Arkham Knight Pre-Order

Hi,
I normally pre-order and pick up in store. It does not allow me to pre-order Arkham Knight for PC with the in store option for pick up. It has the in store option for PS4 and Xbox One. I have never had a problem picking up a PC version over a console.
Can someone resolve this? Seems it doesn't make sense and must be a glitch.

Great question! Unfortunately, it does appear that this item is currently available to pre-order online for shipping. You may want to go to your local store and pre-order the item there if you're interested in the In-Store Pickup option. Please continue to check here for any updates.

Haven't received my Batman Arkham Knight - Pre-order - WayneTech Booster Pack

I pre-ordered Batman Arkham Knight on the 22nd and picked it up the 23rd before leaving town. I was told I'd receieve an email with the code within 15 minutes. It is now the 27th and no code, I am not happy, where is my email!

I am going to add to the the frustration. I preordered, with the waynetech bonus pack. I picked it up at 9:30 am, and its now 11pm and no code! Wth? This is my first preorder game at bestbuy, and i have done many at a certain Game store that I Stop at, with no problems. It is always a 2 minute check out. At bestbuy, it was a 10 minute process where i had to find a guy who told me to get a regular (non-preorder) copy and go to the register. I was told at the register to then go to customet service. At customer service, i was asked my email address twice, even though its on my bestbuy rewards account. He then handed me my receipt and said, there you go. It tried to charge me 4.99 for the preorder bonus. He then voided it, and gave me the receipt. I had to ask him how to get the download, and then was told it would show up in my email. Well.....11hours later, nothing. This will be my last preorder from bestbuy. I see why they had to give me $10 in rewards to get it there. This is crap customer service.

Never received $10 rewards on Arkham Knight pre-order

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!
If your pre-order of Batman Arkham Knight was picked up or shipped within 7 days of the official release day (6/23/2015), then you should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus. It can usually take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's My Best Buy™ account. After looking over your account, I can see why the bonus points have not posted and it has to do with the time of the day you placed your pre-order.
With that being said, your pre-order may not have actually been a pre-order. I am going to send you a private message so that I can go over your pre-order and your My Best Buy™ account with you in additional detail. To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.
Where are my My Best Buy Bonus Points?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet heard from the Bayamon store about your pre-order.
Generally speaking, for items pre-ordered in our stores, you should have five days to pick up your product. For the best and most accurate information, however, I recommend contacting or visiting the store.

Meta Knight pre-order has not updated at all.

Hello, I preorder Meta Knight about 3 minutes after he went up for a little on Monday. I've started to see that a lot of people have gotten their order today while mine has stayed stuck on "preordered, release date is 02/20/2015" Since Monday. I haven't gotten any updates through email or text at all. So what's the deal? Is it a glitch of some kind? Could my Meta Knight have shipped but the status not update? Thank you.

Batman Arkham Knight is one of the $10 certificate games and I am wondering if the console bundle is also eligible for that as well?

Pre-Order pickup

Why does my order status say "ready for pickup" when it's not ready? I guess the game (Arkham Knight) comes out tomorrow, but my pre-order said ready for pickup, and even when I called the associate said it was ready and I could come in and pick it up. It wasn't until I drove 25 minutes (which is why I verified over phone first) that I was told that they couldn't give me the product until tomorrow.
I called 1800BestBuy and was told the associate should not have told me it was ready and part of their training is knowing when new items are released. Since this is not the first time this store did not relay corporotate policies and standards (told you don't price match when items are under what best buy paid for the item, and best buy does not price match pre order items), he told me I would be transfered to customer relations to file a formal complaint. Once I was transfered I was told all complaints need to be done via email and then promptly hung up on. So not only does the sales associate not know their only policy it sounds like phone support does not either.
Can you please properly train your staff as even reading this forum it sounds like customers know more about the policies than the staff both in store and on the phone.

Batman Arkham Knight preorder

I recently purchased the new Arkham game in full with the preorder but will not be in town to pick up the game. Will the game and all DLC extras be held for me? Or will I just get the regular game when I pick it up 3 days after the release?

Have no fear! When you pre-order a game or movie in-store, we will hold your product for you at customer service for 5 days. If you are unable to return to the store in that time it will be put back on the sales floor and you may lose out on any Day One edition if applicable. In this case, though, you will be fine to pick up the original copy within 3 days.

Can I change pre-orders from In-Store Pickup to Ship-to-Home?

Right out of the gates, I know I'm far from the first person to have concerns about amiibos and pre-orders associated with them.
I have all of wave 3 as well as the Best Buy exclusive Meta-Knight preordered for In-Store Pickup, but my Wave 2 preorders have been extremely hit or miss thus far. My Little Mac never showed up in store, and when the CS representative there offered to have one shipped to me, it was cancelled. My Pit never showed up, and I was never even given a chance for a contingency. I had just missed out on it entirely.
My friends who pre-ordered with Ship-to-Home have had little to no issue, so if possible, I would like to change my preorders to be handled that way.
Overall, and like many others, I'm very disappointed with Best Buy's In-Store Pickup option. As a result, I find myself backing up pre-orders with other retailers. I'm not wild about the concept of preordering with Best Buy being such a gamble. If there's any way to shift me over to Best Buy's more reliable Ship-to-Home option, I would very much like to do it.

The amiibo figures are wildly popular! I can understand why you would be concerned with your store pickup pre-order if you haven't had the best of luck with your previous ones, which I am deeply sorry to hear about.
Sadly, as the amiibos are currently sold out online, we would be unable to modify your order for shipping to your home. With that said, at this time your best bet would be to keep the pre-orders as they are. I apologize if this was not the response you were hoping for when you reached out to us on the forum.
