Apps seem to quit working while on Wifi

I have the iPhone 6. Just updated to 8.0.2. Most apps either do not work while on wifi or freeze up or stop loading new information. Take Facebook for example. It will load a few of the posts on the news feed and then won't load anyyhing else until I switch to cell data. Safari will work for a few minutes and then sit and try to load until I swich back to data. Once it has loaded, I can switch back to wifi, it will work for a few more minutes and then i have to repeat the process over again.
This has been doing it since I bought the phone on 8.0. I've tried restoring the phone to see if maybe I screwed a setting up. Nothing changed.
My girlfriend is having the same type issue with her 5s on 8.0.2. She said hers was acting like that when 8.0 was initially downloaded as well.

Are these applications, internet dependant? Like fb,twitter,ebay,etc? If so I would go into settings/general/reset and reset the network settings for starters, turn off the router for a minute as well and login to your WIFI thereafter.
If the problem still persists, try performing a reset. By holding the home and lock buttons both at the same time until the apple logo appears.

If anyone is reading this still looking for what caused the issue and how to fix it here is what I discovered.
The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem.

App created with DPS only works while on WIFI

I have created an app in InDesign and went through all the steps to create an .ipa. I then loaded it onto my ipad. The app works fine on the iPad only went it is connected to wifi. Once I disable any connection the animations in the app do not ever load. and I end up with blank spaces where there should be an animated image or such. Does anyone know why?

Another thing that I have realized is that I did create an animation in Adobe Edge Animate and I used the .html that Edge created in the InDesign Doc. When I created the app, it is this animation and only this one, that works on the iPad app when it is not connected to WIFI.
Any more thoughts?

Photoshop CC crashes on open, but all other CC apps seem to be working fine.

I just installed CC last night, so I haven't had a lot of time to work with the CC apps yet... Bridge has been working fine since the start for LOTS of sorting and tagging images in the last day and a half, and I've opened CameraRAW a handful of times without issue, then this evening I tried to open Photoshop CC for the first time and got a whole lot of strange messages about expired trials and activation problems and other errors and then it crashed... At first I think my internet security software was maybe interfering with Photoshop's attempts to confirm licensing online, but I seem to have gotten that sorted out ... so I no longer get all the weird licensing errors, but right after Photoshop loads I very quickly get the "Photoshop has quit working" error and it crashes. After experiencing this issue I went and tried all my other CC apps and Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge all seem fine... just Photoshop is giving me issues.
I already tried "signing out" and signing back in to CC apps as suggested in the forums.
I am using CC on Windows 7 pro. I previously have had Master Collection CS3 and CS5 installed on this computer... but I de-installed these entirely before installing any new apps. I had some errors in de-installing CS3 so I used the Adobe Cleaner Tool to ensure that CS5 and CS3 had been completely de-installed before starting fresh with CC. I don't expect this previous software is causing any issues, but I figured I'd give a complete account of my situation.

I got it working with the help of Live Chat tech support. There was some sort of error happening with my graphics driver... something that was not a problem with my previous version of Photoshop was now a problem with the new version. I updated the graphic card driver and software via the manufacturer's website and that helped me get through.
After updating the driver... at first it felt like I was going backward a bit... I got an expired trial period error again on opening Photoshop the first time, but then I tried again logging out and logging back in to CC as noted previously ( http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/cc-applications-crash-immediately- launch.html ) ... and this time that helped fix the trial error and this time that was not followed by crashing (thanks to the graphics driver update).
I have an ATI Radeon HD 5670 graphics card. The previous version of the driver I was running did not work with Photoshop CC. I have now updated the driver to version 12.104.0.0 and everything is working now.

I am not able to mirror or extend my desktop while using a cabled connection. If I disconnect the cable and connect using wifi I am able to extend/mirror my desktop. On the flip side of things I have no problems pushing video or audio from iTunes while cabled. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

My App Store icon quit working after downloading Lion. How do I reinstall or fix this?

I was so excited when I downloaded Lion on my Macbook Pro. Now my App Store icon doesn't work--it brings up an error message: App Store cannot be opened because of a problem. Check with the developer...reinstall the application...etc. I checked for updates and my system is all up to date. Help?!

Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Desktop motherboards with Killer Network: Does it work while using wif-fi?

So as the title asks, with the mobos offering Killer E2205 or any of the recent versions. Do they work with wireless connections?

What do you man exactly? Using the Killer ethernet while running a Wi-Fi connection at the same time? If so, yes that works. If you want to know if the Wireless is also Killer then no, it is not. Only ethernet is a Killer device on MSI desktop mainboards.

Two swipe quits working while using Safari

Hi everyone.
When I am using my MacBook, and I am in Safari, if I try to go back a page by using the two finger swipe feature instead of using the back arrow, my two finger swipe seems to freeze (for lack of a better term). The page will shift slightly, but it won't go back in it's history, and on top of that, the entire two finger swipe and scroll becomes useless. At this point, I can not even scroll up and down the page unless I use my arrow keys, or completely restart Safari. This is both annoying and frustrating.... Any suggestions? Thanks guys! Spent a total of two hours with tech support and another half hour in the store. Nothing was solved. Very frustrating. Then I figured in out. Certain web pages create the problem. I can duplicate the problem every time now. I was able to duplicate the issue on every single iPad in the store. It looks like a software glitch. The funny thing is the keyboard works on the part of the screen that is affected by the issue. Go to f1-live.com and your screen will stop responding in the top right corner of the screen in portrait mode. I left a message for the apple engineer and am waiting for a call back. Very hockey, nobody knows how to correct the problem. Very disappointed. Was going to go all Mac but now I'm going to hold off on the Mac book pro purchase.

Find Phone seems to only work when on WiFi.

Our iPhone 4 Find Phone only seems to find the device when the phone is connected to a WiFi. Shouldn't it find it as well when NOT on WiFi, when using Broadband?

Just addition. Did you check if those problematic VMs can access internet at the same time? For example, can
those VMs browser any webpage successfully at the same time, not just download updates? Meanwhile, please check if there has policies on router ports to limit the number of MAC addresses per port.

It sounds like you are constantly needing to restore your phone because it keeps going into recovery mode. Usually putting a device into recovery mode and restoring it can help isolate an issue to your iPhone hardware if an issue persists afterwards. I would try manually putting it into recovery mode and restoring it 1 more time:

PSE9 Organizer quits working

Lately the PSE9 Organizer has been somewhat unstable. It quits working while I'm applying keyword tags to images. I haven't made any substantial changes to my system recently.

Hi,
I would first try to repair and optimize your catalog.
From the File menu, select Catalog - that should open the Catalog Manager.
Select you current catalog and click on the Repair button
When that has finished, click on the Optimize button
When that is done, click on Cancel to close the Catalog Manager.
Try doing some work to see if that has cured the crashing.
