B2B Api???

Hi,
1) We have our B2B setup working fine for some partners and some agreements.
Usually B2B generates edi xml for a given edi message. But that would be an end to end case for our environment.
I wanted to know is there any possible way of generating an edi xml given an edi...coz we would like to use the edi xml in our java appln.
May be calling some api of oracle b2b of by configuring some new thing in b2b.
2) How can we fine tune the B2B for handling extremely large number of messages, something like 1.5-2million per day.
Thanks,
Rosh

Hi Rosh,
May be calling some api of oracle b2b of by configuring some new thing in b2bNo such public API's are available. You should set up an inbound EDI business action with a simulating trading partner set-up. Pass native EDI files from simulated Trading Partner to your Host TP and keep translation enabled in Operational Capability. At the IDC specified in agreement (at your B2B side), you will get the translated XML.
2) How can we fine tune the B2B for handling extremely large number of messages, something like 1.5-2million per day.Depends on various parameters like network configuration, intermediatory hops, security, topology, Document, exchange, transport protocol, size of payload etc., however below links will help you for a large extent-

    Hi Guru's
    We want to have some mechanism to enable/disable the delivery channels programicatlly. We know how to do them manually but we want to know if there are any API's / service there which can help us in automate this.
    Why we wan't to do is that at our side we soemtime need to enable/disable the connections to make the connections work.

  • Has anyone used "Microsoft.BizTalk.B2B.PartnerManagement" API ?

    Hello, forum; trying to make sense of that undocumented API library to create an agreement using BizTalk 2010. So far, I can create a Partner, Business Profiles, Business Identities and Partnerships, but how to create an agreement (onewayagreements and all
    that) still eludes me. I have checked one reference, it was written by Mick Breeze (http://blogs.breeze.net/mickb/2012/05/22/BizTalk2010CreatingTPMPartnersThroughCode.aspx),
    and also getting inspired by the newest published in here (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/dn232396.aspx) which is not the same but at least it's something.
    I have navigated through the classes but I can't manage to do all the tasks that it is suppose to achieve.
    Has anyone used this before that may be able to help ? Is there any SDK sample of some sort ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Partner automation. The user wants to use an asp.net form instead of using biztalk admin console, in order to create and update a large party database, the total count rounding between 300 to 500 partners, so, we have already a webform with all business
    related information and we've add some port related information that will ultimately end up as the party information. With that info, this library should be able to accomplish everything we normally do from the console.
    We are not migrating from a previous version, so the party migration tools is a no-go. We explored the idea of creating a binding-like file that would be loaded from BtsTask, but ultimately, we end up with the idea of using this obscure library to perform
    all those so called duties of handling party related information on biztalk server.
    Thanks in advance.

  • How can we retrieve the Payload information from B2B

    Hello,
    We are trying to send the payload information back to the client for a failed BPEL Transaction from B2B's b2b_instancemessage view. We are enqueing messages to IP_OUT_QUEUE using BPEL. We see the payload coming correctly in the B2B Business Message Reports. But we don't see the payload coming in the b2b_instancemessage view for failed B2B transactions. How can we see the payload in b2b_instancemessage view for failed B2B transactions as well? or How can we retrieve the Payload information from B2B?
    Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks. - Sam.

    I am not sure about the PDK API to get the group name. But using LDAP API its easy to get the User Group.
    If you find the answer to get the group name using PDK API, Please update in forum. It will really help others.

  • How do I tell if the customer is B2B or B2C

    I'm wanting to create a "dealer" area on our website.  A place where B2B customers can go to download special deals, pricelists, etc.
    My idea was to put a link on the my account page to an asp page that I would build.  On that page I need it to figure out if the customer in that session is B2B or not.  If not, give them a "sorry" message, and redirect them back to the my account page.
    If it's a dealer, it displays the page with all the dealer info.
    Is there a way to do this in netpoint already?  If so, how?  If not, how do I tell if the customer is B2B or not in an asp page?
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Hi Jim,
    To determine if a user is a B2B account or not you can use the API.
    So for example here is a skeleton you can use: (assuming you are using c#)
    <%@ Page Language="C#" inherits = "netpoint.classes.NPBasePage" %>
    <%@ Import Namespace = "netpoint.classes" %>
    <%@ Import Namespace = "netpoint.api.account" %>
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <script runat="server">
        protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
            //check if this is a B2B user.
            NPBasePage p = (NPBasePage)Page;
            NPAccount acc = new NPAccount(p.AccountID);
            if (acc.AccountType == "B")
                //its a B2B user
          else
               //not a b2b user, redirect
               Response.Redirect("http://wherever you want to go to");
    </script>
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" >
    <head runat="server">
        <title>Untitled Page</title>
    </head>
    <body>
        <form id="form1" runat="server">
        <div>
        </div>
        </form>
    </body>
    </html>
    hope that helps.

    We have 7.31 dual stack with B2B addon sp03
    We are using control records from mapping (reciver idoc adapter >advanced>control record in IDOC XML> all options selected)

    Hi,
    Yes, I filled the information on EDI separator channel, however this works fine with standard idco reciever adapter on integration engine, the issue is when I use ICO with Idoc_aae reciever adapter
    you mean to say I have to use (.*) filling all sender edispeartor channel information mandatorily
    what if I have to use the information to filter the message type from a multiple message type EDI file

  • Oracle 11g B2B commandline utilities to manage trading partners, agreements

    Hi,
    I am working on Oracle 11g b2b server configured with ebMS messaging protocol. My host trading partner is having more number of remote trading partners and hence more agreements. I am exploring the possible means of automating the creation and deployment of trading partners, creation and deployment of agreements and updating some of the trading partners configuration through commanline utilities. Are there any commandline utilities available to do these activities as a self-service in Oracle 11g b2b server? I couldn't find the details in b2b user guide document. Hence I need help to identify this facility.
    Regards,
    Bps

    Hello Bps,
    In section 18 - B2B Command Line Tools, of Oracle B2B 11g user guide, it is mentioned that -
    Self-service APIs are not available in this release.and as far as I know these API's are still not released. Please contact Oracle Support to get formal confirmation about the date when it may be released. You may also ask for any workaround available.
    Please refer below link for all command line tools available -
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12839_01/integration.1111/e10229/scrpt_imp_exp_dep.htm#BABEACGI
    In 11g, all the commandline utilities are listed in single ant script, which is located at $SOA_HOME/bin/ant-b2b-util.xml file.

  • Tables in b2b

    Hi,
    there is some basic missing concept from B2B developer guide, we can learn all, but DB table part is missing, i did nt found any material for that.
    can any one please tell me about basic DB architecture of B2B, what all table involve in it.
    I need some a basic tutorial on it.

    Similarly in 11g may i know which table replaces tip_businessmessage_rt. The columns which are being used in are messagestate, businesstransactioninstance .In SOAINFRA schema (for e.g. dev_soainfra) you may find B2B_BUSINESS_MESSAGE
    Also can anyone share some useful queries which are used in B2B 11g? Queries which fetch about the status of the messages received in the seeded queues, trading partner details, agreement details and channel detailsB2B instance message java API has been released since release 11.1.1.4 (11gR1 PS3). It is recommended to use this API to get information from B2B tables. It is NOT recommended to access b2b tables directly for any monitoring/auditing purpose. To know more about instance message API in 11g, please refer -
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17904_01/integration.1111/e10229/b2b_api_imsg.htm#BABFEFCD
    Alternatively, you may also use web-services exposed by B2B for querying TP/agreement info (section "20.4 Using the Query API") -
    http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17904_01/integration.1111/e10229/bb_webservice.htm#CIADAICA

  • MQ in B2B

    Hi,
    Is it possible to create JMS binding for a MQ in the OAS of B2B. I checked but could not find options to deploy the RAR files in it. Is there any way for doing it?

    Hi,
    B2B can connect to any standard JMS endpoint irrespective of the provider. In your case, you can setup connection factory and queue in the MQ series end and just provide the details in the B2B "Delivery Channel" configuration, it should work fine.
    Few tips on the configuration on B2B end,
    In the “Create Internal Delivery Channel – Transport”, page please provide the details.
    1. Transport Protocol – should be JMS
    2. Connection Factory Location – JNDI name of your queue/topic connection factory location
    3. Factory Provider Properties – vendor related properties that enable B2B to look up the JNDI context. To access, weblogic jms you can use the below,
    java.naming.factory.initial=weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory;java.naming.provider.url=t3://10.177.251.61:9700;java.naming.security.credentials=<your password>;java.naming.security.principal=<your username>
    Just replace the above with MQseries related Context factory class and its URL.
    4. Destination Provider Properties – same as “Factory Provider Properties”
    5. isTopic – provide false if your configured destination is queue. This is a mandatory field so for topic the value should be true
    6. URI – JNDI name of your queue/topic
    Make sure to edit B2B classpath so that MQ series related JMS client API are visible to the application. This can be done by editing opmn.xml
    <variable id="CLASSPATH" value="<your path to jar file>" append="true"/>
    HTH.

  • Create Custom Application E-Commerce B2B with IPC

    Hello,
    I  created a custom E-commerce application with NWDI. I followed the very clear "How-to_Create_Custom_Application_In_E-commerce" document of Hari Ravu. All steps has been done successfully. I applied the XCM files of my B2B standard application.
    <p>
    When I don't set "IPC use", my custom B2B application work well in my laptop J2EE engine (I use NWDS workplace for the development) and after deploiment.
    <p>
    But when I select "IPC use" (in the XCM and the shopadmin),  an exception is raised when I browse in the catalog.
    For information the b2b standard application work well with IPC. No error is detected in local and in my developement server.
    <p>
    It seems to be an issue with the IPC class dependencies but I didn't solve  the pb. In the document of Hari Ravu, no detail has be done concerning IPC dependencies.
    <p>
    I found some thread about the pb with IPCintegration with the B2B custom appli, , but these threads don't provide the solution
    <p>
    I have to use IPC for the pricing and product configuration for my project, so if somebody can help me..
    <p>
    Thank you

    Hello Pradeep, <p>
    I am trying to configure the "Single session Trace" (OSS Note 1090753) but I am not able to see the second Tabs 'Single Session trace"
    when I select the logging link in the Administration console of my application.
        - I modified as described the  attribut  "ForceSingleTraceFile" in the visual Admin.
        - I modified the appinfo and logFileDownload attributs to TRUE in the XCM
        - I rebooted the cluster
    Extract of OSS note 1090753
    4. Choose the 'Logging' link.
    a page with two tabs 'Log Configuration' and 'Session Tracing' is displayed.
    The Session Tracing doesn't appear for me !!
    do you not why I am not able to see the Single session trace ?
    Currenty, the only way is to retrieve trace in the file defaultTrace10.log.  (see my previous log capture)
    Thanks for your help

  • Does Oracle B2B supports file (inbound and outbound) via Odette FTP?

    I am unable to find any documentation on whether B2B can receive/send files via OFTP. If it is supported, please point me to any documentation on this topic.
    Thanks
    Shanthi

    Thanks Rafael! I have reached out to the Oracle B2B Product Development to provide an enhancement. What is your email id in case I need more details about the open source product? I visited your web site. I am unable to download the APIs since I do not have SVN. Is there a location where I can download it as a compressed zip file?
    Thanks

  • User values available in ISA B2B shop

    Hi!
    I'm playing around in our ISA B2B enviroment and I want to show some other data then what is visible.
    For exemple
    <%= JspUtil.encodeHtml(user.getAddress().getTitle()) %>
    <%= JspUtil.encodeHtml(user.getAddress().getName()) %>
    This show the users sirname, is it possible to see what user object contains?
    I want to show the Companys name instead of the sirname of the user.
    regards
    rollo

    Hi Rollo
    you might need to get the Business Partner and from there you can get the required information. You can probably download the official API and check the available methods.
    You might need to take under consideration the Backend that you use - CRM or ERP. Depending on that some objects are named as UserBaseCRM and UserBaseR3.
    Hope to be of help
