  • Reg:terrapin.tuxedo.TuxError: TPENOENT - no entry found : TPED_TERM - Termi

    whil calling tuxedo API AccountLocateFindByServiceId , we are getting the below .
    some times it is succesful but some times the error is coming.
    terrapin.tuxedo.TuxError: TPENOENT - no entry found : TPED_TERM - Terminated from the application
    request is getting called from a external application.
    can any one let me know when this error will come

    Hi,
    There is no Tuxedo API called AccountLocateFindByServiceId. I'm guessing this is a Tuxedo service, although without more details it is impossible to tell. The Tuxedo error TPENOENT means that Tuxedo could not find a server offering (advertising) the requested service. This could be caused because the server or servers that provide the requested service have crashed or been shutdown. It could be caused by memory corruption, or a whole bunch of other things.
    If indeed AccountLocateFindByServiceId is a Tuxedo service, when you get this message, you could try using the tmadmin psc command to see if in fact the service is advertised by some server or not.

  • Bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session

    Good day to all!
    I know that this is common problem, but if you kindly point me in the right direction, that would be more appreciated. I am currently running PT8.50 HRMS 9.1 DMO on Windows 7. The PIA is giving this error:
    CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session
    When logging in, I get that the app server is down. I am in familiar with why I see app server is down. I also believe that I understand why I am getting the above error. During installation, I put my own password for PTWEBSERVER as oppose to the default. I thought I updated the password with the default, but doesn't seem to work.
    I also understand to check the appserver logs, but I am not familiar where it is located, so if 'I could get the location of these logs, I will post the log and that would confirm if it is a password issue, or not.
    And if I need to uninstall and reinstall PIA, please tell me what I should do there. Thank you and Be Blessed

    Thank you for that helpful tip. I misunderstood Bob's post then. I though the updating was only if the acct was locked (which it wasn't because I checked). In any rate, I did rerun the script and the script was successful. Just to be sure, I logged into datamover via bootstrap mode and just typed in exactly the command that was given. I didn't miss anything I am assuming correct?
    I am still getting the same error message, even after updating the password. Here is the log, maybe this will help. Be Blessed

    I have another Tuxedo9.1 in which the bankapp was configured (by somebody years back) and i was able to run the withdrawal, inquiry services with the same client. not sure why its not working with TOUPPER service.
    The simple C client (simpcl) works fine.
    Please Advise.

  • 关于在Tuxedo中使用长连接造成"TPENOENT - no entry found"异常的问题

    服务器上有一个名称为A的服务,
    客户端使用tpinit建立连接后,调用服务A,成功;
    客户端不断开连接;
    服务器重启服务A;
    客户端使用已经建立的连接继续调用服务A,服务器返回"TPENOENT - no entry found".
    请告知问题的原意和解决办法,谢谢!

    First, when the server is not restarted, sure you will get a TPENOENT error code. If the server is restarted and the client still get this error, although it unlikely happens since it is a basic feature in Tuxedo to keep service transparent, you can open a SR with oracle or even escalate to a bug fix if it is.

  • Got 'bea.jolt.ServiceException: Data conversion failed; check log file'

    Got CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Data conversion failed; check log file
    when started PIA and login screen appeared.

    What version of PeopleTools are you using?  Have you looked at E-AS: Error "Cannot find or open field table. Maybe FIELDTBLS32 is not set properly" (Doc ID 660607.1) yet?

  • Bea.jolt.ServiceException: Data conversion failed

    Having problem with this error on Linux 6.2, Tuxedo 7.1, and JOLT 1.2.1
    connecting
    to SCO 5 and Tuxedo 6.5. The error in the ULOG is JSH.30085.1024.-2:
    Can't map Jolt field id 167772175 to name
    I read previous posts on problems with 7.1 connecting to 6.5. We have a
    successful domains connection.
    But, I think the problem is on the JOLT/Linux side. We received /
    applied a patch that was supposed to correct this problem to no avail.
    Any ideas are appreciated.

    This problem could be due to a number of things :-
    1- The definition for your service in the repository does not have all the fields
    defined that the service can return.
    2- The length of the fieldname is greater than 28 characters
    I believe there is now a jolt patch to get over this problem
    3- Your service is defined at OUTBUF=FML32 when it is not a 32bit service or visa
    versa
    4- The fields file pointed to by FIELDTBLDIR and FIELDTBLS does not contain the
    correct values for the field
    I hope this helps

  • Error message while running the payroll-no entry found in table t54c1

    Hi All,
    Im getting this error-error message while running the payroll-no entry found in table t54c1.What is the reason for this error?
    How doi solve it?

    Hello
    From the description of your problem above, your cumulation calender has not been generated for that month.
    Please take necessary action to ensure that calendar type is assigned to pay period in payroll area, by maintaining the payroll period which is represented by Date modifier and period modifier in view maintainance for table T54C1.
    Entries for this table are generated with the program RPUCTP10. (You should not have to create manual entries in this table.)
    Thanks and Kind Regards

  • No table entries found for specified key

    Hi All,
    I have developed a program to upload data from flat file with the help of GUI UPLOAD. It is succesfully updating data in my Z-table.
    Whenever I tried to view the content of table for specific field, message shows No table entries found for specified key. However if I add * as a suffix, it shows the data & when I directly Execute table it also displays the data.
    I have also cross checked the spaces before or after the specific content, no space found.

  • Select the filter value display "No Entries Found"

    Hi All,
    I have a problem with the bex query. Query is built on a multiprovider.
    I am using restricted key figure with constant selection checked for the characteristic that is available only in one cube.
    Because of this when I right click and select Filter values on the free characteristics from the report, I get “(No Entries Found)”
    If I remove constant selection from the key figure, report works fine.
    Can someone help with a solution;
    Thanks,
    Biju

    Assuming your data is coming from only one cube...
    Drag 0INFOPROV in your Filter and restrict it with your your Cube
    You can find 0INFOPROV in Dimensions under Data package
    Hope this helps.
