Thanks a lot for your reply.
my program is working fine now.
    Thanks,
    Jyotsna

    Hi,
You can use this method. Are you passing structure value IS_LIPS-MATNR while calling the report for MMBE ?
    Edited :
Hope you are calling MMBE like
SET PARAMETER ID : 'MAT' FIELD is_lips-matnr.
    CALL TRANSACTION 'MMBE'.

  • ZERO quantity avilable in Replenishment delivery (enough stock in MMBE)

    hi
While creating replenishment delivery from STO system given delivery qty is ZERO. if i try to enter the qty as '1' system is not allowing and giving error as "ZERO qty is avilable" for that Material Code stock is showing '6'. is it having any relation with avilability check?
    Rajendra

    Hi,
It depends on where that 6 items are, they could be in QI stock, safety stock or Blocked stock.
There could also be other deliveries etc. that mean the 6 is already required elsewhere.
MMBE is not the ideal enquiry for availablity, it is designed to show the Physical stock (i.e. where it is not if it is available or not. Try MD04 for this material and plant and see what it is showing. It should show you the stock and any other requirements affecting the availability.

  • Delivery QTY is more than Stock qty in Stock transfer order

    Dear Sir
i created one STO with Qty 100,i got the stock of 10 in my hand when i create delivery with ref to STO through VL10B, delivery created for whole STO qty
is there is any specific setting to control this
my requirement is like delivery qty should not be exceed the available stock qty.
    please help in this.
    Thanks
    Maruthi S

    Hi Maruthi,
I don't think so it would be possible as because you can control this check in your availability check by assinging the Document type and Supplying Plant to a checking rule.
But  unfortunately the check will  you a different date ( when the stock is starved ) rather than controlling the quantity of delivery to be made as per the available stock.
The Underdelivery setting is only to close a STO in case if the supplying plant supplies less quantity when compared to the delivery quantity.
But tell me why  you want to restrict the qty of delivery, instead you can keep the Delivery document quantity as per the Stock transport order and doing PGI as per the available stock and closing the STO with the under delivery setting.

is there a way to set Thunderbird to automatically move mail I have read into an old mail folder?

I would start by creating a filter that looks like the one in the picture, but if you were run the filter automatically when getting new mail, it might behave oddly if new mail arrives while you're reading a message.

Another approach could be to use the Age in Days + is greater than + 1 criterion in the filter.

  • Delivered qty and put in stock qty not updated after GR reversal

    Hi,
We encountered a strange issue while making a 102 movement for a production order.
    Planned order qty  - X
    Production order qty  - X+Y
    Confirmed Qty  - X
GR posted for Splits of Qty X
    GR Posted for Qty Y
At this time Quantities in Production shows like
    Planned Order   X
    Order               X+Y
    Delivered          X+Y
    Commited        X
As wrong posting has been done for Qty Y, GR reversal has been carried for Y. After Reversal
Deliveried Qty and Put in Stock qty still shows X+Y.
This is an issue as settlement can not done as it has difference in quantities. This issue was nver observed earlier.
Looked for any available SAP note for this issue and couldn't get one. Any help to fix this issue or reference to any SAP note is appreciated.

    Hi,
Look into the Transaction : COGI.
If the entry is there act upon the entry.
If this is the case, suggested is to schedule the Program : "CORUPROC" in thr regular intervals.
    Hope this helps..
    Revert for further discussion..

  • Make zero stock in MMBE

    Hi all,,
Can some tel me how to make to stock as zero for a material in MMBE transaction.
For a material in MMBE its showing stock on hand with some quantity and stock in transit with some qty.
How to clear it and i wanted to make it zero as in all tabs like unrestricted , quality, blocked,on hand , stockt in transit..etc.
    Thanks .

603 movement type is a movement which happens against a replinishment delivery. Such a delivery doesnt normally have a preceeding  SO or STO.
If 603 has happened , it posts stock to "Stock in transfer (plants)"  this can be knocked off only after MIGO against the delivery (delivery no. can be found from material document)  , or by reversing the delivery PGI (VL09) .
Both the options will result in stock appearing in either the receiving plant(MIGO-605 movement )  or in supplying plant)VL09) .
Once this stock comes, you can scrap it, or adjust in Physical inventory.
647 is normally used in SAP IS retail, for auto GR after PGI .
For the open STO,  you can close the STO by reducing the qty from 100 to 20  ,or by setting the delivery completed indicator.
also check if any other Open orders are there, set the delivery completed indicator there too.

  • Sales Order Stock Doesnt Exist in Delivery

    Hi all,
I had converted the Vendor Consignment stock into Sales order Stock. Later, i try to issue the material against same Sales Order but system wont alllow me to do so.
It says "Sales Order Stock XXXXX  does not exist" where XXXXX is my sales order number. (Message M7 184)
But when i checked the Sales Order Stock using  MMBE or MB52 Report,  it is there.
I'm not able to figure it out why system is thorwing this message when material is there.
Pls note: Material used in Scenario is Split valuated.
    regards,
    S Anand

    Hi Friend
I had converted the Vendor Consignment stock into Sales order Stock
I dont know what is your process and what is the meaning of this statement
But i feel there is some mistake happening here only
For the System to acknowledge or to accept for the sales order stocks during PGI the prerequiest is
When the sales order is created, the sales order item category should have special stock indicator E in its details in VOV7
Otherwise system will not sense during PGI even if you have stocks showing against your sales order no in MMBE
Say an order is created with item category without being marked special stock indicator E
After the sales order is saved you note down the no and reserve stocks in MB1B movement type 412 E against your sales order
Now in MMBE the system will show the reservation against your order no with all details
When you do PGI the system will take stocks from unrestricted not the reserved qty (its own reservations) if stocks are not there in unrestricted system will give same message as what you have got without sensing the reservation
All this is because item category is not with special stock indicator E during order creation

  • Delivery qty as 0 and not pickable

    Hi Experts
I create STO ,when I create the delivery, It doesn't include delivery qty into delivery, and the material item is not pickable.
So if I tried to input the qty manually, it will display only 0 EA of material xxx available. I checked the stock, it has qty onhand.
So what's the problem ? where I could check if this part need be pickable?
    Thanks
    Alice

    Hi,
It's very probably availability check is switched on and system cannot find available quantity when you are trying to create the delivery. In the log of delivery creation maybe you can find this information..
It may happen that you have stock but it is assigned to differnet deliveries.
Please run report CO09 (with proper checking rule - maybe "B" in your case, youn know in which environment you work.) I guess you have other deliveries to which the stock is already assigned.
SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Basic Functions > Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements > Availability Check - here you can check your customizing.
E.g. Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning >Carry Out Control For Availability Check ("include delivery notes" checkbox is very likely to be checked; V_441V-VBBLP)
(MARC-MTVFP controls the availability check at material level)

    Additionally:
Field V_TVLP-MNG0P controls how system should react when delivery quantity is zero.

    Hi,
It seems you are in make-to-order scenario.
you might have posted stock using MB1C in unrestristed stock, but when your order is make-to-order, you cant create a delivery with unrestricted stock.
If you are in test system , then you can post the stock again with respect to a particular order and try to create a delivery.
    I hope it helps.

  • GR Blocked stock process in Inbound delivery.

  • Default Delivery Qty

    Hi!!
I would like to know, how the system determine the default delivery quantity of DN?
Sometime it have the outstanding delivery qty set as default, sometime it does not have any quantity set.
I just know that it is related to the availability check & the stock quantity, but could someone please tell me how the relationship in between & how the system calculate the date??
    Thank You so much!!
    Best Regards,
    Chris Poon

    Hi Chris,
To answer the first part of the question,
The pick/pack lead time, loading time and the transportation lead time are based on the shipping point factory calender.
The transit lead time is based on the route factory calender.
Regarding the second part of the question, i believe you are asking about the confirmed quantity at the schedule line level.
As in the earlier post, you saw how the material availability date is calculated. The meaning of material availability check is that the material should be available on this date in order to meet the requested delivery date. Hence system will run availability check to see if material would be available on this date. The availability check code would be picked up from the material master. Then based on the settings for the availability check in OVZ9, system will do the checking. For checking at the order level, it willl check the setttings for availability check code and checking rule 'A' (SD order).
The checking control tell what are the inward/outward stock movement for the material system should consider.
For eg.. if the material availability date was calculated to be March 7 and the required qty is 80,
and the current stock situation is like this until March 7,
1.Current on hand quantity i.e current stock available is 100 qty
    2. There is another open sales order for the material with 60 qty
    3. There is a incoming purchase order 20 qty
So system would calculate the available stock on March 7th as
Stock available = 100 (current stock) - 60 (outward sales order qty) + 20 (incomeing PO qty)
                           = 60
So system will confirm only 60 qty on March 7.
If partial delivery is allowed, system will confirm 60 on March 7 and then it will do checking again on when the another 20 qty can be confirmed.
If complete delivery is required, then system will confirm 0 qty on March 7 and start doing checking again when it can be confirmed. If there is no enough inward movement, it will confirm 0.
I have tried to explain with a basic scenario. Hope it helps to give you an idea on how SAP does the checking for the material availability.
    Please award points if useful,
    Regards,

  • Difference between pick qty and delivery qty

    Hi,
My delivery qty is 5 pcs. However while making transfer order from within delivery, the Transfer order is being made automatcially for 17 pcs and so the pick qty is 17 pcs. Due to the differenc ein delivery qty and pick qty, I cannot do PGI in the delivery.
When I use LT0G, and give the delivery and warehouse no and movement type 999, the system does not allow the transaction and gives a message that, function not yet supported for Handling units. But I do not have handling units in my delivery. Neither the system allows me to cnacel the Transfer order thru LT15.
How to correct the above situation so that the TO does not pick up the qty greater than the delivery qty or what other alternatives are there. Also how to ensure that TO is made of qty which is equal to delivery qty.
Iam not aware of WM module, so kindlyu tell in detial pls.
    regards
    sachin

In IMG>LE>WM>Master Data> Define storage type.
Check In stock removal control whether "Full stock removal reqmt act" is active.
If this is active it will try to pull the total quant irrespective of your requirement.
