ATG Scheduler at start of the application

Hi Team, I am working on ATG Scheduler and created two components. Scheduler 1 was set for monthly and Scheduler 2 was set for weekly. Both scheduler were deployed
on one weblogic, one server node and no cluster. It so happened that Scheduler 2 already kicked off at the start of the application. Where Scheduler 2 was scheduled for weekly.
The scheduler 2 started generating email like hell. It triggered and started executing continuously. Both Schedulers were designed to generate emails and report attached to it.
So when any of the scheduler executes it should only generate 2 emails, one for success message and other one with report attached in it.
But unfortunately it kicked off at the start of the application and in a minutes it generated like 300 emails and started sending. So in around 13 hours it generated 100K emails.
I am wondering what could have triggered this.

The expression are absolutely correct and through Dynamo console I could see the scheduler were not yet run and next time they are expected to run on weekly and monthly. Hope this
is understandable. Could any one help me on this. I am trying to find the cause.

Your system is missing a couple DLLs that LR needs, but the fix at Adobe is to copy them to the LR folder which gets replaced for each install, so you have to redo it after each LR install. It would be worth documenting the process and saving the DLLs so you don’t have to ask about it each time:

You might also use the AIO210 program to add them as detailed in this YouTube video—maybe this is a more permanent fix, but since the files are from media-fire be very careful about what you do so as not to install a virus on your computer.
I’d scan the downloaded ZIP you download with whatever virus and internet security software you have and don’t be fooled by extraneous popups you might see during the download process. I was able to download the aio210.zip after authorizing one Captcha window and closed at least one bogus popup trying to get me to install other software. I have a WebLogic 12c domain composed of an administration server, an soa/bpm managed server and an OSB managed server. They aren't clustered. In order to start the servers I'm using Node Manager. So, I thought to start the admin server and, after that, to start the two managed servers via the admin console. So, it seems that the admin server is trying to connect to the soabpm and the osb managed servers. Then, I'm starting first the managed servers which, in my opinion, it doesn't make much sense as, even if the managed servers may start without the admin server running, this is only exceptional. Starting the managed servers first, they will try to connect to the admin server, which is normal, as they need to get the configuration. And since there is no admin server running, they will wait until the timeout expires, meaning that the managed server take several minutes (even 10 minutes) to start.
So, my question is: how is one supposed to start the servers in this case ?

Have a look at the following Note :
Warning "Unable to connect to the policy access service" During Admin Server Startup. (Doc ID 1948727.1)
CAUSE
The Admin Server is trying to reach wsm-pm during startup. As wsm-pm is targeted only to Managed Servers which have not been started yet, this must fail.
The connection to wsm-pm will be retried, and will be established once wsm-pm is available in the domain.
SOLUTION
Start up at least one Managed Server to which wsm-pm is targeted. This Managed Server can be started up after the Admin Server is RUNNING.
Once at least one Managed Server to which wsm-pm is targeted is up, verify that OWSM related functionality is available.
1.) After starting up at least one such managed server, verify that no additional such OWSM related warnings
are logged into the Admin Server log.
2.) If you have Fusion Middleware Control in your domain, try the following after starting up at least one such managed server:

If after starting up at least one Managed Server to which wsm-pm is targeted you still get "Unable to connect to the policy access service" and "No available router to destination" in the Admin Server logs, see DOCUMENT: 1569900.1

Config Tool doesn't start from the application list

Hi all,
I have installed Planning, EAS, and Workforce on a server but when I go to configure the tools, the config tool doesn't start from the page where you select the applications to configure. Instead, it starts with all the apps listed with the message: "You have selected the above apps to configure" and it has a Back button but it doesn't work, and it has a Next button and when I press it, it says Done.
I need to configure the database and deploy to the application server.
The Shared services is on a different server and is up and running. Essbase is on a separate server and that's up and running.
I am working with 11.1.1.3 32 bit applications on a 64 bit Windows OS.
If you have run into this, please let me know what am I missing?

First of all I couldnt get your problem as in your query description you have written "sometimes the video doesn't skips a couple of seconds from the beginning even though the value of NetStream.time property is 0" which is contradictory with the query title "Video doesn't start from the beginning".
But anyways I think you should check ns.time in Play.Start there you should get always 0 but in Buffer.Full there may be the case that ns.time is not 0 but has some value but that value is very small less than 1.
If still you have issue please clarify your problem then probably I will be able to answer your query.

I deployed the application successfully, J2ee server started successfully but when I open the browser and try to run the application or view the welcome page it shows the above mentioned error.

When starting up, the application insists on opening the Firefox Welcome page rather than the homepage specified in the preferences panel. (The latter opens nearly simultaneously, behind the Welcome Page.)

Working on an iMac, running OS 10.6.8. This problem has started fairly recently. (I also experienced a problem with "places," starting around the same time, which I was able to resolve using the Troubleshooting page.)

HTML DB - LOV is empty at the start of the application

Hi everybody,
Is it usual when we open our application (the first one with HTML-DB) that our lov are empty. Is it a problem with my application ? Is a problem with oracle database ? (I know they stop the Database for backup but the restart is made at 7 o'clock. But, at 7:50 we opened the application and the lov's was empty.)
I take a look on this forum and I don't see something about it.

How do I start using the application?

I installed the Photoshop program but I don't see anywhere where I can open it... I need help.

Which operating system are you using? If it is Windows it will be under Start>All Programs. If it is Mac OS it should be available within your Applications folder.

Ichat disconnects and reconnects airport when I open the application

iChat is disconnecting EVERY time I start up the application. It will then automatically reconnect. Every once-in-a-while it will do this during a chat or videochat. This problem only happens when I am on my wireless network at my house.
I believe my firmware on my Linksys wireless router is up-to-date. But I am on a university campus so I cannot connect to the Linksys ip-address page to confirm as they insist I must.
I have been searching through these forums and have tried changing a number of settings with no success. I also cannot find a thread with this exact problem. Please help, thank you!

Help. Windows 7: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002).

I just got a new computer. Windows 7. Toshiba. Intel 13-3110M Processor. 6GB DDR3 Memory. 1TB 5400rpm Hard Drive. Intel HD Graphics 4000. 2.40 GHz. 64-bit operating system.
I installed CS5 Creative Suite on it (which worked perfectly fine on my two previous computers--Windows 7 and Windows 8). Since then Photoshop and Illustrator have been giving me the same error message. "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002). Click OK to close the application." The programs still open and remain open after pressing okay, but the message comes back every minute or so.
Then, with InDesign, the program won't open at all. It gives me the error message of "Cannot load the PDF.RPLN plug-in. It is dependent on the EPS PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in, which failed to load. Please check documentation for the EPS PAGE ITEM.RPLN plug-in." Then InDesign stops responding and closes itself.
I have to live with this computer for two more weeks (and then I go home and can use my old one again/return this current laptop), and I have schoolwork that counts on me being able to use these programs. If anybody could help me, I would be super grateful!
Oh, and I've already tried installing and uninstalling it.

Without system information nobody can say anything. also check the logs in the Event Viewer.

I tried to uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the 11.03 version but that didnt work either. I want to know if i copy all of the music in my itunes folder to an external without consolidating can i still transfer all my itunes music from my current windows xp pc to a brand new one and have my current itunes library in my new pc? Basically i just want to know 3 things: What exactly does consolidating the itunes library do? Can i copy, paste, and transfer my itunes library to an external and from there to a new pc? Will i be able to transfer my itunes library without consolidating the files?

I have found a temporary solution, allowing the previous version of iTunes (v. 11.1.3 (x64) in my case) to be re-installed. The Application Takes long time to Start

Hello All,
We ar eon Unix->64 Bit-> Essbase 11.1.1.3.
Problem Description : The application is taking long to start up. around 5 to 6 minutes. This is very first time it is happening.
There were no specific changes done to the application in the recent releases.
I have tried all options 1. Compacating outline, 2. Purging the application log etc. all other applications respond good on this host except this. Usually any application should not take more than 1 to 2 minutes to start up.
There are no specific errors or XCP files recorded in the logs and folders.

I know i have posted this thread sometime back and later I had to jump on a New release, so did not get time to check your inputs.
Well I am back on this issue again. I have been working on various option to get this issues solved " start of App takes long time"
Here are some Details. We are on SunOs 64 Bit, has 12CU with dual core, with Essbase 11.1.1.3 running on it. This is an ASO application and has just 7 dimensions, Out of which the ORGANIZATION Dimension is pretty huge with Multiple Hierarchies enabled ( Both Stored and Dynamic ) and has more than 20,00,000 members including the alternate hierarchies ( Shared members)
I did a smoke test by building dimension by dimension the app was startiung up in just *40* seconds. and when i reached the ORG dimension and added more than 70,000 memebrs . there i fall sick. the app now gets back to its old issue ( Takes more than 10 mainutes to start).
CPU Usage ranges between 3.1 % to 4 %

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and recently installed all apps. They all worked fine until I recently installed iLivid - big mistake! (at least I think this is the culprit from other articles I found). Now I can no longer use Illustrator and I am being asked for a serial number in all most other apps. The error message shown, when I try too launch Illustrator, is as above. I've tried uninstalling and deleting everything, including wiping all traces I can find in the registry, and then reinstalling the application manager and the apps again, but no joy. Who can help me please

A possible explanation is the iLivid software has overwritten some of the Visual C++ libraries on your OS. This is an issue which can affect many applications on your system, any which use these libraries. One solution is to put the DLL's from the library in application folder so it doesn't need to access them from the OS. I know we have that kind of solution for Lightroom but haven't seen it for Illustrator.

or completely remove the iLivid using some kind of Malware or Anti-virus removal software, and then uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft 2005 Visual C++ libraries,
