Attachments Error

Question

Hi,
In iProc , while creating the requisition i am attaching one document. After attaching the image is coming in the attachment table. When i click on the attachment image the file name and other things are coming.
But when i changed the preferences from English to Chez the attachement image was appearing , but while opening the attachment there is no file name and other information , empty table is coming.
Please help me what is the problem in the above case.
