Are the Online Sales Agents able to help you at all?

And if they are not "customer service", why can't they tell you basic info that would help them get  a sale like plan information?

    Sounds like a verification issue on whatever marketplace you bought PS Touch from. Did you try contacting Google or Apple to see what they say?

  • No help from support or the store sales agent lied

    Finally got a hold of the manager/ or someone who was able to fix my account. Well see in a few days when the chargers are changed. So I was paying $55 a month for just internet, had a really good deal. A sales agent comes to my house and offers me faster internet, with cable. After being for specific about what my bill would be on going with taxes. He quoted me a price of $70 So I was like yeah that's awesome $15 more a month for faster internet and cable. He said he would drop of the equipment in 3 days, and that a signal would go to my router with my new speeds.Over a week later I still had not received the equipment (its been 2 and half weeks now) and my internet speed never changes but boy did my bill... my bill was at $108I got on with support chat via comcasts website. I asked for my plan to be reverted back to what I had because the sales agent lied, and failed to deliver. I was told escalation would call me within 24-72 hours. Nothing happened. Days later my internet speed was cut in half. I get on with support again. He cant find my old ticket(how does your system lose a Ticket and a chat log????? I do Tier 4 support, that is complete bulls) or the chat. I give him the chat id and ticket # and the pdf of the conversation. I saved all my support transcripts. This agent ends up giving me the same story of exaltation will have to get in touch with me but he fixed my speed. (real quick side note in California my download speeds are doubled/increased)Again after receiving nothing from exaltation withing the time period quoted I when to chat with support again... This time they said that they cannot remove cable from my account I needed to go into a store to do that.Im just like well I guess I should go into a store...The agent at the store tells me that he can remove the cable, extra fees (how the  you going to charge people $15 to "install" there own cable box really? really?)BUThe says my new bill will be $5 more then what I was paying before all this bull because he does not have the ability to give me the same service sale I had before. I would need to contact the manager for the sales agent who came to my house. He will not call my back and refuses to answer my calls. Nobody at xfinity store will help me. What the  can I do?? This is insane.To top all of this off my account has the equipment listed but I never received the equipment, the agent at the store was able to note that on my account. He said it looks like the agent picked the equipment up from the store as it was not shipped. So now I have to return equipment I never received.I would cancel my account in a heartbeat but this is the fastest ISP in my area. Is there a better way to get support? Is there a way for me to file a complaint on this dbag sales agent? I just want the service I had before, with my billing amount back at $55.87 a month and  be resolved.... I was honestly super happy with comcast/Xfinity's service until this happened. 

    So now after dealing with support here. I once again cannot have my service reverted back to what it was before the sales agent lied and messed up my plan. SO it took me over 3 weeks to get any resolution from support, the store and the forums. In the end I will now be paying more each month then I did before all of this. That is absolutely terrible. 
    "We removed the Xfinity TV service off your account on 7/15. I also went ahead and removed the equipment off your account. At this time you only have Internet service only. The promotion you had before is no longer available. We have put you into the best promotion we have available for Blast Internet only for $49.99."  Let's make something really really clear. You Comcast/Xfinity made a mistake, now becuase of your mistake, I the customer am penalized from it.

    This is my story from Store 1513 2441 North Maize Rd Wichita, KS 67205 Why are the cell phone sales people lying to customers by telling them they will get a brand new replacement phone under the purchased warranty when they really have to wait to be sent a refurbished phone? This seams like a scam! I have been told we would get a brand new phone on 3 separate contract renewals in the last 6 months if there ever was a problem, and now that I have a problem they say no you have to wait for a refurb in the mail? Guess you CEO will be getting an earful!

  • Why is the initial question "how can I help you" silent on siri

    Try a reset: Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

    Given you had just purchased this phone 20 days before it became defective, I of course can understand you being upset by the described experience. I honestly wish the representatives you spoke to had been clearer in their advice to you.
    Our return or exchange period for contract based phones is 14 days from the date of purchase. After that timeframe has past any defects or damage would need to be addressed by any coverage on the phone. Your phone has two types of coverage. It has its manufacturer’s warranty and the Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan.
    The manufacturer’s warranty should cover any defects within the first year of owning the phone; while your GSP would cover beyond that time, and any covered damage within the first year. Since you are claiming the unit is defective it should be covered by LG’s warranty, and you will need to work with them to get the phone repaired or replaced.
    We could request a refurbished replacement under your GSP, but per the terms of your GSP you would be charged a service fee, and for a smartphone the service fee is $150. Since LG should not be charging to repair or replace your phone, under their warranty, I once again highly recommend you work with them towards getting this resolved.
    I have filed a formal complaint on your behalf, and if you do have any questions for me please post back to this thread.

  • What are the CE500 STP priority settings? Help

    Anyone knew the default values of the STP of CE500 series switches? I am afraid when I attached the switch to the network it will become the root switch. Need help in determining the bridge priority, path cost , etc. necessary for STP compliance. THanks!

    STP default settings cant be changed on CE500.Only default settings are allowed.Option is add or delete a STP for a vlan.Instead change the priority accordingly so that C500 doesnt become a root switch.

    Ok. There are some neat aspects of the new 08, with the compact boxes and skimming...BUT...Where did the video effects go? slow/reverse,earthquake,etc...
    Also, is there even a feature that has a sound timeline where in the old one we used volume levels and were able to adjust them in a graph kinda thingie in the timeline. Now I need precise volume control and can't distinguish between multiple volume/sound lines.
    I appreciate apple trying to better the software--but those key things that one would use in a editing software--should be there (even if it's for non-pros) I have FCE too.

    They're still in iMovie '06. If you want to use them, use iMovie '06.

    The wave form, volume rubber band, and new equalizer rubber bands are in GarageBand which allows much more precise sound mixing and adjustments than in iMovie.

    This version is more and attempt to advance the techneiques of import, editing by reference, and exporting than an upgrade in features. Use iMovie '06 for traditional editing and iMovie '08 to see what may be in store for you over the next decade.

    I was told that if you reset the password then u can get in and reset the security questions, but I am having problems with it. Apple also has a page on it in there support area, u just have to type it into the search engine and it gives u a list a messages about security questions and support pages.

    We are trying to delete a PO line item as we are unable to make corrections on the Service Entry of that PO - invoice was deleted but generated a credit memo - also  tried unsuccessfully to delete PO line item but got failed.

    you can reverse the invoce by using MR8M and then delete the PO.
    and then delete the p.o.
    Hope, you have not done any GR.

  • I'm using ethernet connection to apple tv and it won't recognize my apple id. It keeps telling me my id or password are incorrect, but I know for sure they are not. Is anyone able to help me?

    The computer has to be authorized for the account that purcchased the media.
