  • BADI trigered in CRM while creating a order from B2B webshop

    Hellow Gurus,
Could you please tell the BADIs triggered in CRM when we create an order from B2B webshop. I have to keep a validation to ensure the delivery type 'Standard' should be applicables orders having gross weight less thatn 4 kg only.
I should also throw an alert in B2B webshop saying ' Please choose other type' as well. I dont know how to proceed for this.
    Please help.

    Hello,
The  best way to determine the BADI's called is to look at the Log files.  The following OSS Notes (based on your release) will instruct you how to create a session trace.
Note 569976 (Release 4.0)  - creation fo session logs
    Note 1090753 (Release 5.0) - Creation of logs for B2B and B2C
Note 1156730 -  Creation of logs for ISAUserAdm and ShopAdmin
You can also look at the [Modifiation and Extension guide |https://websmp210.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700000469462006E/]for instructions (chapter Session Tracing).
    I hope this helps.

  • How to Develop New Application in CRM

    Hi all,
I need your help to guide me in deciding which transactions, customization and/or development tools  that i should use for developing new application in CRM to replace an existing web based application?
The following steps are some the current system business processes:
    1. User (requester) login to System
    2. Click Generate a Request
    3. Fill all requirement information on the form which contains user specific fields
    4. Click save, system will save the request form with status “Issued” and generate a control number and display it.
    8. User can print the form by clicking Print Information.
    9. A notification e-mail will be sent to the selected approver to approve the request
    10. Once the approver receives the notification, he can log in to the system and approve/reject the request.
    11. Once done, a notification e-mail will be sent to the selected the requestor.
    12. User can print the form by clicking Print Information.
Also, the new application needs to enable the user to add/review/update attachments, keep tracking of histories, add note and to have other CRM features.
Please note that last year we developed many portal applications using Web Dynpro for Java and all applications are working fine. However, our management want us to use CRM system as a solution to migrate this web application to SAP.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello Ali,
    1. do the requester and approver users have Portal and CRM accounts?
    2. What CRM and Portal Version do you use?
    3. Is there any decission made which CRM Frontend you should use: PC-UI, IC Web Client, SAP GUI for Windows, Mobile Sales?

You are going to develop custom sapui5 apps. In that case, you just need to connect Gateway to CRM.
Please look at the Gateway configuration guide.

  • Bring view from BSP application into CRM 7.0?

How to add a custom view from a BSP application in CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0. I tried to use it as a URL ( in transaction launcher ) and gave controller class . It does not work. Am I missing something here?

    Hello CRM_2007,
May you please elaborate on what doesn't work?
Do you see your link created via transaction launcher?
Did you manage to create a link to some URL like "google.com" that is working fine, or every kink that you create doesn't work at all ?
    Kind regards,

  • How to Reuse BSP Application in CRM UI

    Hi All,
I have a custom BSP Application which was used in PCUI as part of search help display. After migration of the system we would like to resuse this BSP application for the search help for the same field. Can anyone let me know what are the steps involved for this?
Objective: Steps involved for how to reuse BSP application in CRM UI.
    Regards,
    Harish P M

    HI Harish,
There is one idea to use transaction lancher.
    1. Check the relevant URL parameters that you need to define. You can find the parameters at the end of the URL.
    2. Define those paramters at IMG -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Define URLs and Parameters
    3. Assign the values of the relevant parameters in the Transaction launcher wizard that can be accessed through IMG -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Transaction Lancher Wizard at the step "Transaction parameters".

I Need to recover my money because i purchase some bad applications

What do you mean by 'bad applications' ?
If they are not working as described then have you tried deleting and redownloading them, and if that doesn't fix it tried contacting the developer ? If you have, and the developer doesn't reply or can't/won't help, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support  : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

  • Creating Custom Mobile Application with CRM

    Hi ,
After reading some staff about the CRM Mobile client solutions , I have not figure it out weather I can create my own mobile applications  using the CRM Mobile Technology .
I know that the mobile clients need CRM Middleware server for synchonization and for access to backend systems, but can I call any rfc on any backend system (for example R3)
for synchronization meaning that my CRM server will be used only as middleware server to access non crm functionality on other backend systems
    Thnaks,
    Oren

What you can do is the following:
data-save on MSA triggers an outbound sbdoc (containing the update objects)
-->this one is sent to CRM by the conntrans
--> the sbdoc is created from the data, stored in the inbound queue, and processed through it's CRM flow (meaning mapping to mbdoc, processing of inbound mbdoc, creation of outbound mbdoc and mapping to outbound sbdoc).
What you can do is use or exit the bdoc flow to trigger whatever other process you want.
    What exactly is the requirement?
    Michael.

  • Custom Application in CRM 5.0 SP13

We have made changes as per note 1017761 to get a custom application working ...
In the attached file I have made a summary of the errors related to
    the "sap.com/home~syn_crm" application.
Overall we have 3 missing references to classes or classes definition
    - we have to check again the project and what jars are added to the
    project.
And one JNDI error, for making a lookup by name: "SAP/CRM/b2b".
All those errors I think are caused by wrong project construction, that is:
wrong references or jar files not added to the project
    wrong project xml configuration files

  • Calling custom BSP application from CRM PCUI

    Hi,
We are using the CRM PCUI for channel partner management. Since PCUI framework has some limitations as to how the data is formatted in the layout such as no multiple value selection ( Being a generic framework using blueprint tables we have to use the predefined layout settings and positions) we want to call a standalone BSP application to maintain some of the data such as marketing attributes. We want to do this by providing a link to the standalone BSP application where the data can be maintained. Since we will be calling this application in the create mode of a new BP, is it possible to integrate the whole application as one logical unit ? I mean we want to commit the marketing attributes within the same 'save' methods of the pcui framework. Is this possible to do ? Any ideas or input is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
we've already done a rework of the marketing attributes screen by using the technique I've described in my Weblog <a href="/people/gregor.wolf3/blog/2005/05/27/use-crm-pcui-html-viewer-to-call-a-custom-url">Use CRM PCUI HTML viewer to call a custom URL</a>. But it has one drawback: You can't use the Save button of the PC-UI applicaiton. You have to provide your own. But the usability enhanchement is rearly great.

    Gregor
