AUM(Expense/revenue from stock transfer) Transaction key getting hit @ time of 641

Hi
I have done STO for Finished good, price maintained both the plant is 100, & excise is 12.36 %, but at time of PGI, In receiving plant Excise Amount is posted to AUM.
I have referred below example.
AUM is triggered if the material in supplying plant is maintained either in MAP or Standard price and material in recieving plant is in stamdard price and there should be a price difference. The differencial amount will be posted to the Expense/Income account through AUM.
In my case price in both plant is same.

Hi Bijay

  • GR from stock transfer orders - 101 movement type

    Dear experts,
i have a problem. When we create transfer orders from one plant to another, we do a goods issue (641) and a goods receipt(101).
We also use movement type 101 for external goods receipt.
It's possible to change goods receipt movement type 101 for stock transfer orders? i mean , to change that every goods receipt from STO to be posted via movement type 110 for example...
    Where is configured movement type?
In this way, we know which are external goods receipt amd which are stock transfer orders receipt.
    Thank you.

    Hi,
It is not possible to introduce new movement type for GR against STO it will be 101 for Normal PO and STO.
You can differentiate these GR Docs based on the field Receipt indicator (MSEG-KZZUG). If It is "Blank" then it is Normal receipt and if it is "X" then it is Stock transport order Receipt.
    You can add this field (MSEG-KZZUG) in report MB51 by configuring it under following path;
SPRO > Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Reporting > Define Field Selection for Material Document List - Add field MSEG-KZZUG in selection as well as in output for program RM07DOCS. And then get the report in MB51.

  • While doing J1iex In case of Stock Transfer Duty is Getting Inventorised

    Dear Experts,
In case of stock transfer of capital goods between 2 plants, when we are doing J1IEX (for the receiving plant) and tick the u201Ccalculate excise duties based on ratesu201D, the system copies the credit due amount to inventoried duty.
Due to this the total duty becomes sum of credit due and inventorised duty.
Why is the system copying the credit due amount to the inventorised duty in case of stock transfer only
Edited by: Burzes Batliwalla on Jun 13, 2011 7:17 AM

I am also checking this out with Burzes .Everything is ok with conditions,if we donot click  "calculate excise duty based on rates" . Nothing is inventorised.
But problem starts when we tick    "calculate excise duty based on rates"   and duty gets Invetorised.
    which is
    Recalculate Excise Duty
Recalculates the excise duty on the item.
    Procedure
Select this indicator if you change any of the excise duty rates in the above fields. Then press Enter.
The system then recalculates the excise duty amounts accordingly.
    Why is this happening.
Anyone can send some useful suggestions

You can only authorise the songs you purchase from the iTunes Store to play on five computers.
You can download and install iTunes (the iTunes programme) onto as many computers as you wish.
    Two different things.
Assuming therefore, that your problem is that you have authorised five computers, but now no longer have some of them, you need to de-authorise all your computers and then re-authorise the computers you still have.
To de-authorise your computers, go to your account in the iTunes Store and look for the Deauthorise All button.

    Hello,
Go to FS00 --> 62000026 --> Click on the edit cost element button, it will take you to cost element screen. If you have a cost element , enter the same. Otherwise create a cost element with KA01, give G/L account and controlling area, save.

  • Stock transfer - Valuation

    Hi Gurus
    I have a basic doubt.
In stock transfer for different company codes, the material value in supply plant is $10 and receiving plant has $12. (The accounting entry is created in supply plant for any type of STO)
This case how the difference value in the receiving plant will be handled.
    Regards
    Aras

    Hi Aras,
If the material is moving average price controlled in receiving plant, then the valuation will be taken from issuing plant: 10.
If the material is standard price controlled, then the difference will be posted to AUM account(Expense/revenue from stock transfer).
    Thanks and regards,
    Polly

  • Split Valuation by Batch and Stock Transfer

    Hi Experts
I have split valuation activated by Batch (X) in my plants. When i try to transfer a material from Plant 1 to Plant 2 the system could not copy the price of sending plant into recieving plant batch. System updates the quantity in the recieving plant without any value. So the cost of sending plant inventory is going into expense/revenue from stock transfer account in recieving plant.
What is missing from my end to have the system automatically copy the sending plant batch value into the recieving plant batch and update the inventory in recieving plant accordingly.
    Your help is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Ram

It depends on how you do the "transfer". If it is an intercompany tfr, it will use the price on the PO in the receiving plant, and you can then make that to be the vale of the sender plant in the condition records.
Otherwise it will use the ruling price in the destination plant.

  • Stock transfer & Inventory Loss

    Dear All
In our case, transfer posting is done from 'unrestricted stock' to 'sales order stock'. During the posting, FI document is generated which credits the stock a/c and the debit is done to the 'inventory loss a/c'. Is this posting is correct or the configuration is done wrongly with wrong GL account ?

    Hi,
how system understand by 101 movement type whether accounting should be hit or not.
    For STO PO
    1) In Po history you will get update for delivery and goods issue material document ( before 101 Po history update)
    2) Material code available in both plant
    3) you will have shipping tab in PO at item level
In normal Po you don't have it

  • Moving avergae price for intra company stock transfer

I am doing a stock transfer between plants under the same company code. Material master valuation is based on moving avg price.
    Plant : X
    Plant : Y
Now tranferring from plant X to Plant Y.
    Material 999
MAP in plant X is 50, stock 10, Total value is 500
MAP in plant Y is 80, stock 2, total value is 160
Now I am transferring stock from plant X to Plant Y, Qty 5.
How the MAP for the material calculates in PlantY?
    Please advice.
    Thanks

    Dear,
In the receiving plant, the stock is increased by the quantity transferred, and the vale is increased in accordance with the price control defined for the material.
If the price in teh receiving plant differs from that in the issuing plant, the transfer posting results in price differences. These differences are posted to the stock account (in the case of moving average price control) or to an "Expense/income from stock transfer" account (in the case of moving average price control), depending on the type of price control defined in the receiving plant.
The value of the transfer posting is calculated on the basis of the price in the issuing plant: for example: 50 pcs x $10/piece = $500. Consequently, the total value is redced by 500 in the issuing plant and increased by 500 in receiving plant.
