
    The issue is to insert the driver files and the information of the ide drivers Windows should use with the next boot. How can it be this difficult?
    What you basically need is..
    - the information about the new chipset's PCIIDE.SYS/[VENDOR_PROVIDED_FILE].SYS and ATAPIIDE.SYS inserted into the values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSetXXX\Control\CriticalDeviceDatabase
    - and the vendor's IDE drivers to the %SYSTEMROOT%/System32/drivers folder.
    Maybe something else, I don't know. But the problem was, Windows didn't know how, or what drivers to use. That can't be so big problem you need to install the whole OS anew!
