Best CDR Analysis reports for...

I've been asked by a customer to perform a detailed call flow analysys of their Cluster to prove the requirement for voicemail.
What would be the best reports to run to attain this info?
I think alot of calls go to Hunt groups if not answered on the DDI line. And what is the call termination for unanswered calls?

    Hi,
    Analysis report for standard cost
    Using variant Z003 in CK11N.
    Planned cost 3 is the output used for planning and this is adjusted by making changes to the BOM throughout the process
    In CK33 you compare the 2011 cost for the product with the proposed cost for the next year.  For some parts it works and for others it splits the lines,  though the calculation is still correct.

    We are not able to get the data in Application Failure Analysis report from Appadvisor for a particular application(say ABC) alone, whereas it works fine for different application. Also,we could get the data from other reports(such

    Hi,
    Is there any error message when you run Application Failure Analysis report for the specific application?
    Does this application have any failure alerts?
    You may also look into operation manager even logs to check is there any errors or warnings.

  • Age Analysis report for asset

    Hi All,
    I have to create a Age analysis report for FI documents
    which have line items with posting key 75 & 70 (Asset)
    Given logic is
    1 Selection screen has parameters  - Company code, Key date
    2 Need to take all line items with posting key 70 & 75
    (BSEG-BSCHL = 70 or 75)
    Layout of report is
    Asset no       0-30 31-60      61-90      91-120 . 151-360  (days)
    80000003     2000.00    3000.00    1000.00   4000.00    7000.0
    80000006     1000.00    5000.00     300.00    5000.00    4000.0
    Local curency amount should be categorised under the days
    diferences between key date (selection screen) & posting date
    of the accounting document.
    My problem is,
    Posting date of the document is not in the BSEG table. It is
    in the BKPF table.Therefore I have to extract all FI documents(Not only documents with posting key 75 or 70)  within  360 days from Key date in BKPF the table.
    I cannot join BSEG & BKPF. Because,  BSEG table is a cluster table.
    Can you please tell me the way how can i extract the data for this report with out any performance issues.

    Great idea, but I dont think it is going to work.
    The 1st problem should be, how do you work out the key date... You will need some good code for that.
    Have a look at the customer aged debt reports for some help.
    After that, if you just want asset documents, do they have their own unique document type, if so, you could use the doc type from BKPF to reduce the number you want to select in BSEG.
    Have you looked at any of the standard Asset dep reports, perhaps there is something there you could use.

    There are couple of  Standard Report for Customer Open Items.
    RFDOPO00 - List of Customer Open Items.
    RFDSLD00 -  Cutomer Balances
    Also there is another standard report....
    Run the Tcode 'S_ALR_87012178", that is "Customer open Item analysis by Balance of Over dues".
    Copy the Report and make necessary changes.
    Modification is always required to get a "good looking" aging report, there is no standard.

    This CP is XML Pubsliher Implemented.
    Check whether your column / information is already available in output xml (Diagnostics button -> View XML).
    If yes, change the rtf to include your column also.
    If not, you need to copy the Data Definition and rtf and do the required changes and even the concurrent program and have custom report for Account Analysis.

    I am currently having an issue with Batch numbers and sales analysis report item wise. If the goods are delivered it does not show the quantity in the report. is there a way to make the quantites show. Open delivery notes show the quantity in the report. Could the reason be that once the delivery note is closed the quantity does not show in the report.????

    If I understood correctly, you are saying that there is no issue in adding the document with the batch but it is not shown in the Sales Analysis report?
    The Sales Analysis report does not show information regarding the quantity because it focuses on the value of the document.
    In order to have an overview on the trasactions related to the batches please use the Batch Number Transaction Report under Inventory - Inventory report.

    we have users that have regular day-today authorization and also FF authorization.
    Does the Batch Risk Analysis takes into account both authorizations when doing the risk analysis for those users ? will we see it in the reports ?

    ok, so basically the answer is no, in the RAR components we do not have risk analysis for the combinations of the roles assigned to the user and to his FF ID.
    in that case, at what stage does the system checks for those combined risks ?
    is it checked when we manage the risk analysis phase in the CUP request that is asking to assign the FF ID to the user ?

    We are running SAP Retail solution ,and we use generic articles for the management of cloth and shoes articles.
    So far ,we didn't find any standard t-code in sap GUI for the slaes analysis of generic articles base on their characteristics ,for example ,we use color and size to form the characteristic profile and assign it to some generic articles ,after a period of sales ,we want to analysis which size is more  favarable as to the same color or to the contrary.
    Except for BW , Is there some info-structure or t-code in GUI for this analysis ?

    Create your own report formats using SQVI
    T CODE SQVI
    Table Join
    Add Tables and system will show the join automatic in case if u know u can also change.
    Now You select which fields to be in the selection screen and select fields to be listed inside the report.

    The note 505134 tells about checking the consistency of confirmations for networks, maintenance orders or service orders.
    But in my installation (SAP_APPL  Release 605, level 6) I cannot see this tool.
    It is a transaction ? Or must I use SE38 or SA38 ?
    Anyway the system says me
    Transaction ZCATS_CONF does not exist
    Or
    Program ZCATS_CONF does not exist
    Where do I am wrong?

    Hi,
    ZCATS_CONF is a program (report) so can be run from SE38. However it must first be added to the system from the note.
    As the note is not yet marked valid for 605, you will need to copy it manually from the note.

    I haven't investigated any freeware programs that do this, but be sure any application you investigate does NOT install anything on your CUCM servers. If you change your mind on considering a purchased solution, I really like the Avotus call accounting application and have personal experience with its predecessor, MDR SwitchView with CallManager.  This is one of those products that exemplify "you get what you pay for".  Since I'm throwing my opinion in here, you may also want to consider an application that captures your CUCM CMR traffic data.  It can be very useful to gather statistics on:
    Quality of Service (QoS) metrics – per individual call
    Jitter value for specified endpoints
    Latency value for specified endpoints
    Number of packets sent, received and lost
