I cannot log in to my Bank of America account. The website says that my cookies are disabled but they are enabled. What is the problem?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! This is a common alert message when your Apple ID has not yet been configured for use with the iTunes Store. To configure it, you should have the option to “Review” - at which time you can add a payment method to your account. For more information, check out this resource:

When I click on the shortcut for the program it does not load. When I attempted to fix the problem, everything tells me that firefox is currently open when in fact (as far as I can tell) it is not.

That file could be set as a Launch Agent or Daemon in your ~/Library or /Library, You could try to look for it or Safeboot your computer and then empty the trash. My ipod recently stopped syncing all of my games. The message says that itunes cant find them when they are where they always were. Can anyone help me with this issue? I have tried uninstalling everything and then reinstalling and nothing works. Three of my fourteen games will not sync, and they are the ones that I play the most.

Try rebooting your computer to see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, use the Get Info window for these games to determine where they should be located on your PC. Then navigate out to that location to see if they are actually still there. -

I downloaded Mavericks but can't get past the install; it thinks my hard drive is reserved for Time Machine. I have an external hard drive but dis-connected that before download.
I have Time Machine turned off.Check to see if you have a file name Backups.backupdb on the disk drive.
If the installer sees such a file it assumes that the disk drive is being used by Time Machine.

What encryption are you using on the router?
If WEP you have to set the router to use the first key and you have to enter the first key as the password on the iPod. See:

I'm experiencing a new problem with the iPad mini I only bought yesterday.
Everything is set up, verified etc but on Safari it will not let me log into some websites e.g. Missguided. Speaking to their customer serviced their website is totally fine so must be something wrong with my Ipad?

Go to icloud.com from your computer and sign into your account. Any iCloud data you see there will sync to your new phone when you sign into your account.
