Biztalk server Database tables whether contains the incoming filename.

Hi,
I have a requirement to log these informations EDI 834 filename and Duplicate filename with three conditions like wrong Duplicate control number,Sender/Receiver ID mismatch,Wrong ISA and IEA control number.
Whether these below default DBS will log the File proceesing with its information like above. If so i need to know which DB table it has the information like FileName,Duplicate filename,Error in 832 format files like said above.

  • Hi friends, I have a doubt in inserting a field to database table and inserting the same values in two different tables

    I have a mpp screen for a cd library management system (we are practicing on it).
    We have a main screen where a user should enter the enteries and while clicking a add button it should be inserted in a table, Here the problem rises the table name are ztransaction and zstatus.The fields in mpp are cdid,customerid,transaction id,date of issue and duedate.Now after entering all the values on clicking add button it should be inserted to database table ztransaction and the field cdid alone should be inserted both in ztransaction and zstatus.

    If you basically want to find out if anyone changed the cost element, you need to use transaction KA05 and enter the cost element and controlling area.
    This would actually bring you whatever field was changed and on double clicking give you the actual change and the date on which the change was made.
    Problem is this change date is actually the creation date of a change document which is in the table CDHDR.Its not like the change date is on any master tables.

    If I understand your question correctly, you wish to know the GRC 5.3 RAR tables that contains the authorization information and want to connect a legacy system.
    If you check the /VIRSA/* tables, you can find all the GRC related tables.
    However, if you are trying to perform an offline risk analysis, refer the below Article:

  • Getting Output filename and extension same as the incoming filename and extension

    I need to create a SFTP send port where I should get the output file name and extension same as that of the incoming filename
    I had set the filename in the send port as "%SourceFileName%" but this did not work.
    I have also assigned the input filename (without extension) in a variable in orchestartion. Is there any way i could get the output filename and extension same as that of the incoming message?

    The %SourceFileName% macro maps to the context property BTS.ReceiveFileName that travels with your message in the context. So in order for this macro to work in a send port the message that is going out needs to have this BTS.ReceiveFileName property on
    the context. You probably creating a new message in your orchestration and sending that out. The new message does not have the property on its context which makes it fail. Use a message assignment shape in your orchestration to set the context property for
    the message going out:
    MyMessage(BTS.ReceiveFileName) = OrigMessage(BTS.ReceiveFileName);
    Then %SourceFileName% macro will work at send port.

    For both cases, the filename can be found on the FILE.ReceivedFileName Context Property.  You can access this Property in a Pipeline Component or Orchestration and take any action you want, such as apply to a database.
    The value is accessed by: MyReceivedMessage(FILE.ReceivedFileName)
    In the case of a duplicate EDI Interchange, you would use the Failed Message Routing feature to capture the error message with either an Orchestration or Send Port.

    Per my understanding ,
    -> you are trasforming incoming message to outbound message(for database).
    -> One of the elements in oubound message is (let's say) FileName and is inserted into database.
    -> And, you want to map incoming file name in outbound message field(FileName).
    There could be any below resolutions:
    Option1 : In orchestration, if inbound message is MsgIn and outbound message is MsgOut and destination schema element FileName is made as distinguished field then write below in construct message and message assignment shape.
    MsgOut1=MsgOut;
    MsgOut1(*)=MsgOut(*);
    MsgOut1.FileName = MsgIn(BTS.ReceivedFileName).
    //BizTalk engine promotes incoming message file name in property schema BTS.bts_system_properties.
    Option2 : ->Create schema class of destination schema using xsd.exe tool(in BizTalk server installation folder).
    ->After this , a class file will be generated.
    -> Create instance of this file and assign like below in expression shape.
    obj.FileName=MsgIn(BTS.ReceivedFileName).
    Then, in message assignment shape, assign instance to outbound message.
    MsgOut=obj.

  • Using Oracle Heterogenous services to access sql server database table

    I have created a dblink 'POC_HS' from oracle to sql (implemented heterogeneous services) and I am able to successfully pull out data from the default database that the DSN(for sql server) is connected to.
    So this 'select * from Test@POC_HS' is working perfectly fine on the Oracle database as 'Test' table resides in the default database (which the System DSN is connected to).
    But when I do 'select * Abc.Test@POC_HS' where Test table resides in 'ABC' database which is not the default database throws an error as follows:
    ORA-00942: table or view does not exist [Generic Connectivity Using ODBC][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'Abc.Test'.[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared. (SQL State: S0002; SQL Code: 208)
    I have also tried this 'select * from Abc.dbo.Test@POC_HS' but oracle throws this exception "ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended".
    The dblink user and System DSN account has access to the 'Abc' database.
    Thoughts?

    But suppose if we have DB link 'POC_HS' where POC_HS is a DBlink between oracle servers, I can do the following -
    1. select * Abc.Test@POC_HS
    2. select * Def.Test@POC_HS
    where Abc,Def are the schemas which the Dblink user has access to. I can execute the above perfectly fine.
    I wanted the achieve the same functionality from Oracle to Sql where database keep on changing dynamically . So according to you that's not possible right?
    We will have to keep on changing the ODBC connection to a different database or create a new odbc/listener/tnsentry each time query uses a different database right?

    We are currently preparing to do a pilot with the Test Data Management Server and were point some initial documents together indicating technical changes it will bring to our landscape. We have attend the TZTDM3 course and have read the Master Guide but haven't located the detailed information regarding what databases/tables are created when TDMS is installed. If anyone could point me at this documentation or provided the info it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for response but I don't want move data warehouse databases. My idea is create another server and change the data warehouse managemet server role to this new server preserving the databases in the original server. Is possible do this?

  • How to restrict the entries of a database table based on the user name

    I have created a Database Table. Table maintenance generator is generated for the table.
    UNAME(user name) is one of the fields in the table. whenever the user creates a new entry, the field UNAME will be populated automatically with SY-UNAME value. I have used Table event '05' to do this.
    My requirement is...
    When a user tries to maintain the entries of the table using SM30, when 'DISPLAY' is chosen, all the records of the table should be displayed.
    When 'MAINTAIN' is chosen, only those records which have UNAME = SY-UNAME(User Logged in) should be in EDIT mode. and rest all the records should be in DISPLAY mode(greyed out). It should allow to edit only those records which are created by the user logged in.
    Could you please tell me how to do this..? Thanks in advance.

    In table main. gen there are number of events , try to select one event like 05 for the Sy-uname.
    For the  requirement:
    In that event write the code like
    this is basic idea not the code:
    Case ' Sy-ucomm'.
    when 'display'.  " button
       Nomally for the display button it will show all the records, but we need to write a code like this.
    select all records frm the table.
    ( Need to write the code in case if the user first maintained the data then again press the display , list has to be refreshed.)
    when ' Maintain'. " button.
    Fetch the records that are with SY-UNAME and find out the edit function and implement it on each and every record.

    This is an odd request.  Why?
    Ignoring that, you can ATTEMPT to insert into the 50th position IF:
    1) The DB table has just had the primary key index re-built/re-shuffled to GUARANTEE that it IS in primary key order
    2) And the primary key of the new record is built so that it follows the 49th record
    Regardless, once this table has activity against it, its sort order can/will get out of promary key order (with adds/changes/deletes). 
    But when you select data from it, you can use ORDER BY or an ABAP SORT to organzie the date as needed.
    Again... not sure WHY you need a record in a particular physical position... who cares... it is a relational DB.

  • Adding a summary column in a table which contains the start and end dates in the week

    I've got a DIMENSION DATE table and want to add in another column which shows the start and end date of the week.
    See below, the new column is WEEKOFYEARTEXT.

    From table AGR_USERS , you can see the roles corresponding to any user.
    From table AGR_TCODES, you will get the tcodes corresponding to any role.
    Hope this solves your problem
    Well this will tell you the roles with respect to the users.
    Also you can into transaction PFCG and search the roles, go to change mode for that particular role and there under authorizations see the objects clicking on change authorization objects.
