Attention customers future customers and reps

I would like to start with my name is Mark and I am a new customer as of the 8th of March.
Second I would like to tell every one my story of Verizon so far...
I ordered a double play getting internet(high speed enhanced) and TV (Direct TV) good deal for the buck right?
Here where it gets interesting...
The 8th I have my service installed and working. I ordered 1.1-3mb/sec. After the install I tested speeds and was getting 1-1.3 depending on time of day. That's great although I thought I would be getting much faster I called a rep asking why is it not in the 2MB range? My line is rated at 1.5. Ok fair enough well upgrade me to the 3-7. I go to Verizon's site log in and upgrade my package on Saturday the 10th of march to get phone and upgrade my speed to 3-7mb/sec. I call Monday to port my number which they said I could not since the order was in. I decided to call Tuesday (yesterday) (the day the internet was suppose to provision over to 3-7) and asked again to port number they said yeah we have to cancel the upgrade and reorder to port. I replied lets do it. After that I asked about internet and said there is an outage wait 24-48 hours and check it will update.
Now the best part !
I wake up come home thinking IM going to get some work done and wait the internet is no longer working. I call to find out what happen. Well what happen? My account was closed and no longer active! Really well who did that? We don't know. So the rep says the only way to get service is to start over. I said whatever we have to do lets do it I need internet I run a business from home.
This phone called started at 9:30am. I was on the line with the rep and created a new account and it finished with him saying everything will be up in about 2 hours.  I wait 2 hrs which now put me at 12 PM I call back saying I need internet the guy said that he needed to create another new account. I said OK I need internet I need to get work done. I created a new account again and told the rep to stay on the phone till he got my phone number working and the internet. The last thing he said was everything is going great and the phone is working and IM handing this to the DSL department and internet will be working in an hr. It is now 1:30-2:00pm. I asked the guy now I have a phone and internet at the speed of 3-7mb/sec right. Yes your phone number is working and I have the internet package at 3-7mb/sec and I also got your direct TV account and have now attached it to the new account so you'll get one bill.
ME: thanks for your help you've been the most help so far...
1 Hr later internet on and got it activated. I test speed and I get .7 mb/sec
I call and ask what's the deal
your line only allows 1 mb/sec
Wait I had 1.5 since Friday and tried to upgrade and was told I could be 2 reps and the internet ordering process what do you mean it only handles 1.5?
Her response: I know its weird but that's what it says.

    Companies and developers can simply calculate if they have a positive return on their investment of time, cost, resourcess and efforts.  Whether it be a company who is  interested in direct billing, a contract or advertising OR a customer is interested in attempting to impact a change.  Both sides have a vested interest. People could see how many others potentially like their new ideas whether in be in the realm of functionality or applications.  I have been told (and have read a bit)  Linux systems are an awesome example of how ideas mixed with creativity, critique, feedback and passion drive the force that is innovation, which is amazing. 
    We have the opportunity to create what could include even more people now.  As mobile technology  spans the globe and should call for impeccable security, who better to afford you and your ideas both the collaberation potential with the luxury and security of the safest network in the business.  Since the phone is complete as a unit superficially; shape and weight are perfect for  a phone, 3.5 small buttons on the whold device, and perfect size screen for communication and visual needs, (also read my post on external battery charger.....bravo blackberry),there would only be a need for minor external and relative internal improvements as technology requires adaptation.  Thus the only thing to really continue to work on is the interface and user experience. 
    It is a work of balance and interdependence as both consumer/creator roles are shared by all parties within the company/owner and the open market.  The customer experiences the ability for impact on their own environment and efficiency/comfort withn that through application and function improvements, and blackberry gets happy loyal customers and supporters. 
    If we knew could post ideas with the help of blackberry of course (online tallies ballot system etc) to provide numbers or structure or to help guide the process of evolution in regards to this aspect of our lives (obviously they cannot make every change in the same amount of time as they would have to balance attending to ideas with great support to addressing ones with fewer numbers but specific ideas.  Also the factor of people who like the option as it is or would support change would have to be taken into consideration. ) than I am certain our dispositions would change when we encounter an obstacle because we know there is option for remedy.
    For example with a great enough support for lets say to change a function of operation, there is also the possibility that the idea would simply inspire blackberry to offer it in various modes like ringtones notification or options within program settings are. I am sure as a group of intelligent users we could contribute to the establishment of a ratio for attending to the necessary factors involved.  How does it work with linux systems?
    We would have to be patient of course as this would take time to gain the momentum it would require to have turnaround be speedy when it occurs.  It could happen, remember happy people are patient people.  Show us you hear us, make some of the changes that we see and address over and over in this post and it is inevitable you will see an increase in users and ideas which will only keep the progress in motion. 
    Eventually every idea reaches a point where you decide if there is enough reason to continue to develop, practise, or refine it. If not you simply move on to your next idea. Blackberry If you allow people to share ideas on an item that is so vastly involved in our daily lives how could you not continue to receive support.
    If not this (as this is simply ones persons idea ) , then please blackberry, establish something that shows you hear and acknowledge us because you have a dedicated group of  driven and precis users who simply want their blackberry to work because they see its true potential and it has the ability to surpasses all other mobile experiences  in terms of convenience and output as it once did. Some of your users are also financial supporters who believe enough in what you have the potential to create they invest their own hard earned money.  I am both and I am certain others are in the same situation. I have never been so frustrated and so happy with the same item than I have at different points throughout my years with blackberry.  The customer support or lack of voice has been my biggest concern. We scrutinize your products daily, we have some of the best feedback for you, but without a reception they will only turn into complaints or rants.
    Offer the capacity for impact at a level no one else has to this point in the game has. As you prepare to launch to one of the biggest user markets  in the world see that there is the potential to also create one of the largest communities of innovation in the world.

  • Is there someone at Verizon that still cares about their customers and will help make this right??

    I have spent hours on two phone calls and a chat session regarding a billing discrepancy that is THE FAULT OF VERIZON and still no final resolution.  My bill is due in 3 days and I want this resolved now because I don't want to not pay a bill on time because it won't be corrected in time and then my credit rating will fall due to THE FAULT OF VERIZON.  I have been working on this problem for OVER TWO WEEKS and TWICE have been told that it was all set and that billing was being told to credit my account, yet STILL NO CREDIT HAS HAPPENED.  One rep gave me his email address so that I could follow up with him in case something went wrong with the credit.  I have emailed him and GUESS WHAT?  NO RESPONSE.  I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years with all bills always PAID ON TIME and THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED??   NOT FAIR.  This is so unlike me to write something like this in a forum, but I have had it after receiving THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.  WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW TO GET HELP?  Is no one at Verizon support HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR VERIZON MISTAKES??  A VERIZON representative listened to what I needed for business travel and they gave me the added feature that they assured me would be what I needed, and apparently it wasn't right. Is it my fault that a Verizon representative does not know the right answers to how their features work and now I am expected to pay OVER $300 EXTRA BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE?  When I take the advice of a Verizon rep I expect they know what they are talking about and that the advice is accurate.  APPARENTLY THIS ISN'T TRUE.
    Is there someone at Verizon that still cares about their customers and will help make this right??

    After ANOTHER call I may be on track to resolving this.  But WHY did it have to take several calls and chats over a two week period?  WHY did I have to become a mean person to the representative on the phone to finally get this (partially) straightened out?  Why does it need to come to that?  I really don't want to have to get mean and get myself worked up just to get a billing problem straightened out that is VERIZON'S fault.
    Verizon, please consider looking into your lack of proper customer support and make corrections.  Even though this may be resolved, After 15 years of being a Verizon customer I will be considering another carrier when my contract runs out and all due to this horrible customer service experience. 

  • Grouping customers and view customer open items list - Group wise

    Hi.
    I have some requirement from my client.
    He says that he want to view customer open items list group wise.
    In FBL5N we can give the selection of multiple customers. But he wants to group the specific customers and then view the open items for this group.
    For example: Client has 10 customers and out of these customers he wants to select and group 5 customers. And then he want to view open items list for this group.
    Can anyone help me how to group these specific customers in the total customers list. Also request you to provide me the option to view open items for this group of customers.

    Hi Padmavathi,
    It is possible. use Worklist for Customers.
    Go to OB55 and define a Worklist for Customers, and mention the list of Customers that you want to see under that Worklist.
    After this, when you to to FBL5N, you will get an option to select Worklist to run the list of open items.. and it would show open items of all customers that you have defined in your worklist.
    Also note that you will have to go to FB00, tab Line Items, and tick Worklists available. This is at User Level, so only that user will be able to see the worklist in his FBL5N transaction code.

    For revenues and Costs we can trace them  thru WBS elements entry in FI at the time of actaul amount sepent.
    But for making the Advance payments to Customers and vendors or for any other Capital purpose, How to track the payments projects wise?
    in f-29 for f-48, there is no option of giving the WBS elements. Pls help How to  the WBS elemts filed  Mandotory in FI Documents for all the entries posted in FI for vendor, customer, Banks accounts also?

    This is possible if you configure posting down payment in CO. You do it via OKEP transaction. The, after checking that you have configured number ranges (KANK), you can reconstruct your down payments in WBS via OKBG.   • Automatic Clearing for Customers and Vendors

    Hi,
    We want to clear the open items at a time for the customers and vendors.
    Ex: Cutomer "A" contains 15000 Dr(20 Line items), 12000 Cr(15 Line items) and closing balance 3000 Dr
    Now we want to clear the all open items at a time and remaining(3000 Dr) balance for open items.
    We don't want Manual Clearing(F-32)
    Is this possible through F.13 or others?

    The automatic program groups items from an account together where they have the same
    entries in the following fields:
    • Reconciliation account number
    • Currency
    • Special G/L indicator
    • Five freely defined criteria from document header or line item, for example,
    assignment field, reference number, and so on.
    If the balance, in local currency, of the items within a group is zero, the system
    automatically clears them and creates clearing documents.
    All accounts requiring automatic clearing must be defined in Customizing.
    The automatic clearing program does not clear:
    • Noted items
    • Statistical postings and certain special G/L transactions relating to bills of
    exchange
    • Down payments can only be cleared if down payment clearing items of the
    same amount have already been posted.
    • items with withholding tax entries

  • F110 Netting between customers and vendors balance

    We are on ECC 6.0
    We want to pay net amount to Business Partners that are both our customers and vendors.
    i.e. if we owe the vendor $1000 and the customer owes us $300,  the invoices are all due for payment,  we want to issue a payment to the vendor on the net amount of $700.
    I have done the following:
    1)  put vendor number in customer master record; put customer number in vendor master record.
    2) check on the "Clearing with vendor" button in the customer master record
    3) check on "Clrg with cust." button in the vendor master record
    4) in the payment run parameter,  I put in both the vendor and the customer account number.
    5) Both the vendor and the customer have the same payment method on their master records and the payment method field is blank on the items.
    The proposal show
    1) payment of $1000 (vendor invoice) will be made
    2) $300 (customer invoice) cannot be paid because it is in debit balance.
    I read the related messages on the Forum and got the impression that Transaction code F110 can do the netting that we are looking for.  Have I missed anything?  OR do I have to manually clear the two accounts before running the payment run??

    See for both the payment of customer and vendor the code are different. proposal is checking the vendor code or customer . as these are different is too item are not grouped.
    just for the debit balance customer give the payee as the vendor code this will set is right. and payment will be grouped .
    it should work. assign some points.

    i want to show my customer and vendor balances individually under head debtors and creditors in the balance sheet. that in balance sheet report when i click on debtors or creditors it should be expand and system should show the individually customers balance. how it is possible is there any option while perpairing of FSV to assign the customer and vendors to the debtors or creditors or we will have to open different reconciliation account for individual customer.

    This is not possible as standard as the accounts you mention are recon accounts, they should not be open item managed or have line item view to them.
    Therefore against the actual GL you cant see the detail.
    If you have a single Recon for say all of your customers and a different one for your vendors you could look at right a report to display all open documents for customer or vendors per Company Code and then link it to the FSV so when you double click the relevant line it calls the new program.
    This is far fetched, probably very hard to do, but the only way around getting what you want.
    In ERP 6.0 with document splitting active there is the possibilty to drill into the line items of recon accounts.

    I have a small question on TC: OBYA
    We have 2 co codes (CC10 & CC20) . We have customer and vendor account with the same number 900CC10 in Co Code CC20 and  customer and vendor account with the same number 900CC20 in Co Code CC10
    The requirement is such that if vendor invoice is posted in CC10 for vendor 900CC20 , then automatically customer invoice should be posted in CC20 for customer 900CC10 and vice-versa. Same logic applies if customer invoice is posted in CC20 for customer 900CC10 , then automatically vendor invoice should be posted in CC10 for vendor 900CC20.
    How should i configure these accounts in TC: OBYA.

    Well you can group these customers under one credit control area Tcode OB45 , and you can define your individual customer under this credit control area.
    & in OB38 assign company code to this credit control area.

    We are planning to use customers for capacity reservation functionality and vendors for subcontracting in APO.
    Due to this, we will need Vendors and Customers in APO.
    Currently some plants are using same number range for customers and vendors.
    So, we will have to rename either customer number or vendor number.
    In such situation, do you recommend renaming customer number or Vendor number?
    Do you see impact of renaming customer or vendor in above processes?
    Can you please e-mail me which customer exit  I should use and steps that should be followed for renaming?

    Your problem:
    Different location types with the same name or number in the external system. For example, a customer and a supplier both have the number 1000. This problem occurs especially with vendor and customer numbers.
    You can do the following:
    described in SAP Note 458914.
    Activate BAdI Implementation for Location Prefix
    Procedure
    1.     Access the activity using one of the following navigation options:
    SAP SCM Menu     Tools  Customizing  IMG  Execute Project  SAP Reference IMG  SAP Implementation Guide  SCM Basis  Integration  BAdIs for Specific Applications  Location and Business Partner  BAdI: Inbound Processing for Location
    Transaction Code     SPRO
    2.     In the Business Add-Ins: All Implementations for Definition SMOD_APOCF001 dialog box, go to the Defined filters table and select the suitable implementation for your problem situation, for example:
    Field Name     Entry Value
    Bus. add-in implementation name     APOCF001_TYPEDIF
    Implementation short text     Locations of different type with similar names
    3.     Choose Change.
    4.     Confirm the warning message.
    5.     On the Business Add-In Builder: Change Implementation APOCF001_TYPEDIF screen, choose Activate business add-in implementation.
