Attachments in Complaint transactions

Hi Experts,
How can I attach files (eg. DOC/PDF) in complaint transactions?
I saw in CRMD_ORDER that exist a tab called documents that I can upload the files, but I didn't find the Assignment Block in WebClient for Compliant transaction type that I can attach files.

Hi PP,
You're right... I was logging in Portuguese language and the Assignment Block for Attachements was without label. Now I added the Assignement Block GS_CM and it's OK.

    I am using complaint transaction. I want to send an email to employee responsible. Initially I create and save the complaint transaction. After saving it, i open the transaction again and change the employee responsible at that time the email should go to new employee responsible.

    Hi Vinay,
    You can use action defintions to send emails to your employee responsible.
    for that pls check action profile 'Order_Messages' and within this, action definition
    'ORDER_CONFIRMATION'.
    Check in there. Partner funtion is assigned to it, in second level customizing and smart form to be mailed in third level customizing.
    Prerequisite: emails should be maintained in BP master.
    For your requirement you can  do following settings:
    In second level customizing(i.e. selecting the action definition and double click on the same)
    Enter the partner funtion of Emp. responsible. in 'Partner Determination for the Action' Details. and check 'Partner Dependent'.
    Secondly, in details for 'Action Determination and Action Merging' in 'Action Merging' details select 'Max. 1 Unprocessed Action for Each Action Definition.
    Save the settings.
    Schedule the actions using action scheduling.

  • Document templates not visible in Complaints transaction

    Dear CRM gurus,
    CRM 5.0
    I created an MS word document template using tcode CRM_KW_TEMPL in CRM 5.0 for the business object type BUS2000120 which is a complaint. However, after saving the template when I go into CRMD_ORDER for creating a complaints transaction type & try creating a new document based on the template, the name of the template is not shown in the window which opens up for selecting the template.
    I have done the background config for setting up the document template profile, folder template & assigning these to the transaction type header. Can someone please let me know what could I be missing?

    Please confirm if you see URL as http:localhost:99/_layouts/images. or http//:localhost:99/_layouts/images.
    Is it same behavior on all sites or just 1 site
    What do we see in Fiddler traces
    Did you made any changes in DOCICON.XML
    or some where else

  • How to Maintain SLA in Complaint transaction

    Dear all,
    How to maintenance SLAs for CRM complaints transaction.
    Scenario:
    our client wants to store Complaint processing time in SAP. if complaint is coming through phone..it has to be addressed with in 1 day, if customer directly comes it has to be resolved with in 1 hour like that....
    can we map this in complaint transaction..How to configure this in SAP CRM?
    We are not maintaining Service Contracts per each customer in our system.

    Hi Ram, Thanks for the response but it is not clear to me. Please help me to understand the scenario in following concerns.
    1. When you say 'Service Master' is it a Service product master which need to be created for SLA's in CRM system?
    2. How to maintain duration details on basis of specific status in the transaction?
    3. If the given duration exceeds for a specific status...how to escalate it to next level?
    4. Is there any way of mapping this scenario instead of maintaining SLA as a product in the transaction?
    Kindly suggest...Your help will be greatly appreciated.

  • Problem in CRM Complaint Transaction Return Request replication

    Dear all,
    I have created a Complaint and from it Created Return Request. I could see the replicated Replicated Return Order in ECC system.
    But the following problems are facing.
    In CRM Complaint Transaction 'System Status' is showing as 'To be distributed Open'.
    When I try to change the Complaint transaction in CRM (after replicating the return request in ECC ) system showing message  'Document is being distributed; changes are not possible' in the status bar.
    There is no document flow displaying in CRM Complaint transaction.
    I could not understand where the problem is occuring. Please help me to solve the above issue. Your suggestions are highly appreciated.

    Thanks for the response, Yes the problem is for all documents and I have cleared Inbound and Outbound queues of both systems and tried again. But still the problem is exist.

    i have created a web request for complaint transaction .
    on submit of the request on BSP page it gives me the activity no( complaint ).
    now on viewing this activity in crmd_order transaction it give me an error
    "Internal number of current transaction could not be determined "
    and comes out of crmd_order
    Please let me know if you have any idea about it

    When u add a new field through EEWB wizard, that field add in related table. Suppose u r adding a field for Complaint , for that u have to choose Business object for complaint.
    After this step when u run wizard, not only this field will add in Complaint table but wizard also generate BADI, FM,some structures and data element and also some classes.
    U can find all these related generated methods , structure etc from General Data of Task.
    U dont need to create any Ztable, wizard take care itseld all data storage and handling.

    I am facing an issue in CRM Complaint transactions
    1)When i create a CRM Complaint transaction in IC WEB Client i am unable to save the transaction and also transaction number is not getting generated in IC WEB Client,but the same transaction number i can able to see in in CRM GUI system
    Can any one tell me why the complaint transaction number is not showing in IC  WEB CLIENTI SYSTEM

  • Report to see and send as e-mail of all open Complaints/transactions

    Hello Gurus,
    We need to view all the Open Service Transactions/Incidents (we have a Ztransaction type) for the past 3 months and send that output as an attachment to our Service Manager's e-mail address for him to action on.
    Is there a standard way of achieving this ?
    Please point me if there are any GUI transaction codes that i can schedule them as a background job specifying an e-mail address ?

    Hi Gopi,
    There are no standard tools for your requirement. It is very specific requirement to your customer.
    However, there are a couple of tools which you can use to extract the data. The mailing part needs to be development in custom solution.
    My suggestion would be develop a report and use the tools to extract the data. Then schedule the job in the back ground. I also developed a similar kind of functionality in one of my earlier project.
    Let me know if you need any kind of technical inputs regarding the development.

    Hi Shashi,
    The error you have mentioned says System type is OLTP, change it to CRM system. Just delete the existing entry and create a new one rather than changing it.
    Also check whether you have entered the correct logical system.

    I  am trying to store the attachments from webdynpro portal to sap R3 ,std transaction IW52, i culd see the attachments, in the transactions, but when i open am getting an error. its not allowing to open the documents in R3.please give me ur suggestions on this

    In the component GS_CM, those fields are there, but in the Webclient they are not.
    Can anyone help me ?

    I think attachments comes under Attachement Assignment block.

  • Sending manual Email creates a follow up document of type Complaint.

    Here are the steps which I have followed:
    1. I login to IC WebClient and create a complaint. Close the Browser.
    2. Login back to the ICWebClient. Click on Inbox and open the last created complaint. Click on Email (On the NavBar) and manually send an email to any user. Click on End button and close the browser.
    3. Login back to the ICWebClient. Click on Inbox and do a search.
    You see there is another complaint document created which is actually a follow up document for the complaint which I have created. And this follow up document stores the email sent. <i>The problem is that two documents of type ‘complaint’ are getting created. One a main document and the other follow up document which stores the email sent.</i>
    What we want is if the agent sends an email for a complaint, then we want all the emails to be stored as part of that complaint transaction document.
    Am I missing any setting or is this is the standard behavior of SAP.

    if you activate the technical names in the menu, you'll see that transction for maintaining sales transactions is called:
    crmd_bus2000115
    So there you have it, it's BO BUS2000115
