ASA5510 is blocking one specific website

Hello everybody,
At the customer site, we have a ASA5510 (ASA version 9.1.2  - ASDM 7.2.1).
The problem is that there is only one particular website blocked, without any logic reason. According to the configuration we close no specific traffic. In fact; all traffic from that interface (higher security level) can go to the (WAN) interface with a lower security level.
ASA interface settings:
inside: 192.168.1.254/24 (local lan)
ts-data: 172.19.4.240/24 (another local LAN interface, used for traffic acrossing private WAN)
ts-inet: 83.167.X.X (this is the public internet connection
example:
From host 192.168.1.51(inside), the website http://www.adhocdata.nl could not be reached and is blocked by the ASA. The strange thing is, it seems to be blocked by the wrong interface/access-list (ts-data). This interface has nothing to do with it...because the traffic is initiated from the inside interface to the TS-inet (WAN)interface. So why is the wrong access list blocking only this specific website. All the other web traffic runs smoothly.
See attachment for log information.
Hopefully someone can help me.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks.. Here's the output:

  • Flashplayer not working on one specific website

Recently, flashplayer stopped showing embedded videos on a specific webpage.  Blank white space appears where the video should be.  I can right click on this white space and launch the FP settings program, but the embedded videos neither show nor play.  It is only one specific website--FP works on Youtube and (thus far) everywhere else I've tried it.  The specific webpage I'm experiencing the problem with does not show flash content in either Firefox and IE.
I fear I've changed some setting for this specific page, but for the life of me, can't figure out what that setting might have been.  I've been through all the checklists on the Adobe site that I can find, but nothing seems to work.  Has anyone experienced anything similar?  And how did you solve the problem?
    Thanks?

    Sorry.
    I'm using Windows 7 (vers 6.1)
    Firefox 21.0
    IE 10.0.9200.16540  Update versions: 10.0.4 (KB2817183)
Flashplayer vers is 11,7,700,202 (I've reinstalled it a couple of times today).
the webpage is my own http://jagobcwrestlingart.blogspot.com/ .  There is an embedded video is the very latest entry (April 6).  The embedded videos do work for everyone else (I've tested it on a friend's computer myself).  Apparently I am the only one unable to view the embedded videos on my own site!

  • One specific website won't load

While browsing the internet on my laptop (late 2011 MacBook Pro, 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5 processor), I have one specific website that will not load. It's worked in the past, but has suddenly stopped working.
My software and OS are up-to-date (OS X 10.9.5), and I've scanned for viruses (Intego VirusBarrier). I've tried multiple networks (WiFi only, no ethernet), haven't changed my network or firewall settings, and have tried disabling my firewall (Intego NetBarrier). I've tried multiple browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Chrome), reset Safari to clear my cookies and cache, and have disabled the one browser extension I use.
I've been able to access the site on other computers and on my iPhone, all on my primary network. I've opened the terminal and used the host command, and I know my computer is able to interpret the site's IP (something about verifying the DSN?). As best I can tell, this is not an issue with the website, but with my laptop.
    Any ideas?

I have a few suggestions to try:
    1) Completely uninstall VirusBarrier.  There is simply no need for additional antivirus or firewall products on a Mac with a current OS version.  Third-party firewall and antivirus products cause more problems on Macs than the ever prevent.
Next, do the following side-by side on both your Mac that can't visit the site and one that can.  Compare what you see between the two.
    2) Check "System Preferences" > "Network" > "Advanced" > "Proxies".  None of the boxes should be selected under "select a protocol".
    2) Check "System Preferences" > "Network" > "Advanced" > "DNS".
    3) Open a terminal window, enter the following command and hit return:
    cat /etc/hosts
You should only see the following entries:
    # Host Database
    # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface
    # when the system is booting.  Do not change this entry.
    127.0.0.1 localhost
    255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
    ::1            localhost
    fe80::1%lo0 localhost
If you see additional entries let us know.
After comparing your Proxy, DNS, and hosts file of a Mac that can reach the site and the one that can't, let us know what differences you see.

  • Blocking a specific website

I don't need a parental blocking system. I just want to block one specific web page from loading on my laptop. This page loads repeatedly, asking me to renew a membership I am not interested in and it does not have an unsubscribe function.

    Hello,
With Safari open, from the Menu Bar, click Safari/Block Pop-Up Windows. That should do it. If not, drag the Safari .plist file from the Preferences folder to your Desktop. com.apple.safari.plist
It's here: /Users/YourName/Library/Preferences. Quit Safari, then relaunch it. If the problem is fixed, drag that com.apple.safari.plist file to the Trash, empty the Trash and reboot. You will need to reset your Safari/Preferences which can be done from the Menu Bar. Also, from the Menu Bar, click Safari/ Empty cache and see if that helps.

  • How can I allow ads to be displayed on one specific website?

In order the be able to use a specific website, admins will only allow continious use if I allow the page's ads to be displayed on my computer (has to do with funding the page). I do not block any on purpose, nor can I find how to unblock for this specific website. I did check 'Permissions'. For this site all cookies and pop-ups are allowed, but still no ads appear. I need to solve this issue soon, otherwise I'll get kicked off... :(
Where/which are the settings that need to be adjusted?
I really hope someone can help out soon. Thanks in advance!

  • Firefox suddenly sits with a blank screen for one specific website.

A website I've used for years I suddenly can't get to using Firefox, but I can using Internet Explorer. When I try to go to it in Firefox I get a blank white screen in the browser. I tried all the usual troubleshooting techniques (disabling add-ons, resetting Firefox, deleting cookies and temp files) and nothing helps.
I have Webroot anti-virus and it hasn't detected anything; scans run automatically every day.

  • One specific website won't load on my MacBook Pro

So, the title says it all pretty much.
I've been accessing this website for nearly 6 months, daily. A few days ago, it just stopped loading (Safari and Chrome), it says it's loading the webpage but then says the webpage won't load. At first I thought it was because the website was down, but I could access it using my PC, Phone and iPad (same wifi connection) and still can, it just refuses to load on my MacBook and I can't figure out why!
    Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks!

    Tried this also.
    Since posting, these are the things I have tried;
    Safari Reset
    Chrome Reset
    Tried using private browsing/incognito
    Macbook restart
    Wifi restart
    Complete router restart
Changed DNS to 8.8.4.4 and 8.8.8.8
Checked my anti virus software preferences for blocking websites
    Un-installed anti virus software
    Disabled Ad-Blocker
    Un-installed Ad-Blocker
I then tried using the Guest account - still didn't work, so I did everything listed above on the guest account, still no luck.

  • Can't find server on one specific website

For the past 2 days I have been unable to access the website for nbcnews.com (and today.com which is related---however, I have no issues with nbcsports and nbc for shows). This has been one of my home tabs for months and nothing I can think of has changed in the last few days. I do not have problems with any other site I frequent.
I have tried accessing it different ways---through my home tab, through google, and through the nbc sites I can access---each time I get the same "Problem loading page Server Not Found Firefox Can't Find the Server at nbcnews.com".
I have tried clearing cookies and cache, and also discovered I can't reach this site on Chrome or IE either. I'm not sure I want to try a reset. Is there anything else I can try or any reason you can think of why this one site might be an issue?

Great! Glad you got that fixed! Please be sure to mark the solution that helped you by clicking '''Solves this problem''' on the right side of the reply.

  • Is there a way I can disable images for just one specific website that won't load properly?

The website Epinions.com is not loading properly for me (since it went through an upgrade). Pages will begin to load and stop midway or only load a small amount. I'm getting frequent timeouts where pages entirely fail to load. I think one reason this is happening may be because the site is much more image heavy than it used to be. I would like to disable images on just that one site rather disabling all images in general. Is that possible? If so, how do I do it?

Try to update to Firefox 8 to see if that helps.

  • Can't access one specific website

I've been trying to visit this website for like a year now and I get the below message. http://www.alltrafficsolutions.com
"Safari could not open the page “http://www.alltrafficsolutions.com/” because the server stopped responding."
It happens on both my Macs (1.8 Ghz PowerPC G5 & eMac, OS 10.4.6, & 10.3) and all the browsers.
My ISP (cogeco cable - RCA box) said it opened fine for them and it wasn't them blocking it... they had me disconnect my router (d-link) and connect it directly to my computer but that didn't help.
I'm in Canada right now and thought it might be some kind of "international block" but I tried it on a friends dialup and it opened fine.
It's got me baffled.... any Ideas?

Weird site, though it works from here in Safari, when I Ping it I get...
    Ping has started ...
    PING www.alltrafficsolutions.com (66.221.69.2): 56 data bytes
    --- www.alltrafficsolutions.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
So perhaps they have Pong turned off... and maybe other weird stuff.
If Dialup works and BB doesn't, I suspect some timing issue, like how long a Browser waits for a reply, which I vaguely remember seeing in some .plist.
