Assining LSMW program to T.code

Dear all,
Is there any way to convert a specific LSMW programme to T.code so that the user will assign the text file and only have the option of reading the system read data and reading the converted data and the final upload through batch input.
How this functionality can be achieved - is there any provision in SAP to achieve this

T-Code: SCAT
Enter the name of Test case (must start with Z) and record transaction (TCD).
Enter transaction code and record.
Save transaction and end recording.
After that, maintan functions test case (modify), enter constants or maintain field entry. Save and export variants.
Go to - Variants - export.

LSMW - Error BDC_INSERT, Transaction code .. is invalid XD01

Dear all.
I have done the following Steps:
1 - Maintain Object Attributes. Chose the Object type Batch Recording, then created a Record using the name (CLI_PMR). And created the Batch record and then assign the fields name.
2 - Maintain Source Structures Created the Struture (CLI_PMR1)
3 - Maintain Source Fields Assign the fields name and length that I used in my program. (CLI_PMR1).
4 - Maintain Structure Relations Assign the Struture (CLI_PMR1 to CLI_PMR)
5 - Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules The normal thing in this point.
6 - Specify Files - Specified the Legacy Data, path for the file.
7 - Generate Read Program Generated the Program.
8 Read Data Executed this Step and every thing is correct
9 - Generate Conversion Program Generated the program
10 - Convert Data Convert data
11 - Display Converted Data Every thing is fine, with no errors
12 - Create Batch Input Session- At this the error message appears Error BDC_INSERT, Transaction code .. is invalid time.
At the time we have created other LSMW programs for this T-Code and every thing is OK.
I'm using the T-CODE=XD01

Hi, I had the same problem in LSMW when generating a batch input for trx IE01. The cause was that there were tab/newline-characters in my text file (some descriptions contained tab-characters). Since I used a tab delimited file, these tabs/newlines in the fields messed up my file.
The excel file contained multiple lines per cell in some description fields. When this was exported to tab delimited text, it contained additional tabs. After checking the contents and removing the tabs/newlines from Excel and performed a new export to txt-file, it was solved.

Program for t-codes -kindly help

i am in need to know abap programs to the t-codes. for example for creation of sales order (va01), there is a program called SAPMV45A. similar to that i want programs for t-codes in mm.

If u want to see the program enter the t code in command field and then go to system (on top) and then status u will get details of program.

Creation of 'Transport Request' for an lsmw program.

Hi all,
I have created an LSMW program, and created a 'Transport Request'(throuh the option : Extras -> Generate Change Request).
But, the Transport Request did not create any Subtask for the 'LSMW program'; Instead The TR has created a listing of 'Table Contents' under 'Object list of request'.
I need to know how i can create a subtask for the LSMW program in the Transport Request. And, in the absence of the subtask(like in my current situation), is it possible to transfer the contents of my LSMW program from my system to another system without suffering any loss of data?

This is standard behaviour for LSMW transports, no task is created, all relevant table entries reside directly under the transport request. Be aware that always an entire project including all subprojects and objects in being transported.

Good Morning. I'm having a problem using both my Photoshop elements and premiere programs. I've installed the programs, redeemed my code and entered the serial numbers, and created the adobe log-in. I am able to open up the organizer without problems, but when I try to open up the photo editor (either by trying to open up the program from the main menu, or right-clicking on a photo in the organizer to edit in elements), the program asks me to sign in to adobe (which I can do and it doesn't give an an "incorrect password" or log-in ID error) then accept the terms and conditions. When I click to accept the terms and conditions, nothing happens and the editor fails to open. Everytime I click on the program, I get this same "loop" of signing in and accepting T&C's, but the program fails to open. Any advice?

i think my question was not clear enough.. actually i want to run this class using some java code . like any IDE would do i am making a text editor for java, as my term project i have been able to complie the code usign compiler api and it genertaes the class file but now i want to run this class file "THROUGH JAVA CODE" instead of using Java command. I want to achive it programatically. do you have any idea about it.. thanks in advance

About unprotect a report program's source code

Hi all,
I have protect the report program using a report program. In this process if i change/display a report program it doesn't displays its source code but it execute that program.The whole source code is Stored in an internal table.but the real problem is that when i open that program's source code it protected and doesn't appears.
I doing this by using '*@#@@[SAP]'. This is provided by SAP to protect a report program.
Now my query is ' there is any thing to unprotected that program' ?

That is an <u>incorrect</u> statement. That "feature" might be removed without any prior notice since it's causing more harm than it provides benefit.

Hi Sunita,
If your data is in a text file , simply save the file as tab delimited.
Then use FM 'GUI_UPOAD' to upload the file data into internal table.

Program and product code mandatory for sales adj

Hello Friends i have following change request on COPA. Could someone please help.
There is an executive directive asking to report the actual sales and cost of sales by product line, program, including when the accounts are adjusted manually, through JE.
The accounts that must have the information related to the Program and Product code are the manual adjustments related to:
-     gross sales accounts-     standard material adjustment account-     standard labor-     variable overhead
-     fixed overhead-     standard scrap adjustment account.
The request is to be mandatory to fill the program and the product code for specific accounts through a new Field status group.

I am new to creating LSMW Program.
I want to create a LSMW program to upload the sales order with multiple line items. I have read on SDN that it can be done on two phases. First Create Header Data than line items. IS IT TRUE??, Or
Is there any procedure by which we can load the sales orders with multiple line items in a single run (part).
I want to use Batch process, not a BAPI or IDOC procedure.
I have created a program with

Source Structure 1 - For Header and Source Structure 2 for Line Items.
Mapped Field INDET (With Fix Value 1), ORDERTYPE, SALESORG, DISTCHANNEL, DIVISION, CUSTOMER, PONUMBER , DELVDATE, PRCGDATE, PMTTERM
INCOT1 INCOT2 with Source Structure - 1 and
Field INDENT (With Fix Value 2), ITEMNO, MATCODE, MATQTY, SUOM, PLANT, BATCH, AMOUNT with Structure-2
than maintained Structure relation ship, field Mapping, Specified Files, Assigned files, Read Data and other process,
At final stage (Start Direct Input program RVINVB10) it is giving a message - Table name not allowed.
Please tell me where I am wrong.

Dear SD Gurus n Experts,
I have solved the above problem. But there is another problem appearing regarding the date format. Now system generating a message: Date . . is not valid.
While I am using Date: YYYYMMDD format in flat file, which is SAP's Standard Format.
In SDN Link: LSMW upload Sales Order using VA01/VA02 I have found that there are some date fields which are mandatory to filled. Here I have mapped
VDATU - Requested delivery date, BSTDK - Customer purchase order date, PRSDT - Date for pricing and exchange rate, BSTDK_E - Ship-to party's PO date, FKDAT - Billing Date, KORDT - Delivery Date,
and PRGRS - Date type is Constant = D
Can any one tell me, where is the priblem.

need to assign different roles to different users and the role number and user number is here big so need to create the LSMW program to accomplish this work, please let me know step by step procedure to create LSMW script/program to assign mutiple roles to mutiple users (here unique roles, if smae roles goes to all users may be we can use SU10 but different roles to different users, crazy spread sheet)

Nope, sorry, I'm more of an ECATT person myself but I'm sure if you enter LSMW and tutorial in google you'll get plenty examples. Maybe not exactly for SU10 but once you've grasped the recording concept I'm sure you'll be fine.

They used to work! But today I just can't open any LabView program with MATLAB codes in. This also happened some time ago, but after a day I tried again, it went back to normal. Can anyone help me fix it? Many thanks !!!

Thank you for your inquiry regarding problems opening a VI. It sounds like a VI containing MATLAB code will not open in LabVIEW. This problem can happen when using LabVIEW 7 on a Windows 2000 machine. Assuming this is your setup, the following link is a great resource when dealing with this issue.
