Hi Experts,
Can anybody please tell me,
what are the possibilities for, when cancle confirmation Auto GR reversal not happened.

Try this...
Execute transaction CO14 for the order and select the cancelled confirmation for display,
here in the display confirmation click the goods movement button, you can find the 102 movement (Gr reversal) highlighted in Blue color and you would be getting a message in task bar "Highlighted items needs to be reprocessed".
For this condition you need to execute transaction CO1P,as followed...
you can find the record (reason)in CO1P. Execute CO1P for the order by activiating all the checkbox for GI,GR,Activites, you would find the record here, just select the record and save the transaction. Some time the data gets posted directly or you may now find the error record in COGI, if you find in COGI clear the error record based on the error message..

We have UC520 with FXO card, and have a problem when we point the inbound call to the Cisco Unity Express Auto Attendant, the problem is if the PSTN caller disconnect, the FXO remain off-hook for along time, and if the PSTN caller dial an extension and then disconnect the phone remain ringing for a long time.
but if we point the inbound call an extention, there is no problem and the phone stop ring when the PSTN caller disconnect.

but i was read about "dualtone-detect-params", and i was add the below command and i do not understand it, but it was solve hte problem:

so what it is and how to determine this parameters.

N82 Auto Rotate (Accelerometer) Problem !

Anyone has problem with auto rotate? My N82 its kinda very hard to auto rotate. I do know it will not rotate on stand by screen and only rotate anti clock wise. The phone is just 2 weeks old, the auto rotate just work fine for the first week. Suddenly i notice when i rotate the phone, the display won't rotate. I need to shake the phone very hard then it will rotate. At first i think maybe its because by 3rd party application, so i decided to upgrade the firmware so it will remove all data and fix the problem. But there were no upgrade available, so i decided to reinstall the firmware. After done reinstall the firmware, i found out the problem still there. Than i remember that N82 will preserve all user data. So the 3rd party apps still there. So i remove all the apps manually and then restart the phone. But the auto rotate still had the problem. So i think maybe its related to memory because i restore all the messages and contacts from my old N73. So i delete all the messages and contacts and restart the phone, but still the same. Than i call NOKIA helpline to ask about the problem. They suggest me to full format without preserve user data and only NOKIA care center can do that. So the next day i went to nearest NOKIA care center to get my phone full format. But after almost 2 hours waiting, i collected my phone and get it tested there. But the auto rotate still problem. I so frustrated, so i ask the technician there about the problem. They said its work fine when they just finished format it. They said maybe its hardware problem. They ask me to go to the HQ b'coz they do not have the tool and parts to repair it and it will took ages to wait. So then again the next day i went to HQ to get my phone checked. I arrived there around 5pm. They say, its kinda late and i need to leave my phone there to get it checked. They said if i came earlier i can get my phone checked and fixed within the same day. So, i leave my phone there and they kinda promise me that my phone will get fixed the next day. The next day before i go to pick up my phone i call them to check the status off my phone, they said they haven't check my phone yet. It's already 2PM, and i ask when my phone will get fixed, they said they cant be sure and they will call me later. After done talking with them, i get dressed and drove there to ask personally about my phone. I cant wait any longer. I just bought the phone only for 2 weeks and haven't finish and bored played with it yet. So i arrived there around 3:30PM. So i ask them about my phone, they said it cant be done by today because they already had my phone disassembled and need to wait for the parts. When i heard about my phone had been disassembled, my heart it like had been crushed. There goes my money, i felt so frustrated and its just a waste of money to buy that phone. They didn't even bother to replace the phone and get me to wait and for how long i don't even know. And now i am so **bleep** off after they had wasted my MONEY / TIME / ENERGY / EFFORT.
I am still waiting from NOKIA about my phone and like to know if any of you guys here had the same problem?

I do not fully understand the word "lethargic". I know its not will be perfect, but my N82 do not auto-rotate at all. Like i said, i need to shake it very hard to make it auto-rotate. If its only me, why NOKIA has to disassembled the phone and replace the motherboard. Thats what make me felt frustrated. I just bought the phone for 2 weeks. The phone its not cheap, and i am not rich you know.
About going or taking it to service center. Its not i don't like to go there or their service is bad. The thing is, i have to go there 3 times and still my phone don't get fixed. And then i need to wait and i do not know for how long i must wait. Again, like i said. My phone is new and only 2 weeks old. I don't get to play much with it and had to send for service. Why don't they just replace the phone with new one. I still have other work to do other than going to service center.
Again, again and again. Why i must do all this for a new phone?
I think anyone will agree with me about this.

Excise Invoice Reversal Problem

Dear All,
I got a situation which is explained below-
I did GRN & then reversed it through MBST T.code because of which i am not able to cancel EXCISE INVOICE.
Related to this problem i saw various threads in which it is mentioned that use J1I5 for updating RG23A part 1 but when i am doing so i am not getting any list in next screen.
Please suggest how to cancel the excise invoice in this situation.

MacBook Pro 17" Early 2011 Model: Auto Shutdown/Restart Problem

Hey guys!
This is my first time to sign in, join the community, and ask a question or create a discussion. FYI, I really have little knowledge on tech stuff so please bear with me. Here's my problem, and I hope you can give out your suggestions:
I have a MacBook Pro 17" Early 2011 Model which I have upgraded to OS X Mountain Lion.
A month or two ago, it had started shutting down or restarting at random times. As time passed, this problem became more frequent.
I finally decided to have it checked at Digital Hub, a licensed Apple distributor. After almost a week, they've finally diagnosed that the problem is with my battery. I got my MacBook pro back around 2 (two) weeks ago, and ever since then I had to use an outlet in order for it and myself to work properly. Right now, I'm still saving up to purchase new batteries.
Recently, however, I've noticed that my MacBook Pro auto restarts even when plugged. Take note, RESTART and no longer shutting down completely. Upon further trials, I've finally concluded that it does so only during the use of heavy programs such as Diablo 3, Final Cut Pro X, and when rendering with iMovie. I have yet to try with Adobe products, particularly with Lightroom and Photoshop, and see if it does the same. But more or less, that's what I've noticed so far.
Given that I still haven't purchased the battery yet, I know it's still vague to know the real probelm/solution. But with the given situations, what are you views on this matter? Please let me know. It'd be of great help. Thank you and I hope to hear from you soon!

Just an update:
2 loops/passes done - no errors.
Called up Digital Hub and talked to the technician, he says there are 3 possible problems:
1. Battery (which is still inside the laptop) may cause some disturbances with the electric current
2. Software related - most likely re-formatting may be needed
3. Video card may have failed, which means complete change of the logic board ----> worst case
I'm crossing my fingers that it's either of the first two.

Battery drain problem - question if auto lock is problem

Just upgraded from iPad2 to Retina iPad. Went smoothly with cloud backup and download but experiencing sever battery drain. Went to use it 2 days ago after limited use prior evening (taking minutes in Evernote for 2 hr meeting) and had shut off. Restarted and had 2% battery and totally useless. Recharged overnight to 100% but had no demands yesterday. That evening opened up and found I had 21% remaining.
Did battery problem search at this site, made some adjustments, and recharged to 100% for this AM. Two primary adjustments were stopping Bluetooth and Autolock changed from never (iPad2 setting) to 10 minutes and wondering if the autolock feature is the problem as discussed in the next paragraph. Others I didn't change, gmail set to fetch/manual and Cloud is push. WiFi on and disabling like suggested in some threads would be a royal PITA having to turn it back on every time and counter to the Apple vision of useability. App Store is set to advise of updates. Each of those were like on the iPad2 where had no battery problem, except I didn't activate cloud until just prior to the upgrade. IOS on both machines fully upgraded to IOS 6.01.
Interesting discovery this AM. While I set the Auto-Lock to 10 minutes last evening, the the iPad Cover lock/unlock is set "ON". It appears that the 10 minute Auto Lock is working, however, the automatic lock/unlock is not which would explain the battery drain when set autolock was set to never. This AM as I opened it, had to manually unlock it as opposed to having the cover unlock it for me. As I close the cover and peek under the edge can still see the iPad illuminated until the 10 minutes kicks in...then manually unlock it again. The cover I am using is the heavy duty RooCase with magnetic clip and had no problem when using it with the iPad2. (Great case by the way!) Any suggestions? Thanks.

1.4.2 JRE auto-download signature problem

Hi,
When I try to use the 1.4.2 cab file for auto-download, I find that there is a certificate signature problem when it installs. It comes up with a message:
"Warning: The authenticity of this content cannot be verified, therefore it cannot be trusted.
Problem listed below:
Content does not match the signature."
I'm not sure that it happens every time, but at least half of the time.
This is a problem because we will supply this cab file with our product, so that the customer has an option to install it. However, it will look like we're supplying something unsecured.
Here's the location of the cab file in question:

MR8M Reversal Problem ?

When I am going to reverse one invoice from MR8M the following error occurs :-
Error Message :-
Allowed posting periods: 04 2009 / 12 2008 for company code 1000 and date 31.05.2009.
Message no. M8535
Diagnosis
The posting date entered does not lie within one of the allowed posting
Periods.
There are two possible reasons for this:
The correct current period is not configured in the system.
The first of the specified periods is the current period for the
System. At the start of a new period, the system administrator has
to use the function "Close periods" to change the current period in
the material master. This has not yet happened. You have entered an
incorrect date in the field "Posting date".
Procedure
Check the posting date and correct it if necessary. If your entry is
correct, inform your system administrator that the period closing
program has not yet been run.

For Clearing Accounting Document. You will have to Talk to your FICO counterparts. Give them the bill number and they will be able to clear it.
Otherwise goto F-32
Put the Account Number (this is same as the customer u used for Sales order),
Company Code
In the below list of "Additional Selections" radio buttons choose Document number.
Click Process open items on the top right.
After that put the correct document number (The billing document number) and save it the Billing document will be cleared.
For Reversing goods issue goto TCode VL09
1) Find out the shipping point of your Order: for that goto display sales order VA03.From there on the top Menu goto
Goto->item->Shipping there you can find the shipping point.
2)In the Inbound/outbound delivery put your delivery number, for that goto document flow of sales order and find the delivery number.
Keep the Inbound Delivs & Outbound Delivs clicked
Click F8 or Execute your PGI will be reversed.

Robohelp 9 auto-sizing popup problems

In roboHelp 9 HTML, is there a way to reduce the bottom margin of auto-sizing popups when generating webhelp? Is there a way to limit the width, other than custom-sizing these popups? Things that looked ok when generated by robohelp 7 look a bit 'fat' in robohelp 9. It seems as if the more &nbsp 's there are in a paragraph, the wider the popup displays.

Is anyone continuing to monitor this issue, because it's still happening to me now (my pop-up windows appear at bottom right corner and they disappear when I scroll to them, the auto-sizing pop-ups have scroll controls that appear off the page). In addition, I have the added problems of my DHTML links for SOME links (I have an underline effect when users mouseover a link). The problem is evident even BEFORE I generate the WebHelp, when I use RH8's "View Selected Item" feature (Ctrl+W). An Internet Explorer Script Error window appears with the following message:

(Sorry, I could not attach the image to show you the window, so I just typed it out).
A similar message appears in my generated WebHelp (at the bottom of the IE window, it indicates that the file has some errors, when I click on it, it's the same ehlpdhtm.js error message).
I used Praful_Jain's latest ehlpdhtm.js file without any positive results. I just don't know what else to do. Are there any new developments/solutions/updates to fix this issue?
Using:
RH8.0.2, Windows XP, brand new project using the same stylesheet that worked fine with RH7. Generating WebHelp, not CHM, althogugh the problem appears before I even generate.

Auto start service problem with Xp

i installed Oracle 8i (8.1.5) on window XP Pro. it was install ok. but when i am restarting the PC. it is not starting the database service autometic. i check all the values of auto service but i am failed to start it.
so can anyone help me to solve this problem.

Some components of 8.1.7 CLIENT are supported. They are client components only.

Exchange Server 2013 / Outlook 2010 Auto-Complete address problems

Hi
We run an Exchange 2013 environment where end users use Outlook 2010.
For some reason several users (at least 5 so far, maybe more that haven't noticed yet) are complaining that they are now unable to add any additional address to the Auto-Complete cache. This can be resolved manually by emptying the cache from within
Outlook then disabling and re-enabling auto-complete but obviously they then have a blank slate.
My question is - is there anything that can cause this type of problem collectively? I have seen it previously, but occurrences have always been isolated to an individual user.

You can try use NK2View tool to modify your Outlook Auto Complete Addresses.
With NK2View you can delete unwanted email addresses from your autocomplete file and add new addresses from your address book as well as edit current email address entries. And NK2View is a free download from NirSoft and you can get the software by going
to their website.
Besides, the auto-complete cache is a outlook feature, I recommend you post your issue to outlook forum.

How to solve the auto word break problem in Arabic language Flex project

Hi, I'm using Flex SDK 3.5 to develop a game in Arabic. Now I have a problem with the auto word break on the TextArea Control.
The output looks like this (Sorry I can't type arabic, so I use English instead)

My settings of the textarea are fine in English version games. But just didn't work in Arabic. Any idea how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Sorry to reopen this thread again. I was puzzled by the data format in Motion-DDK.
From the Motion-DDK, if u32, i32 and f64 data are passed to and from the controller, a specific format must be followed as below:
u32:
u32 cmddata[x] = (WORD) (u32data ?16);
cmddata[x + 1] = (u16) u32data;
i32:
i32 cmddata[x] = (WORD) (i32data ?16);
cmddata[x + 1] = (i16) i32data;
f64:
f64—big endian order cmddata[x] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [3];
cmddata[x + 1] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [2];
cmddata[x + 2] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [1];
cmddata[x + 3] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [0];
f64—little endian order cmddata[x] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [0];
cmddata[x + 1] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [1];
cmddata[x + 2] = ((u16) (&f64data)) [2];

My first question: is the "?" symbol means the >> (shift operator) or something else?
The second question is: if "?" means ">>" in this list, all the u32 and i32 data are always transferred in big-endian order. Is it the only correct way to deliver the i32 and u32 data? Or I can pass the u32 and i32 either in little-order or big-order depending on my platform?
The last one: could you provide a feasible C code on how to convert the f64 data to u16?
I first followed the format in the list to convert the f64 data, but met with a lot of compiler errors in VC++. After checked with MSDN, it is said the convert process is double(f64)->long(i32)->unsigned short(u16). But the decimal part of double will be truncated during converting to long...
So, could you help me with some very simple sample code on the convert process?

U may have changed price while doing transactions in sales or in procument.
This cause price change.Now check out MR21 & change the price.
This will solve ur problem.
