Authorization issue when sharing project in eclipse to HANA trial instance

Dear colleagues,
I'm new that registered a trial account on hana cloud platform cockpit.When I do the step by step scenario create HANA XS Application, I faced some problem: after I created the project in Eclipse and tried to share it via hana cloud repository, the following error message appears:

Finally I found the cause, when creating the project in the Project Explorer, we should not navigation to the path which we set in Repository Workplace, but should also add the "<username>" in front of the workspace in the path manually,
For example, the workspace on my machine is:
C:\Users\I000000\hana_work\JN4_00_DEV_8DCH17EFJG59GYBL0Y0I8BC78\myhanaxs
When I created new project "helloworld", it automatically locate the path as:
C:\Users\I000000\hana_work\JN4_00_DEV_8DCH17EFJG59GYBL0Y0I8BC78\myhanaxs\helloworld,
but the path should be exactly like the following then it can be shared to cloud repository:
C:\Users\I000000\hana_work\JN4_00_DEV_8DCH17EFJG59GYBL0Y0I8BC78\myhanaxs\<i000000trial>\<instance name>\<packagename>\hello

File permission issues when sharing project

Hi,
We are sharing a project amongst two developers that each have an account on a (Windows 7) machine. They are part of a windows group and don't develop at the same time. All directories and files are in the group and are set to inherit permissions. After one user develops using Labview, all the files that he saved when using Labview have the group permission removed and the second developer can no longer open the files. Our sys admins claim Labview is somehow changing the permissions. Has anyone seen/overcome this?

Where is the file being saved?
No place special. We have a labview project/ directory under our own directory under C:/ that roots all the Labview project files.
If both users have full access to the directory where the files are being saved, there shouldn't be any problems. I'm sure LabVIEW isn't doing anything to change access rights.
Both users have full access. If I create a new file it has the correct permissions (a local group).
I'm concerned about the comment "part of a windows group"? Most PC's in a corporate environment are part of an actual network domain, and don't use that poorman's excuse for network access rights of a workgroup that Windows seems to want to use for standalone PC's and those not registered onto a network.
I wouldn't be too concerned =) We have a nationwide federated domain. The "group" is a local group on the computer for two people specifically to share this labview project.

ABAP Proxy authorization issue when sending message.

We have an interface which uses ABAP proxies. This is used to send a message with attachment, but when i send the message I am getting a 401 error message which says unauthorized.
I checked all the configs on the sending side and i cant fine anythin wrong. I tried SLDCHECK and all looks fine there as well. I have done the configuration in the Integration engine on the sending side as mentioned in the BLOG - Activating ABAP Proxies.
We have 3 XI systems Dev, QA and Prod sharing the same SLD. The configs that we have on the sending system (App Sys.) is given below.

HTTP connection : SAPISU_XID
Host : XI Dev hostname Service Number 8080 (80 <sys number>)
Path Prefix : /sap/xi/engine?type=entry
USER : XIAPPLUSER
The TCP/IP connections LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI are also setup on the system which connects to our SLD.
The TCP/IP connections works fine and i am able to test it succesfully, but the HTTP connection fails with an authorization error (401) when i test it. Now the wierd thing is if I use XIAFUSER instead of appuser it works fine, but if i make a copy of XIAFUSER and try that... It fails again.. I know it sounds strange. So i was wondering if there is any setting on XI which restricts HTTP connections to a particular user??
I would really aprpeaciate if you could please give me your thought on this issue...

Thanks for the input again.
I checked SICF on the XI system and its not set to any user.
The HTTP connection on out prod environment is working fine without any issues and its uses a user which is a copy of XIAPPLUSER. SICF in prod also does not have any user configured for service SAP\XI\Engine.
Thanks for the link, had a look at it, but It looks like these users mentioned are only available with XI7. Our server was upgraded from 3 to 7 and I am not able to find these users on the system.
I tried testing the HTTP connection in prod using a diffrent user and found its the same story there. If i use any use other than the cutom one.. it fails.. could there be any setting in the exchage profile that can affect this??

When sharing project to iTunes I get an error message "missing media"

Mac Book Pro OS10.9.5 Imovie 10.0.5 Storing library on external hard drive. Only opening iMovie from the library in the hard drive. Working fine other than problem below
Have a project that I tried to share to iTunes and it states there is missing media and if I continue that media will not be included. How can I find out what is missing?
I see a Yellow error triangle symbol in the heading of the title, but is is not a link to anything and does not direct me to anything and I don't see that symbol anywhere else. Project appears to play just fine. When I exported to iTunes - the intro of my video is missing. Which would be logical to think that is the missing media - however, I shared another project at the same time that did not give me the error and did not have the yellow triangle symbol and it too is missing the intro??
I did copy the intro from the problem free project and pasted it into the project with the problem above. I also copied an pasted a few other sections the same way and those sections are not missing in the iTunes export.
I exported to file and saved to jump drive and opened from there - no problems - all parts there.

I seem to recall that this may be cause by overloading the USB bus (lack of power to go around). Shut down your computer. Reset the iPod shuffle using this procedure.

Disconnect ALL peripheral USB devices, including keyboard and mouse. Power up the computer. If you need your mouse, connect it and launch iTunes. Connect the iPod shuffle to a direct USB port and try the sync again. See if there is any difference.

Authorization Issue when Broadcasting a Web Template

Hello All,
we want to broadcast a WebTemplate as an Online Link.
The User can Broadcast Queries and so on without issues.
But when they try to send a WebTemplate, they get an Authorization Error RSRD 003.
"You do not have authorization to display the requested object (for example, Web template, query....). Thats why it is also not possible to load broadcast settings into the broadcaster for the object."
It is not clear for me as the users are not allowed to schedule broadcast settings, but they can send ad hoc.
So what can I do?

Then you do not have the correct role assigned to your test user to see this workbook
if this is the case proceed as follows:
in tx: se37
function module..... RSBB_WORKBOOK_AGR_GET
select the test icon
enter your workbook id in the field: wkbid
execute
double click on the entry
result= the missing role
The missing role is the one that you need to assign to your test user to be able to proceed.

Issues when sharing InDesign files across Mac and PC?

I'm looking for advise regarding cross platform use of the same InDesign files. We'll be working on 1000+ files with high resolution images. One designer works on a Mac and the other on a PC. We run the same version of InDesign. So far we are finding some (not all) fonts have issues where a PC font has to be replaced by the Mac equivalent and this often means the text box size has to change. When finished the files will be handed over to a fabricator.
Should we be getting a 2nd Mac to replace the PC or is this cross platform sharing going to work without long term issues down the road?

Please, let's not let this get into a platform war.
There's no reason to buy another computer to collaborate unless one of your users is unhappy with the platform they use now, and then the deciding factor should be personal choice. One is decidedly not better than the other from any technical standpoint as far as working in Adobe applications. If you want to cooperate with other users it's best that everyone have the same version of ID, which you've already said is the case, so the only point of conflict is cross-platform sharing, and the only hangups there are fonts and a few third party plugins that might be available only on one platform. If you stick to OpenType fonts, fonts be come a non-issue, and if you don't have OpenType, Stick withthe PD fonts for what becomes a minor nuisance on the Mac side. As far as plugins, nothing you can do if you need a one-platform release to do the work on both sides, but most third-pary plugins are friendly enough that you can stillopen the file with missing plugins on the other end if necessary and don't need the functionality to do your work.

Design Studio 1.4 SDK: Issues when launching from the Eclipse IDE

I am receiving various errors when launching Design Studio 1.4 from the Eclipse IDE for SDK development. All of the components appear in the Component panel as expected but I can't drag and drop any of the SDK components (or standard components for that matter) onto the canvas. When I launch Design Studio 1.4 independently of Eclipse everything works fine (event though I still see come errors in the Console).
I'm hoping the community can provide some guidance to help resolve the issue. The details are documented below:

Design Studio Version: Release 1.4 SP0 Patch 1 (64-bit)
Eclipse Version: Java EE IDE Luna Service Release 1a (4.4.1) - 64-bit
Java Run-time Environment: Version 8 Update 25 (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce Error
1. Launch Eclipse
2. Launch DS 1.4 from Run command in Eclipse
The following screen appears immediately after launching DS from Eclipse:
At this point the DS error log is as per the attached DS_Log_After_Eclipse_Launch.txt file.
3. Create a new blank Application from the Application -> New menu. This time additional error messages appear as shown in the screenshot below:
It's not possible to drop any standard or SDK components onto the canvas because the internal browser doesn't appear to have been instantiated due to the above errors.
At this point the DS error log is as per the attached DS_Log_After_Eclipse_LaunchAndAppCreate.txt file.
3. Return to Eclipse IDE
The Eclipse Console displays the following errors:
The Eclipse Console Log is as per the attached EclipseConsoleLog.txt file.
4. Launch DS 1.4 Independently
The following errors also appear when I launch DS 1.4 independently of Eclipse but it in this case everything seems to work fine.

Sync issues when video project is uploaded to Facebook, but fine elsewhere

I have posted multiple video clips to Facebook without any issues. I've just finished two large projects, one is 5 minutes, the other is 7. Both are uploaded to my MobileMe gallery and play fine. I can play the finalized movies (m4v files) in iTunes and no issues there either. However, when I upload the mv4 file to Facebook, the audio and video get out of sync. The movie starts playing fine, and then there will be little pops and crackles every so often, and it will be noticeably out of sync about 40 seconds in. (I don't get these same crackles when I play the movie from MobileMe gallery). If I click ahead in the progress bar below, it syncs back up again, only to go out of sync again the longer it plays. The audio gets progressively more and more ahead of the video the longer I let it play. I've tried both exporting the movie as the m4v file and uploading it to FB, and also trying the feature that lets me upload directly to my FB account from iMovie. Same problem each time. I tried both the Medium and Large sized files too. Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like it may have to do with the resolution of the video that you produced in iMovie. Check the resolution of the video and see if they have any requirements for video clip resolution on Facebook and youtube.
I have uploaded video from iMovie to both in the past and they worked... so it might be the settings you have for the iMovie file.

Authorization Issue when Syncing w/ music from CDs

Hi all,
My wife tonight was attempting to sync her iPod; she (may) have installed something today to be able to read Kindle notebooks, but she's now not sure if she had actually installed it...
Ignoring that for the time being, when trying to sync, she's getting the error that "This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPod XXX. Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?", and states that if the computer is not authorized, 342 songs, including YYY, will be removed from the iPod.
That's all great, but these songs have been usable on her iPod now for several years. Furthermore, several of these may have been imported from CD's and thus not purchased. As it is, I tried doing the File > Get Info trick, in order to learn what other screen name she might have used, and I discovered that there is no account name field. I tried de-authorizing and re-authorizing, but to no avail. Pretty much, I followed everything suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1389 to fix it, and nothing worked.
So my question: is there a way to fix this that doesn't involve my wife losing these 342 songs?

Windows 2008 Server and HP Color LaserJet 2605dn Driver Issue when Sharing Printer

I have a HP Color LaserJet 2605dn printer that I need to setup on a Windows 2008 server. I need the server to act as a Print server, but I have been unable to get any drivers to load other than the 64 Bit Universal drivers. Because most of the company uses XP (32 and 64 bit), I also need to load those drivers under additional drivers; however, I have been unable to load them, when I point to the INF file (any of the 10 that unzip from the driver package), it says it is not for this printer. I have even tried the generic 32 bit PS and it says the same thing. Any ideas on what I am doing incorrectly or where to get the drivers that I need?

Hello, I have the same problem. For the 2605 Printer is only the universal print driver available. Is seems that HP is to be lazy about making new 2008 driver.

Authorization issue when trying to install FindmyPhone

My iphone 3gs won't install FindMyPhone because it says it's not authorized but it is.
I go to install it through itunes on my computer (Windows 8) and hit "sync" and it says "could not install because your computer is not authorized.
I go to Store than Authorize This Computer.
It says "this computer is already authorized."
My phone can't update past 6.1.6 incase that's important.
What to do?

I can't express it any other way than I have twice already. The setting enables the phone to be found (if switched on, and connected to the internet). The app is used to find a missing phone (not the one that the app is installed on, but another one).

I'm having time zone issues when sharing calendars

I made a schedule when I was in the Mtn. Time zone. Now here in the Pacific Time Zone it's showing up an hour earlier. Is there a way to change a large number of events to one hour later?

Have you used the "Turn on time zone support" setting in iCal>Preferences...>Advanced?
"Select this checkbox to be able to see your events in different time zones. When the checkbox is selected, you can change the time zone for all your events in the top-right corner of iCal, and you can choose a different time zone for individual events in the event editor."

TS1389 Authorization issues when store country is changed

I initially downloaded some free apps on my ipod. At the time of purchase, the account was tagged to my indian address. Now I have moved to the US and have tagged my apple id to my US address. But now if I sync my ipod to my computer and try to remove some of the apps and sync my ipod, the message that the computer is not authorized to make changes for thr purchased items on this ipod keeps appearing. How can I resolve this?

Delete and redownload them if doing so is free in your country.
