Automatic rejection even if already signed?
Hi,
First off I should say that I am not a developer - I am a tester with limited Java knowledge :)
We have our own Java application that is hanging and the Java console outputs errors which are mostly AccessControlExceptions (see snippet below). This hang only occurs because of JVMHook environment variables that are added by a test tool (QTP). When these are removed everything works fine. I have tried deleting all sorts of caches (including the Java security ones) and Java 1.6 versions but they don't help. Removing the variables isn't a valid workaround as they are necessary for QTP to recognise Java.
What has pointed me to this forum is the fact that when the application is working as normal, if a user clicks 'Cancel' in the signing dialog the exact same errors below appear in the Java console. To me this intimates that the variables are having a conflict with the applet signing code, and that it causing the same outcome as if the applet is being automatically rejected.
So my questions are:
1) Am I sniffing in the correct area of security and signatures based on the output below?
2) Is it possible for an applet to be automatically rejected without the dialog appearing, even if it already has a valid signed certificate?

i have 2 apple ids and one is from years ago when icloud wasnt a thought but now somehow it became my primary apple id and i cant photo stream with the apple id i use. Even if im signed into my old one the photo stream doesnt automatically go to my mac. Im not exactly technology savy but id love to figure this out.
I have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

When I am logged into iTunes and try to purchase something the window requesting I sign in to iTunes store keeps an appearing no matter how many times I enter the password (even though I'm already signed in!). Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My query is twofold but interrelated ... and sorry for the protracted dialogue, in advance :)
(1) Regarding my Sync "Password" + (2) Strange issue in Options/'Sync'/"Manage
Set out below is my 'issue'.
Perhaps you can clarify what is going on here for me and help me to stop this strange occurrence.
I've used firefox since 3.5 and love it.
I now have Firefox 35 on Windows 8 (64-bit) with the 'new' Sync successfully set-up on a newish HP Desktop computer (Envy 23).
While my 'issue' doesn't cause a huge problem, it IS a source of unnecessary frustration & confusion.
If possible I'd like to eliminate that unnecessary stress and enjoy using FF again.
Additionally, I thought this peculiar 'issue' may be an indication of something else amiss in my FF Sync or my FF settings.
Here is the scenario:-
At the moment, I'm signed in to Firefox "Sync" and it IS definitely syncing successfully - the 'circular arrows' spin around & tell me when it was last synced, so I know that's okay.
However, after the last update (to 35.0), I had to "reconnect" sync because it has "disconnected" .
I had terrible trouble signing back in, even though I was using the exact same password I had been using prior to the update.
After several failed attempts to sign in and FF repeatedly telling me I was using the 'incorrect' password, I closed the browser down & restarting FF 35.
FF had somehow 'signed me in' automatically - with the same password I thought was correct or not, I don't know.
Anyway, after all the trouble signing-in I not only felt dubious that all the data WAS syncing, I wanted to take a closer look.
But also I needed to check which password was being used for Sync, when FF signed me in (after the update & restart).
To double-check sync was working properly, I went into - "Options"/Firefox Sync/"Manage" - and was told that I needed to (quote): "Sign in, Continue to Firefox Sync".
I thought it was strange as only a couple of minutes before that, FF had already signed me in & sync seemed to be working. (the circular arrows were spinning)
Not knowing what was going on, I did as suggested by FF and entered my User-name & Password (for a second time).
I was then informed my password was 'incorrect' (please see uploaded/attached image).
I found this odd, considering this 'message' came up even though FF itself had signed me in to Sync after the update to 35 & restart of the browser.
What is confusing to me is the mixed-messages I'm receiving from FF.
FF must have signed me in to Sync using the very same Password that I've used since the 'new' sync was set-up & had been using for some time, but was now informing me in - 'Options/Sync/"Manage" - that the password was incorrect.
Although I am, at this moment, signed in to sync & it is working, I'm utterly confused as to what is or isn't the correct Password.
*If it can be avoided, I don't want to change it because I've saved it in so many places in PC, for future reference.*
Can I 're-save' the same password for Sync again, so that I can be sure that it's correct?
Also, for me, this strange behaviour by FF sync is an unnecessary source of angst and would love you to tell me what is going on or how to fix it please?# Yes, if you go to accounts.firefox.org, sign out, you will now be signed out.

I am not exactly sure why the menu did not detect the password change or if it was stored incorrectly after you changed it? But after storing the correct password you can manage any duplicate passwords in the password manager.[[Password manager - Remember, delete and change saved passwords in Firefox]] -
I have 2 itunes a/cs one at work and one at home. Both computers are authorised for the 2 a/cs, but I can;t get my work a/c songs to show on my home computer, even though I sign in my work a/c, and I can't get my home songs to show up on the work computer even though I sign in my home a/c. V. frustrating!

You will have to manually copy your music. Get a pen-drive big enough to accommodate all your music. And follow these steps:
1. Create a new folder on the pen-drive.
2. Copy the music from your work computer to the folder you just created. It's in (yourhomefolder)>Music>iTunes>iTunes Media>Music if you're using a Mac, or in C:\Users\(yourusername)\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music if you're using Windows.
3. Now on your home computer quit iTunes, and copy your music from work to the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder in (yourhomefolder)>Music>iTunes>iTunes Media.
4. Start iTunes. It will automatically start to process the files and move them to the appropriate place.
Repeat these steps with your music from home on your work computer. Also I suggest to use only one iTunes account if possible.

Hey guys,
Every now and then when I boot my laptop up from sleep mode and I try to access Skype nothing works, so I terminate it and restart it and get the message :"You're already signed in on this computer".
Fair enough, I figured a 2nd Skype process must still be running, so I checked my processes and indeed, an instance of Skpe is still running as seen here : http://puu.sh/c9v5L.png
The problem is, everytime I try to terminate it I get an access denied error saying that I can't terminate the process. I have to explicitly restart my pc to only get a single instance of Skype running.. this never happened to my Skype on my desktop which is using Windows 7 but it does on Skype for Desktop on Windows 8.
Edit: also, the bugged Skype is showing up as a background process in task manager instead of a normal application as it should bePaddington63 wrote:

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file. Please, attach this file to your post.

Received calls are automatically rejected
All calls directed to me are automatically rejected, I don't even see the call toolbar. This is a serious issue for me as I use Skype at work. I tried installing the an older version of Skype (6) but it does not work. I really need to be able to receive Calls. This is the same for group Calls. Please provide an acceptable solution for this issue.
I am having precisely the same issue this morning, and also use Skype at work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Skype, and changing and resetting my privacy settings, neither of which helped.

I had to restore my computer to original state and now even if I sign on it won't let me sync my ipad or iphone. the message is that it is synced to another library and it could wipe out my data on the ipad. You need iTunes on the computer. There is no iTunes for your phone. See:

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

It was a couple of months ago that I had the problem. I did manage to sort it out and I think what I did was as follows.
You don't say whether you have your wi-fi turned on. Part of my problem was the the wi-fi on my iPad was turned off, so, whatever my response to the pop-up, it wasn't sending a message to iCloud and it therefore just kept coming straight back. I think what I did was to select the Cancel option on the pop-up and then really quickly (during the 1 second when the pop-up was off the screen) I tapped the Settings icon on the main iPad screen. The pop-up immediately reappeared, but at least by that time I was in my settings screen. I again selected the Cancel option on the pop-up and, this time, turned on the wi-fi during the 1 second when the pop-up was off-screen. When the pop-up immediately reappeared, the wi-fi had connected me to the internet, so I could select the Canel option on the pop-up and this time it did actually cancel the pop-up permanently.
I really sympathise with your frustration - I love my iPad, but it really is exasperating when this type of problem occurs and there's no Apple shop in town! -

How can I access the savestore.js contents if the command about:sessionrestore shows a blank box even for already succesfully used backups?
Is there a recent known problem with the about:sessionrestore command or is there any other way understandable to Firefox 29.0.1 through which recover the information stored in the sessionstore.js files.
It seems the command about:sessionrestore is not capable anymore to read the contents of the sessionstore.js file present in the user profile folder.
The box where windows and tabs should be listed is empty.
I tried to paste a few old sessionstore.js files in the user directory while the firefox.exe process was not active, then opened Firefox again and tried to launch the about:sessionrestore command without any result.
I think the files are not corrupted because I used most of them in other occasions and I stored them in folders not connected to the common use of any process.
Also, I already successfully used the about:sessionrestore command in Firefox 29.0.1 in a few other occasions.
I did a "clean reinstall" of Firefox 29.0.1 and the box contained in the tab where about:sessionrestore is executed is still empty even if the files themselves contain such information as tabs location and html addresses.
After this I recovered the profile data I had stored in another folder and this is what you can see attached to this question.

still, the box in the tab loaded by the about:sessionrestore command is blank and empty, so it's not possible to "de-select" any window or tab. it's necessary to find an editor to modify session backup files which may contain "bad addresses".
does such an editor already exists? -
My iphone died today and now it wont boot up not even a apple sign is sowin any help???
i updated my iphone 3gs yesterday via itunes, now today the battery seemed to drain very fast and my phone died, iv had it on charge and noe it wont turn on not even an apple sign shows.... im at a loser here and really need help.... i have tried to reset the iphone and also tried to put it in recovery mode and nothing is working....... please help!!! cheers ash

- Try another cable
- Try another wall adaptor
- Check the iPhone charging port to see if there is any damage or debris
If the iPhone does not charge with known working cables/adaptors I would suggest to take the iPhone into an Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider for evaluation and if need be service. -
EDI order to automatically reject line items that cannot be allocated( AFS)

The requirement is as follows
1. A specific type of customer EDI order enters SAP via IDOC
2. We need to identify these specific orders in SAP and have the ability to automatically reject lines that cannot be allocated (AFS allocation)
3. What are our options using standard functionality of SAP/AFS? Iu2019d prefer an element other than a new doc type. Something such as order reason, or Purchase Order Type (preferred)
4. How is this possible?

MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
take ABAPer help he can fix the problem
in the program you can tell in which conditions the order should be created with automatic reason for rejection.

In PMU WF has set three escalations, when no one approves the request after a while, can automatically reject these access requests?You can use the Stale Request functionality to CANCEL requests that have not been worked on after x amount of days.
Schedule ABAP GRFNMW_BATCH_STALE_REQUEST to run daily. This is done by individual MSMP Process IDs.
