  • More than one sales area at 1 catalog

    Hi SDN,
We have ecommerce 7.0 for SAP R/3.
    We have 1 product catalog at the SAP-system. This product catalog contains articles out of 6 different sales areas. In my case 7000 / 90 / 90, 7000 / 90 / 91,  7000 / 90 / 92, 7000 / 90 / 93,  7000 / 90 / 94, 7000 / 90 / 95. This product catalog couln't be changed because we have an import program for this and wouln't change that. There is no possibility to make 6 catalogs. It must be this one.
The customers for this shop will have different sales areas:
    7000 / 90 / 90, 7000 / 90 / 91,  7000 / 90 / 92, 7000 / 90 / 93,  7000 / 90 / 94, 7000 / 90 / 95
Each customer will have only one of this sales areas. Never 2 or more.
My problem is, the SAP-Catalog only supports one sales area (Trx WWM1). If i set the sales area of the catalog to 7000 / 90 / 90, then only customers with sales area 7000 / 90 / 90 can login to the eshop. If a customer has the sales area 7000 / 90 / 91 he couldn't login to the eshop.
I've already tryed to set the catalog sales area to an overall area 7000 / 99 / 99. But this worked not. If i set this, the customer needs that overall sales area too. The shop do not support overall sales areas.
How can i solv this problem? Can you help me please?
Is there some customizing for the SAP-catalog possible to support more than one sales area?
Or some customizing possible at the eshop?
IMPORTANT: We don't have CRM. We have a SAP R/3 (ECC6.0). Please do not give answers for CRM solutions.
    Thanks and best regards,
    Toni

    Hi Tony,
If it is R/3 backend you are creating your catalog on WWM1. Try to assign a a Cross Division "00" to the catalog and add products from different Sales Areas.
Do not forget to modify the Sales Area in the ShopAdmin > Transactions.
    Kind Regards,
    Felix.

  • More than one Invoice based on one sales

    Hi,
We have following case which is not implemented in B1:
    for example:
A customer of our cusotmer ist placing a sales order.
The order has an amount of 10.000 EUR.
The commitment between our customer and his customer is, that 40%
should have been paid when placing the order. Other 40%have to be paid
after delivery and the rest, 20%, have been paid after everything is
fine. (There'll be other terms like to split the amount in 3 or 4
    invoices etc...)
The payment term is 30 day after invoice.
That means, on the same day, the order is placed, a invoice has to be
    written about 4.000 EUR
When the delivery has made, there should be written an invoice about
    4.000 EUR.
After all is finished, the rest of 2.000 EUR have to be invoiced.
Sure, it could be made with down-paymentfrom B1.
But it can be, that the seccond invoice has been written inside the
first payment term an the first invoice hasn't been balanced.
If it is so, in the seccond invoice, he can't use the down payment to
subtract the first invoice from the seccond an so on.
Our customer wants to see all "Part-invoices" in the following invoice.
In the closing invoice, ther should be seen all "part-invoices".

    Hi...
I've written down my suggestions here because the support can't help me farther.
The B1 Support told me that here are members of the Solution Management team in the Forum (View SAP Support Number 1028874 - Missing Functionality / Product Development Collaboration). But - none of my "wishes" have been answered.
    Whats wrong here?
A simple thing like "Will come in the next Patch" or "Is not manageable" will be enough for me.
It's essential for our customers to get these functions or know when it will be implemented!
    Thanks!

For this scenarion, you will need a combination of Authorization procedures and Alerts and tie everything together.
Also, we need to consider that the product adapts beast practices and can be configured to do certain things differently but changing the base functionality would not be possible which is more in the lines of what your business process might need.

  • Two sales areas in one shop??

    Hi experts!!
I am trying to configure B2B application..
    My questions are the following:
Since product catalog is assigned to one sales area, and one product catalog is assigned to one shop and one shop is assigned to one customer configuration.
How can we have two sales areas in one B2B application????
    Thank you in advance!!!!

    Hi
    1. Sales Area is controlled by the CATALOG VARIANT within the product catalog.
    2. Create one more catalog variant within the same product catalog and assign the other sales area to that catalog variant.
    3. While logging you will get the catalog variant selection screen from their you can select the required catalog variant (applicable for the respective sales area) and enter the webshop
    Hope this will be helpful.

  • One Customer two Sales area

    Dear Gurus,
my client is uploading file through BDC to create sales order.
In that Zprogram one sales area hard coded but some of the customer have two sales areas
including the hard coded one also means two customer records.
now customer who is having 2 sales areas are not creating the sales order
how can i rectify this to get the sales order for the two sales area customer
    regards,
    satya

    Dear satya ,
The solution is as mentioned by Ramki and Anupa.
If there are 2 sales areas for a customer, system will not  by default chose the sales area, but asks the user to select it.
Since its BDC, that selection option will be most probably bypassed and since there is no input, program will exit.
Hence you may mention the sales area also in the input file.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Can we have 2 credit control area for one sales organisation

    hi,
    sap gurus,
    good afternoon,
can we have 2 credit control area for one sales organisation.
plz explain the impact from taking fi and sd into consideration.
    regards,
    balaji.t
    09990019711

    Dear Balaji,
We can't assign credit control area to the sales organisation
Sales area will be assigned to the Credit control area
Only one credit control area will be assigned to each sales area.
More then one credit control area will not be assigned to single sales area.
But one Credit control area we can assign to more than one sales areas.
I hope it will help you,

  • Authorization on BP based on Sales Area Data

    Hi,
We want to control the authorization on a BP based on its Sales Area data attached to it.
I have done following steps for this:
    1. create a new authorization object in su21. Class = AAAB, fields  = ACTVT, SALES_ORG
    2. regenerate SAP_ALL
    3. Assign authorization object to BP Transaction (SU22 and SU24), with attribute = check/maintain.
    4. Create a new profile in PFCG, and assign this to a user.
But this is not working, as the user is still able to see those BP's to whom a different sales area is assigned as mentioned in user profile.
I did run a trace with ST01 and it shows that this authorization object is never checked during transaction call.
    Could somebody please help.
    Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hi Saurabh
When you create your own Authorization object, it needs to be added to the CRM object through Authority –Check statement call at relevant place..
Class CL_BUPA_USER is used to determine the relationship/authorities for a user on a BUPA Object. Add modifications as described.
Change the method “can_display_partner” of class “CL_BUPA_USER”.
Added statement “Authority-Check” at the end.
    Hope it works out.

  • Error while posting Customer with Multiple sales areas using DEBMAS05.

    Dear experts,
We are generating IDOCS vis SAP DS for posting Customer master. The message type used is DEBMAS and basic type is DEBMAS05.  we have a requirement to create 1 customer with multiple sales areas. However, we are ending up with a strange error:  "Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1". Despite the IDOC going into status 51, the customer gets created and the 1st sales area too. the 2nd sales area however is not created!  The IDOC data definitely contains Name1, otherwise the customer would not have been created in the first place.
As the error message is related to the Address data, I also explored upon exploring this erorr further on the lines of Central Address management where in the ADRMAS and DEBMAS have to be passed together(IDOC Serialiization).  OSS Note (384462)  provides further details about this. One Important point from the note is:
"As you have to specify the logical name of the sending system among other things, SAP is not able to make any default settings in the standard systems. When you use the serialization groups delivered as a standard by SAP, the address objects are imported before the master objects. Thus the sequence address data before master objects must only be adhered to if one of the following points applies to your application:
Such fields are set as required entry fields that are only provided by the BAS in the Customizing of the customer or vendor master.
For your customers, contact persons exist to which a private address or a different business address is assigned.".
This is not the case in our situation, as we do not have required entry fields in customizing that are only provided by the BAS, so the error is all the more confusing and I am not too sure what the cause is.
If someone have experienced the same issue before and have found a solution to it, kindly help out.

I have found the cause and solution to this problem.
This error ”Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1” and other similar errors like “Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-SORT1“ which occurrs during the IDOC posting when there are more than one sales area or company code occurs when the customer number range is set up for Internal numbering. This means, that the number gets generated only at the time of save and upon debugging the IDOC, we found out that after creating the customer and the first sales area/company code record, the segment E1KNA1M is cleared completely! This is the reason, it throws an error which points to a mandatory KNA1 field as missing. (Like NAME1, SORT1 etc.)
This was resolved by splitting the IDOC into 2.
The solution is to First post only the KNA1 segment and create the customer.
In the second step, pass the IDOC with all other segments along with E1KNA1M, but pass only KUNNR in E1KNA1M and the rest of the fields in E1KNA1M as “/”:  you would have got the KUNNR after the first step.
Important note: This requirement to split the IDOCs does not occur when the customer number is known upfront. (Meaning cases where the customer number is externally generated) I also tested this and created a customer with external numbering and I was able to post more than 1 sales area with the same IDOC.
I noticed multiple threads with the same issue, but none of it had a concrete answer. I hope this information will be useful for anyone facing similar problems.
    Cheers
    Venkat

  • Need to Create Customer Master Data under Multiple Sales Areas

    Hi Gurus,
My requirement is to create a customer under multiple sales areas by processing the Inbound Idoc function module "IDOC_INPUT_DEBITOR"( After generating Outbound Idoc and outbound is processed successfully).
But, when I am trying to send the multiple sales areas information in segment "E1KNVVM". It is creating the customer under first sales area filled in first E1KNVVM segment and it is giving error that "Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1" and it is not creating the customer under other sales areas.
Following are the details of the Outbound Idoc which I have processed.
            Idoc Basic type : DEBMAS06
            Message          : DEBMAS
I have filled required fields in E1KNA1M and E1KNVVM segments. But filled E1KNVVM segments  twice with different sales area data.
Please help in solving this problem?

is it really just one IDOC?
I have never seen that SAP just does a part of one IDOC.
the structure of DEBMAS ist like this:
    E1KNA1M
    --E1KNVVM
    E1KNVPM
    E1KNVDM
    E1KNVIM
    --E1KNB1M
which means for your example it should be like this
    E1KNA1M
    --E1KNVVM
    E1KNVPM
    E1KNVDM
    E1KNVIM
    --E1KNVVM
    E1KNVPM
    E1KNVDM
    E1KNVIM
    --E1KNB1M
and in this case I am very certain that it would never just process and create the part for one sales area.
Maybe your customer already exists from ealier tests with just one sales area.
Display your IDOC in WE02 or WE05 and make sure you have a value in name1 field

  • Material Costing per sales area level

    Hi,
We have requirement where we aer shiping the one material from two different sales areas.  we want to cost a material based on the sales area because the actual cost we are shipping to customer will be different between these sales areas.  Is it possible in SAP?
    ~Thanks!
    Rajesh

    Hi,
There is no sales area based costing. you need to get the cost for each of the orign seperately.  You need to quote your price keeping this in mind.

  • DSD route settlement with multiple sales are

    Hi folks,
I have looked in this forum for an answer for my problem but haven't found any, so i am creating this new thread.
Well i am trying to settle a shipment in /DSD/DE_ENTRY transaction with multiple sales area in it, example:
    Visit 1 - Sales Org(D002) Distribution channel(GN) Division(GA)
    Visit 2 - Sales Org(D002) Distribution channel(GN) Division(GB)
    Visit 3 - Sales Org(D017) Distribution channel(17) Division(D1)
The problem i get is that when i settle the shipment he mixes up the sales area in the visits, so far, allways in visit 3 where he puts up D002, 17, D1, giving the error of non existent sales area when trying to create the order(he doesn't mix up for all orders, only for some ones in the visit).
Another strange fact is that i made 3 shipments with same data, and in all 3, he mixed up for different documents, in 1 he created 2 documents fine, in other one only 1, making me believe that he "randomly" atributes the sales area.
What i need is to "manipulate" or have a solution for standard doesn't mix up the sales area, and atribute the correct sales area to the orders to create based on the sales are in the visit.
    Best Regards.

Thanks for the link, it's more or less the functionality that I'm looking for but the issue with BW is that I need to do the Settlement at the moment that routes are arriving "on line" and with BW I need wait the load to BW system. A lot of routes are arriving frequently.
¿Do you know a R3 functionality for this? or ¿do you know a "Shipments settlement" who has all Shipments of the route? in order to use same transaction that is by transport.
    Thank's a lot

  • Restricting the order type to sales area!!!

    Hi All,
    I want some clarification!!!!
    Scenario:
    (1)We have two sales areas
    1000,10,00 and 1000,20,00.
(2)We have two order types zor and zare both have same Document priicng procedure 'A"
(3)Now the client wants to restrict the order typr zor to one sales area 1000,10,00.The system should not allow to raise an order with 1000,20,00 with combination of ZOR and A.
(4)As the client has raised a number of orders with 1000,10,00 with the combination of ZOR.now if we change the document pp of zor to X .will it effect any other documents.
    Regards,
    RK

    T.Code: SPRO
IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Sales --> Sales Document Type --> Assign Sales Area to Sales Document Type.
Here, based on Sales Area, it is possible to restrict the Sales Order Type. This will take care of point number (3).
(4)As the client has raised a number of orders with 1000,10,00 with the combination of ZOR.now if we change the document pp of zor to X .will it effect any other documents.
This will depend on copy control settings.

  • Sales Area change in SD

    Good Morning Everybody!
i have an issue, maybe you guys can help me:
I need to know if there is a way  to migrate every order from one Sales Area, to another one without cutting off the system
i have been working on a Z solution, but some people, tell me, there is an standard functionality to do this in SD
Thanks in advance for your prompt response
    Regards

    Hi,
There is no standard SAP functionality available for this (You cannot change the sales area of existing sales orders)
You have to do it in this way.
First ask your ABAP person to give a program to download those sales orders based on your requirement. He has to do it in such a way to download all relevant header data as well as item data.
Then in the excel sheet, change the old Sales area to new sales area.
Now again you have to ask ABAP person to give a program to upload those excel sheets. (BDC record can be used for this)
Then you can upload those sheets again with the new sales area as new Sales orders in the system. This will be a new document number in the system.
In order to avoid wrong demand appear for old sales org. make sure you complete those sales order line items. Use a rejection reason to this purpose.
Please note, this is a cut over process, where as you have to block all users during this process to avoid any other issues.
    Best regards,
    Anupa

  • Extending BP Sales Area data with EEWB

    Hello Group,
we plan to add a new field to the Business Partner's sales area data (PCUI). A business partner could have more than one sales area, so also more than one time the new field.
Would I be able to achieve this with the EEWB?
I have never worked with the EEWB but just read, that using it you can add new fields to the central table BUT000 of business partner.
Is it possible to add a field to the sales area, i.e. depending on the sales areas of the customer?
    Thanks for help,
    Erik
Message was edited by: Erik Mueller

    Hi Erik,
Using EEWB you can only enhance the BUT000 table and add the fields. With EEWB it is not possible to enhance the sales area data.
In order to do this take the refrence of the SAP oss note 513313. With this they enabled the exchange of the field sales office & sales group.
Also provide me your mail id, I will send you the MW enhancement guide which will help you to do that.
<b>Allot points if my post helps!!</b>
