Authorization Control on Delivery Schedule without PR reference

Dear All,
My client wants to control authorization of users for adding delivery schedule in purchase order, where, the user should not be able to add a delivery schedule to Purchase order without referencing to a purchase requisition.
This is required because, some users are adding delivery schedule to existing purchase orders without referring to Purchase requisition, which is hampering my MRP results.
The authorization of creating purchase order with reference to PR is already controlled using parameter EFB. But this does not stop uses from adding new delivery schedules in existing purchase orders, which were created referring to PR.
For example - PO Number ABCDEFG / Item Number 10
Delivery Schedule No. 1 -  01-03-2011 / Quantity - 10 EA / Reference PR - VWXYZ / PR Item 10
Delivery Schedule No. 2 - 05-03-2011 / Quantity - 12 EA / No reference PR
Delivery Schedule No. 3 - 10-03-2011 / Quantity - 8 EA / Reference PR - TYIEMX / Item 10
Delivery Schedule No. 4 - 25-03-2011 / Quantity - 20 EA / No reference PR
I want that the users should not get the authorization to create delivery schedule no. 2 & 4 in above example.
Can any one let me know how to do this?
Regards,
Prashant

Hi
Please use the BADI - ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST for enabling the check that a requisition is mandatory for Creating a PO line, ensure that the same check is applied for the schedule lines as well to prevent the inclusion of new schedule lines without  a PR
Thanks & Regards

  • IDOC for sheduling agreement delivery schedules (without Forecast/JIT)

There is an outbound IDOC DELINS to trasmit MM scheduling agreement (Doc.type LPA) delivery schedules of type Forecast/JIT using release procedure. But, can I create outbound IDOC DELINS to transmit MM scheduling agreement (Doc.type LP without release procedure) schedule lines (without specifying forecast/JIT shcedule lines)? When this IDOC is transmitted and processed as an inbound IDOC, it should add schedule lines to a Schedule agreement (Doc.type DS) in SD module. Thanks. Satya.

    Hi Anil ,
Goto Transaction NACE , Select Application EL and then Click on O/p Types.
Select your o/p and click on Processing routines.
Make a copy of medium 1 and change it to 5. The program , Form , Form routine would remain the same.
Maintain condition records with medium 5 in MN10.
Ensure that email address exists in Vendor Master.
Check with ur Basis to make sure that the setting are done in Transaction SCOT for sending document via PDF.
Create a new Agreement and test it.

  • Authorization Control for Delivery Document Deletion

    Hi experts,
I know there's way to control the deletion of Sales Document through V_VBAK_AAT and V_VBAK_VKO.
However, how can I control the deletion of Delivery Document (in t-code VL02N)?
    Thanks in advance.
    Chin

    Hi,
if you can't find a standard authorization object using standard tools such as SU24 and ST01 then there is a BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC with method CHANGE_FCODE_ATTRIBUTES. This method is called whenever screen is displayed and can be used to exclude menu items e.g. Delete Delivery. So you can create a custom authorization object which will be used to control access to delete function.

  • Scheduling Agreements / Delivery Schedule / Firm zone, Trade zone

    Dear all.
I am in the process of setting up scheduling agreements (LPA type) with firm zone and trade zone in SAP 4.5b
    The following issues  I have:
1.) with the release via ME84, it gives me an error 'no processing message ME 857, no message record found'.
As far as I know the customizing is correct. Can some one give a tip about what I maybe have forgotten?
2.) I am also using the firm and trade zone, but in the automatic generated delivery schedules line it is not turning up?
If there is any one who can help me with this subject, any information is welcome.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Wilfred

You have to create a condition record for your message type LPH1 in order to be able to generate the message (mn10).
At funcional level, try to update your schedule line manually through TCode me37 and then go to the ME84.
At customizing level, here are some things that were missing when it occurred to me :
Check in SPRO - Purchasing - Messages - Output Control - Message Types -
Define message type for scheduling agreement schedule lin - Fine-Tuned Control: Forecast Delivery Schedule/Expediter that you have operation 9 for LPH1 and the checkbox activated.
Check in SPRO - Purchasing - Messages - Output Control - Message Determination Schemas - DefineMessage Schema for Scheduling Agreement Release - Define Message Determ. Schema: Forecast Delivery Schedule/Ex in the control data : You must havefor LPH1 the requirement 109.
    Hope it helps

  • Scheduling Agreement New Delivery Schedule With & Without Proposal

    Hi Experts!
I had an issue regarding our scheduling agreements. Issue is below:
What is the difference between "New Delivery Schedule <b>WITH</b> Proposal" and New Delivery Schedule <b>WITHOUT</b> Proposal"?
Any responses will be greatly appreciated and points. Thank you for your time!!
    Best Regards,
    WC

In addition to the above post,
as you changed the date manually from 2nd to 3rd....
so there are was no report for 2nd generated ulitmately...and if generated it was changed...right...
so when you again run the mrp...the system will generate one more pr for the same article....
this ultimately happens because of the set del dates in the MMR as i told above..
    Hope it helps..

  • Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule - Copy control

    Hi,
I wonder, if it would be possible / would make sense to specify for sales document type "LZ - Scheduling agreements with delivery schedule"  a copy control for referenced documents like quotations.
Is there anybody who already has experience in that field?
Thank you in advance for your answers.

    Hi,
It is obvious that, a schedule agreement needs to come with the fixed delivery qty and dates.
Pls explain your requirement in detail so that you will get a clear solution.

  • Planning delivery schedule - Call control Parameter

    Hi,
In the scheduling Agreements at the Item level there is a tab Call Control Parameter and if we maintain Planning delivery Instruction there will be a extra tab appearing in the item level Planning Delivery schedule. If we give the Planning instructions the Schedules in the Forecase delivery we can she the split quantities in the Planning delivery Schedules.
    My questions:
1.Whether from this Planning delivery we can create delivery
2.Whether we have to Maintain any thing in JIT delivery.
3.Whether Planning delivery is only to pass the requirement so that we can see that in MD04.
4.Whether the Schedule line in the Planning delivery is also copied to the JIT delivery(if so were can we maintain that setting)
5.While the delivery is created from the scheduling agreement only the forcast as a whole is appearing   in the delivery and we cannot see the delivery happening according to the Planning delivery schedules.

  • Control in Delivery and Billing Document

    Dear Experts,
We are facing the following issue, Retun Order process (Ret.Order(reference of invoice)-DEL-CR) completed,
the user has cancelled the preceeding invoice and they have the reversed the delivery document,
how do we control the delivery document, because delivered qty has been reversed with return ordered process,PGR and Cr.Memo also happened,
kindly help me out, is there any control can we use if the preceeding delivered qty has been reversed with return order process, it should not allow the user to cancel the invoice and reverse the delivery.
    Please help me on this
    Earliest solution is highly appreciated,
    Thanks and Best Regards,
    Muralidharan S

    Dear,
if you give the rights of cancellation to user then it is happen again and again. so, with the help of your basis team you just cancel the invoice cancellation right from user SAP ID and give the rights to authorize person who only have rights to cancel the invoice.
    That's the standard way.
    Hope it will help you.

  • Delivery schedules in SA(LPA)

    Gurus,
I have created a LPA scheduling agreement and generated JIT schedule lines with Firm and Tradeoff zones through MRP.
Now, I want to release them manually.
could anyone let me know how these have to be released and sent to vendor with all the information about the zones.
I would really appreciate your help in this regard.
    Cheers
    Mittu G

    Hi
You can create the SA release using transaction ME84.
Use transaction ME35L for approving/releasing the scheduling agreement.
For SA releases to be transmitted as messages to the vendor, the following settings must be made in Customizing for Purchasing:
Releases (Message Determination) at Item Level
In order for a separate message to be generated for each SA release (i.e. per scheduling agreement item and release type), you must set the Release message indicator in Customizing for Purchasing under
Define Message Schemas for SA Release/Expediter - > Assign Schema: SA Release/Expediter.
If you do not select the Release message indicator, the messages will be generated at header level. You can then view the messages under
    Header->  Messages.
If you select the Release message indicator, the messages will be generated at item level. The messages generated are listed in the release documentation.
If you have initially not selected the indicator, messages will be generated at header level. If you select the Release message indicator at a later point in time, you will find the newly generated messages in the release documentation. You will still find the already generated messages under Header ->Messages.
    Define "Main Message Type"
You must designate just one message type as the "main message type" for each SA release type (FRC or JIT delivery schedule) in Customizing for Purchasing, and set the indicator A (update print-dependent data) for this message type.
This means that when an SA release with the "main message type" is outputted, the print-dependent data is updated in the SA item, the SA releases, and the delivery schedule lines. Only if an SA release is outputted with the main message type is it taken into account in the current stock/requirements list, for example.
You set this indicator using the fine-tuned control facility for the message type.
In the case of scheduling agreements with release documentation (document type LPA), the message types LPH1 and LPJ1 are used for forecast delivery schedules and JIT delivery schedules respectively in the standard system.
In the case of scheduling agreements without release documentation (document type LP), the message type LPET is used in the standard system. In this case, no release is created. Instead, the message is generated as soon as the scheduling agreement delivery schedule (specifying the scheduled quantity) is created or changed.
Outputting Releases in the Main Message Type
All releases must always be created with the main message type because the system will otherwise not update the print-dependent data. This is particularly important if you are working with different message types.
You send SA releases to the vendor with the main message type LPH1. You provide the forwarder or carrier with a copy (message type LPH2) and create a printout for your own files (message type LPH3).
If you send SA releases to the majority of your vendors as printouts (i.e. in hardcopy form) and have an EDI arrangement with just a few of them, you can create message records for the main message type:
At document type level with the transmission medium "Print", and
At vendor/purchasing organization/EDI level with the transmission medium "EDI" for the EDI vendors.
Do not set the change indicator in the message overview. A set indicator has no effect in the case of scheduling agreement releases. As a general rule, the system outputs all releases that have not yet been transmitted.

  • Customer returns without billing reference

    Dear all,
What is process for customer returns without billing reference document ?
    Jeyakanthan

    Hello,
The best process for setting up the process of RETURN without referrence is as follows:
    1. Create a New Sales Order type ZRE with referrence to Order type RE. Please use the same pricing procedure as used for order. And for referrence field, use it as blank. Maintain Delivery type too.
    2. Create Delivery document in VL01N and also ensure to maintain the copying control of this to ensure smooth flowing of data.
    3. Create PGR process for the Delivery document to allow the return of goods in the inventory for Quality inspections and evalution.
    4. Create a Credit memo request which settles material to balance the value of the complaint delivery and atlast create Credit memo.

  • Order of delivery schedule line counter at schedule agreements from MRP run

Currently we are using schedule agreements for our long term external suppliers, but we are facing a problem with the order of new delivery schedule lines created during MRP run.
Because of master data settings like, lot size, rounding value, plan delivery time and planning time fence to set as firm new requirements, multiple schedule lines are created with no order for schedule line counter.
Does anyone is aware of a BADI, user exit or customizing control to have this schedule line counter in order?
