Automatic add of contact persons

Hi everyone,
When we create interaction logs and assign an account with several contact persons connected, the system automatically add each contact person to the interaction log. Can you change so the system ask which contact person you want to add or remove the setting where the system adds every single contact person connected to the account? See attached picture.

When I'm talking about IC vs CRM Webclient scenario, I'm talking about this:

It is important to know whether you are running an Interaction Center scenario (IC_AGENT business role) because the customizing path to enable partner determination popup is not the same as CRM WebClient scenario (SALESPRO business role). You can ask any CRM functional consultant on your project: this is really basic information that they obviously know.

    Contacts are synced with a compatible programme in the computer; in the iCloud or with Yahoo and Google Mail. You can directly "edit" a contact on the phone and/or within the programme that you are syncing your contacts with.
    Have you configured/setup mails on your iPhone? If yes, check the contents of the mail account(s) individually. (including iCloud)  from SETTINGS - MAILS, CONTACTS, CALENDARS
    "Contacts" if chosen from the mail account (s) would add email addresses to your contacts.

  • Add new contact person in contact management

    Hi All,
    I have been created email in contact management(SRM).
    in Tab "General", Contact person field, i cannot select new item/New contact person from combobox.
    I have read at HELP file,then i found to add new contact person in contact management, go to SRM menu -> Customizing(UCUS0) ->in the left panel -> clik contact - > double clik contact person.I can direcly add new contact person.
    but after i added new contact person.i still can't select new contact person in "General tab(Contact management)".
    can u tell me how to solve this problem?

    There are some notes for enabling the b2b flag. E.g. 1263919 and 1263915 and likely some more. So, that might help you figure out if perhaps you have missing settings for this feature.
    But based on the limited information you provided it seems that "Segmentation based on relationships" would be suitable. You can check [SAP help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm700_ehp01/helpdata/en/37/fc60e3bebf4a9ba7121c00e295b3fd/frameset.htm ] for this topic. I was not sure what you meant by "but how to replace the contact person function?"

You can select business partners using filters for both personal data as well as data relating to the business partner's organization. The system saves all required information on the business partner, such as contact person, organization, and relationship type, with the target group.     Mac OS X.6 Server.  Almost all users utilize the webmail interface.
    Is there a way to automatically add all current user email addresses in Workgroup Mgr to new users when created?

    If by "'saved' email address" you mean the autocomplete email suggestions that are given when addressing new emails, there isn't any way to use these to create new or add to existing contacts.

  • After sharing computer with my partner, he backed up his phone and now our address books have been merged. Is there an easy way to separate them? The cloud automatically adds new contacts to both our phones etc.

    A while back, My partner asked if he could back up his phone on my macbook. Ever since our address books have been merged. there are so many duplicates it's  madness as if we both have a friend by the same name perhaps with no surname it's easy to call the wrong one.
    Is there a way to identify the root of each contact so we can separate them.

    hi i had the same problem today when i updated my itunes to latest version. however, i have just found my songs in the 'itunes media' folder. this was accessed through 'my music'  then keep clicking through until you find itunes media and all my library songs were in there and i then just added these files to my library and all were restored however, i have lost all my playlists but at least my 700 songs are back. very dissapointed with apple that they have let this happen with their latest update, the previous version was miles better than this one . hope you find them. stevo

  • Automatically add role of Contact Person when BP is created as employee

    We have done the configuration and setup to transfer OM data from ERP (ECC 6.0)  to CRM 7.0. Before we execute the ALE job, we have one item we would like to add to the process.
    We are a County Government implementing CRM Incident Management. Users will need to assign and forward Incidents to defined Contact Persons in various Org Units. It would require significant manual effort to edit BP records for each employee to maintain the Contact Person role.
    Is there a way to automatically add the Contact Person role to each Employee BP at the time that the BP is created during the transfer of OM data? In other words, when IDocs are posted using RBDAPP01 in CRM, can the BP be created with the General role, the Employee role AND the Contact Person role at that time?
    I have not found a BP configuration which implements this. I also did not find a switch in T77S0 which would cause this to occur.
    I have searched this forum and the the CRM General Questions forum for this issue. I have found a few threads which posed the question but none which provided an answer for CRM 7.0. Please let me know if I have overlooked a previously posted answer.

    Thank you for the suggestion. However, this isn't related to creating the Contact Person role when creating a contact relationship directly in CRM. What we need is the automatic creation of the Contact Person role at the same time that the Employee BP is created via the ALE transfer of OM data from ECC to CRM.

  • Importing Contact Persons through DTW

    Hi,
    I´am trying to import Contact Persons through DTW. These "Contact Persons" belong to Business Partners that already have "Contact Persons". I want to add new contact persons to these Business Partners. The problem that instead of adding those Contact Persons, the DTW is updating  the Contact Persons that already exists.
    I have two files, Business Partners and Contact Employees. In this first one I´m using two fields (Recordkey and Cardcode). In the second one, Contact Employees, i´m leaving blank the field "linenum". I´m also setting in the third step of the DTW process, the option of "Add all items into Schema if can´t find corresponding item when updating". In the 5 step I choose Update objects"

    Apologies ... I misunderstood what you were asking.  If you look at the sample temple for Contacts that are related to Business Partners at ...
    ..\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\Templates\Data preparation examples\20. TestCase2_Test Data for Update function\oBusinessPartners\ContactEmployees.csv
    Here you can see that you have to relate the RecordKey of the ContactEmployee to the RecordKey for the Business Partner. If there are multiple contacts for the same Business Partner, the RecordKey is repeated as in the example and you increment the LineNum for each different Contact.

  • Contact person replicating to crm from R/3

    Hi All,
    When we add a contact person to a customer in ECC, it is not replicated to CRM. 2 BDOC type is created, BUPA_MAIN and BUPA_REL. In BUPA_MAIN bdoc, the guid number and partner number is filled, but in BUT000 table there is no entry. So, in BUPA_REL bdoc the error "Enter at least one number for the business partner" (R11 123) occurs. We cannot replicate the contact person to CRM from ECC.

    Hi Experts,
    I turned contact person as required on Vendor Master configuration.  However, it still doesn't show up on Vendor Master create/change/display.  Would you pls let me know what else I need to do to make this happen?
    On the general data section, it only has Address, Control and payment transaction.  How do I add the contact person?

    I was aware of the blog by David Klen though i wasnt able to find that particular class in my system when i was designing a similar appication for creating and updating vendors thro a RFC from a lotus notes application. The standard program RFBIKR00 again requires the data to be fed through a external file which again needs to be stored in the application server to be used in background.
    BDC was quite simple and straight forward considering the above complexities when there is not much choice available.

    Pls can u explain what is ur exact requirement. Do u want to maintain this for particular vendor or do u want to maintain it for all vendors.
    We will assign address in patner function when we are creating a vendor using XK01. Is this feature u want to know???

    This is because of the suppressed entry in the account group creation.
    Go to TC : OBD2 :
    Select your account group and then go to the details in the magnifying options you will find the datails of the sales area ....
    In the sales area go to bussiness partner assignment.
    Radio it to optional entry......
    now create customers...

    Check for the sy-subrc value in Debug mode .
    Check do you need to commit COMMIT statement to update the table.

  • Contact person in Invoice lists

    Hi All,
    I want to have the Contact person CP in my Invoice list partner since i want to send the output to the Contact person also.
    I have CP in my actual Invoice header partner and have CP also in the Invoice list partner procedure at header. Despite of that, the contact person is not getting copied in my Invice list header partner.
    Does anyone has a solution?

    To add the contact person to the invoice list you must use the user exit in program LV60AA64, form RELI_XVBPAK_AUS_AVBPAK. Here you must insert a new line in table XVBPAK. You can see it in table AVBPAK.
