Billed $20 more than promo rate

When I got Comcast service in January, I signed up for a bundle with a promotional rate of $34.99 (minus $5.00 Ecobill sign up; original package price was $39.99).  When the bill arrived, I was charged significantly more (~$20-$30 more) than what I was originally quoted (by the customer service reps and the website)!  After several calls and several hours on the phone with Comcast's customer service reps, one of the reps finally got the charges right.  I was given a monthly credit of $20 to bring the price of my package down to what I was originally quoted.  I was assured that this credit would be valid for 12 months (that is, the length of the promotional period). Fast forward to July.  I'm now being sent a bill for over $60 for the same package! It has only been 6 months since I signed up for Comcast.  One week ago, I called Customer Service who told me that they would apply the credit again and ensure that it carried forward to the next 6 months (as it originally should have).  As of this evening, there has been no credit and no response! Comcast - where is your customer service?  Why are you so inconsistent in what you advertise and what you provide?

  • Cannot  do RR Billing when more than 1 Sales Order items is assigned to WBS

    I am trying to carry out resources related billing.  Several items on the sales order are for a single WBS so I have assigned these items in the sales order to a single WBS.  When I try to bill, I get the error about having several sales items tied to the same billing wbs.  How can I bill with several items assigned to a single WBS?
    Error message "There is more than one sales order or contract item for WBS element BOG0020"

    Dear Dominik
    As you would be aware you can club multiple deliveries into one invoice, if the following are same in all preceding documents.
    -  Payer
    -  Inco terms
    -  Payment term
    -  Actual GI Date
    -  Exchange rate in case of export order
    If all the above are same but still you want an invoice split, then you have to take the help of ABAPer and include a logic as per your requirement.
    Of course, invoice split is also based on copy control you maintain in VTFL.

  • Tax code with more than one tax rate

    Hi,
    I am using TAXINN procedure and I created on tax codes with more than one rate. i.e. for service tax I created  a tax code S1 with 3 rates as follows
    Acc. Key    Tax %      condition type
    VS9            12             JSE4
    VS0              2             JES4
    VSS              1             JHS4
    When I am trying to post a document with the above tax code the system is giving the following error message
    Tax code S1 may only contain one assignment line
    Message no. FF731
    Diagnosis
    For direct postings to tax accounts, only tax codes containing exactly one tax line may be used. Tax codes with several rates or a nondeductible portion are not allowed here.
    Procedure
    Use a different tax code.
    For direct postings to a tax account, you might have to define a separate tax code for which only one line with a percentage rate other than zero is active in percentage rate maintenance. All other lines must be inactive.
    To do this, choose Maintain entries (F5).
    Could you please let me know how to rectify this problem? I want to post 3 line items for each of base rate, Edu. Cess and Higher Edu.cess.

    in WHT we can define one WHT formula & we wl assign this to our country .... it means we are attaching this defined policy to customer or vendor.... ok... now i need TDS at 2 rates... say for customers i need to define 5% TDS and for vendors i want to define at 4%.... how can i do this ??? is it possible to define TDS , Educess and others at more than 1 rate...

    Withholding tax is as per legal and statutory provisions.
    Each service is levied at a definite rate of tax(TDS) provided by the Income tax Act.
    You can create as many TDS rates(rates prescribed by Act) as you want in the system and assign them to the master records of Business partners.

    Yes! I am dealing with the same thing. I called, received a ticket number, and have not heard back or received a credit/adjustment. I had a 12 month promotional good until November 2015. So after seeing this forum, I could guess there may be a glitch in Comcast's system.

    I'm having the same problem!  I signed up for a specific "promo" rate online and I never received the correct bill.  After several phone calls to Comcast (more than 8), a rep finally told me they would give me a $20 monthly credit to make my bill reflect the correct price (he couldn't actually give me the promo price).  I took the credit so that I would pay what I was originally promised.  This was in January.  When I looked at my bill this month, Comcast has removed my $20 credit!  I've called several times and was told this credit would be reapplied to my account.  So far, nothing!  I have been working on this for over a week. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

    I have a different perspective there.
    If an item is applicable for two different taxes which are represented by two different tax condition types and these tax conditions are configured in the tax procedure, FTXP and so on....then these two condition records can have two different tax codes.
    We actually have this scenario in EU now, where EU talks about service tax in 2010 apart from the normal VAT. So now we have MWST and ZWST(Say)
    Now there are some materials which come with a service associated with it. So a service charge is also levied when the material is sold. So the material price will become applicable for VAT and the service charge becomes applicable for service tax. In this case, the tax classification of the customer will have two entries in sales orders updated in the fields VBAK-TAXK1 and VBAK-TAXK2 based on the sequence number of these condition types.
    Now based on different tax classification of the customer, we have 2 different tax codes representing different %of tax.

    i am trying to rasie an return order with ref to billing doc and copying the quantity.
    Though the qty is getting copied from ref doc,i am able to increase the qty more than billed.
    the system is through an waring msg ,but allowing me raise the return order with greater qty.
    Same is with subsequent delivery free of charge too,i am able to raise order with this doc type w.r.f to return order and giving greater qty than ref doc.
    it is allowing me to go ahead the finish the sales cycle.
    Can any one guide me how to restirct the system from taking qty if it greater than the qty from the ref doc?
    how and the path in spro please.

    If so kindly attempt the following:-
    using transaction OVAH kindly locate the message and change its settings from W (warning) to E (error).
    Kindly simulate the transaction, expecting it to fail.
    In case of disappointments, kindly explore a setting the user exit MV45AFZZ disabling saving of the document in case the quantity exceeds reference document quantity.

    Exchange rate difference account is showing more than invoice or advance amount  (USD V/S INR)
    1)  we have done down payment of customer.  (USD V/S INR  RS. 40/- PER DOLLAR)
    2)  Invoice posting also done  (RS. 42/-)
    3)  At the time of Invoice against down payment clearing  (RS. 43/-)
         At the time of clearing exchange rate difference account is generated automatically (back ground calculated).
         But exchange rate differemce account is displaying amount is more value.  This value is more than invoice and advance value.
         But question is how this much of value is getting in exchange rate difference account.
         Please suggest possible ways to get that.

    I want to know whether we can use more than 3 decimals in quantities in Bill of Material. I heard that it was an issue in SAP but is that issue still exist in ECC 6.0.

    During maintaing the unit of measure in T-code CUNI we can define No. of decimal places to which rounding should be performed which specifies the number of decimal places to which this measurement unit should be rounded.
    System will not allow more than 3 decimal places in satandard SAP.
    You can use a larger base quantity of 100 or 1000 in the BOM header (instead of 1).
    That would eliviate your issue with the 3 decimal places in the component quantity.
    SAP always takes the base quantity into account during requirements calculation.

  • Single invoice for more than 1000 Billing items

    We have below requirement:
    We are doing RRB (Resource Related billing). We create thousands of Debit memo request for the customer. Each Debit memo has atleast 9 items. that means  in total we have 9000 items to bill in single invoice. We know that there are SAP limitations of 999 items in Invoice (billing doc type ZF1 ).
    Is there any workaround that i still print all the line items in Single invoice. without disturbing below:
    1. FICO Posting
    2. Invoice Corrections/Cancellation/reversals
    3. Reporting.

    yes it is possible , as per the Note 36363,
    You need to insert the field PAOBJNR in the table TTYPV.
    Pls Ask your ABAPER to it then you need to test it by using more than 999 line Item in the Order .
