Auto configuration messages

Hello,
I'm trying to use the automatic configuration messages feature of Nokia website, configuring web/email/mms of a new phone. It seems that from Italy access to the service is not possible (since long ago, weeks). Why?
Thanks!

Hi stefanoco
How come you can't get them from your network provider?

  • Auto-reply messages not working in pidgin [SOLVED]

I am not sure if this a configuration issue, but my custom auto-reply messages in pidgin are not popping up when someone messages me. I added myself to my buddy list to trouble shoot and I noticed that the message doesn't appear at all next to my status like it should. I just see 'away'. Any help is appreciated.

Hmm...I guess I'm stuck oh well. People that message me will have to deal with it when no auto-reply is sent back.

  • Does Mac OS X Server 10.6 Auto Configure a Connected Airport Basestation?

I just finished an install of Snow Leopard Server on a new Mac Mini. A 1TB Airport Time Capsule is directly connected to the Mini via Ethernet (and our cable internet modem is also directly connected via Ethernet to the Time Capsule).
I have a static IP address.
During the installation of the server onto the Mini there seemed to be a period during which the server took control of the Airport device and auto-configured it then reset it. At first, it seemed that all services were available externally (i.e. web) from the internet.
However, I may have been wrong as now none of the services respond from outside the network.
I thought that Mac OS X Server would automatically configure an attached Airport device. Is that correct? Or must I work through the Airport device and manually configure all of the port settings to enable external access?

First off I would check the console and see what it says when you try to log in with the admin account. It will give a message saying what the issue is.
Also is this a local admin or a network admin account?

  • Can't get mobile device to auto configure the active sync server

    Hello
I am trying to get my costumer mobile devices to auto configure the active sync server name so they don't have to type it in. I believe I have everything in place Certificates are fine. I populated the external url on the active sync
    object in Exchange.
DNS is set up correct. I ran the Exchange Connectivity Analyzer and it runs perfectly. The only test step if fails on is the first attempt to contact the autodiscover service using just the domain name and that is because we have a
record in DNS so our domain name points to our public web server but all the other tests run fine. At the end, it even displays the xml file contents and shows me the external url of the active sync object.
I get a successful run but it first shows SSL certifiate of our public Web site and then hangs on the server config and then prompts me to enter in the server name and domain. My external url in Exchange looks like this:
    https://remote.domain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
    Any Help??
    Eddie

Thank you for replaying but there is already internal A record that points to Exchange server. Firewall, DNS external and internal are setup like this:
    Firewall:
Port 443 and 25 points to Internal IP of our Exchange 2013 (only mail server in company).
    Port 80 not open.
    External DNS records:
autodiscover.mydomain.com à points to our WAN IP
remote.mydomain.com à points to our WAN IP
mydomain.com à points to external online webhosting
    Internal DNS records:
autodiscover.mydomain.com à points to ours Exchange 2013 internal IP
Remote.mydomain.com à points to ours Exchange 2013 internal IP
mydomain.com à points to external online webhosting
Test form "ExchangeConnectivityTest.com" is Successful but with warnings.
    Warnings are about https://mydomain.com/AutoDiscover/AutoDiscover.XML
    because
    https://mydomain.com is
pointing to website, which is hosted externally.

  • Integrated Configuration - Message in error shown in SXI_MONITOR?

    Hi,
We have some messages in error for an integrated configuration (PI 7.1 EHP1)
Those message are shown in SXI_MONITOR. (SXMB_MONI)
    Is this a normal behavior..?
We did just deploy the new ICO, could this be a cache issue?
    Regards,
    Martin

It was my comprenhension that Integrated Configuration message, successfull or in error, would be shown only in RWB.
Since we do see some error message in SXMB_MONI that are from an Integrated Configuration, I was confused.
I will try clearing the cache and see if we still see message in the abap stack.

the problem is the Exclusive = Yes  indicator in the access sequence.
Your other message has this exclusive indicator as well.
so if the first  message is found, then no other message wil be determined
to allow several messages in one PO, you must not set this exlusive indicator

  • Auto Configure not prompting for credentials

    Hi Folks,
I've a problem where users of Outlook on XenApp cannot configure an email profile. It just times out. I access the same XenApp server/user account from a Published Desktop or RDP the profile configures fine.
The Outlook Auto Configuration tool works identically in both scenarios except for the last step. On the Published Desktop I am prompted for domain credentials and then sent the Autodiscover XML file. However, over a XenApp session Auto Configuration never
prompts for login details, although the log say differently, and the attempt fails.
I turned on Outlook logging and captured Autodiscover logs for both scenarios (identifying information is changed to NWTraders)

  • Is there pre-configured message mapping for SRM Content?

    Hi,
My requirement is to do a message mapping between the SRM Message "Purchase Order Request" and the R/3 Idoc Orders01. Is there a preconfigured message mapping in SRM content or will I have to do it?
I see the generated proxy class from the outbound message interfacePurchaseOrderRequest_Out which will carry the message to XI and my requirement is to map it to the Interface ORDRSP.Orders01 Please let me know if there is a pre-configured message mapping for this ? or is the message mapping between the message "Purchase Order Request" and the R/3 IDOC ORDERS01 to be done by the developer himself?

    HI,
There are mappings available in the predelivered SRM content from SAP.
Did you import  the SRM content into the repository? If so , you can find this.
www.service.sap.com/ibc -> Integrated Business Content for mySAP SRM->
    Hope this helps,

  • Configure messaging server and MTA on different machine

Is there anyways to install / configure messaging server and MTA on different machine? I am using Sun One Messaging server 6.0
    Thanks
    Haris

Thanks for the reply, How MTA can be disabled on the
messaging server? how can i disable the store on the
MTA machine, Is there any documentation for it?Yes, the documentation helps you. You cannot totally disable the MTA. If you did, how would you get mail to the store?
    Also
is it possible to use some another machine for
webmail?Well, um, kind of. The webmail interface provided with Messaging Server interacts directly with the store, so you can't truly run that remotely, but .. .
You can install the server on a remote box, and turn on "Messaging Express Multiplexor", a proxy for webmail. Users can then connect to the MEM box, and be forwarded to the store for their mails.
It should be possible to use a third-party webmail product that uses something like IMAP to talk to the store, too. that would be unsupported, but possible. Most users find MEM to be very good.
What problem are you trying to solve? Perhaps I can better help you if I know why you're asking these questions, and offer a better solution to you.

    Thanks

  • Auto-configure X and Desktop?

    Hi,
Is it possible to auto-configure X and Desktop, from the install menu? From my install experience I think not, if such is the case, is this in the roadmap of development for the distribution?
    Thanks,

Not from the Arch's install, the wiki is helpful for how to configure, especially the Beginner's Guide and you also might want to look at the Arch Way. If you really want an arch-like system that's pre-configured you might want to look into Chakra. It's still only an alpha installer, but it works reasonably well in my experience.

    Hello Johan,
I am facing same issue of "Configuration message could not be authenticated against your sim card. Message cannot be used to configure your phone".
Using Sony Xperia Tipo Dual Sim in India.
On clicking configuration setting sent by my operator, I get this message. I also tried to add APN Manually but that too didn't work. Called customer care of service provider many times, however there support team is clueless.
