Blank Object name field

I have a question about blank field in the Enterprise Manager Console. The situation goes like this I go to the Instance -> Locks and I see the list of rows with fields User ame,SID,Lock Type, Mode Held, Mode Requested, Object Name ....
My question is what is happening when i have a blank column Object Name for some rows, but all other fields have some value.
Thanks.

It is normal user with username dragana in my last test.I do not understand that line. What do you mean by "dragana in my last test" ?

  • Moving information from last name field into blank first name field?

    Is there a script (or does anyone know how I can make a workflow in Automator) for moving information from the last name field in Addressbook to the first name field (which is currently blank)? I want to move information from the last name field to the first name field in over 500 addressbook entries, and it would take me all night to do it manually.

  • Pull title from IPTC headline field not IPTC object name

    I imported sample images from the IPTC.org site and filename shows up in LR title field because LR fills it's title field from IPTC title/object name field (frequently used for filename) rather than the recommended IPTC Headline field. I think the better practice would be for title in LR to come from the IPTC Headline field and suggest this change. I don't want to put my metadata titles in field other than the correct Headline field.
    Thanks, Ralph Daily

    >LR fills it's title field from IPTC title/object name field (frequently used for filename) rather than the recommended IPTC Headline field.
    Can you give a reference where it is recommended that fields be filled from a different source?
    On the surface, this would seem to lead to a lot of confusion. For example, what would happen to existing information in the Title/Object field if your suggestion was implemented? What happens when you synchronize XMP data back to the image?
    IMO, the way it presently works is just fine. I use the Title/Object field for the original filename and the Headline field for whatever descriptive text I want. Others may have a different approach. Why should LR scramble the approach we have been using long before LR was around?

  • Object name to Version name

    We have been shooting a couple hundred product shots and populating the 'Object Name' field in the metadata. I want to export the images with the filename matching the Object Name but it is not an option as a metadata field in export.
    Can I batch copy the 'Object Name' field into 'Version Name' so then it can be exported to the file name.?

    This should get you started. It will set the version name to the IPTC object name if it is filled in.
    tell application "Aperture"
    set zSelection to selection
    repeat with zImageVersion in zSelection
    tell zImageVersion
    if exists IPTC tag "ObjectName" then
    set zName to value of IPTC tag "ObjectName"
    set name to zName
    end if
    end tell
    end repeat
    end tell

  • Getting an object's field name

    In the snippet of code shown below, 'parent' represents a UI dialog, and 'child' represents one of the components of the dialog. What I would like to know is the field name of 'child'. The variable 'fieldName' would contain the name I am seeking, if I knew how to determine the value of 'ii' that corresponds to the object 'child'.
    I hope you can help.
    Thanks,
    Miguel
    String getFieldName(Object parent,Component child) {
    Class cl = parent.getClass();
    Field [] fields = cl.getDeclaredFields();
    String fieldName = fields[ii].getName();
    // problem: how to get 'ii' that corresponds to 'child'?
    return fieldName;
    }

    Is there a way to get the
    corresponding array of component objects? It depends on the way the "parent" class is defined.
    For example (a BAD example, but an example):
    I could have the parent keep it's components in a HashMap, with a key of the component type and a value of an ArrayList that contains each component matching the component type.
    This would be very annoying to deal with, and hard to find any given component (whether reflectively or with normal code).
    If I can get
    the value of a field (Object val =
    field.get(parent);), there must be a way to get the
    reference to the object that correspond to the pair
    'field','parent'.
    Thanks.Huh?
    What do you think field[1].get(parent) returned?
    It's the value that the field is referring to (e.g. the actual object refered to by the field).
    I think dubwai's questions about "what are you trying to do" are very relevant. Using reflection like this usually means the design is lacking some important functionality

  • Task Name Field, "Blank" ("") in 2007, "Empty" (Empty) in 2010, HOW TO FILD/FILTER for empty?

    In MS Project 2007, I can use VBA code in Excel and determine if the selected task “Name” field is blanks by using the code “pj.Activecell.text <> “”.
    In MS Project 2010, blank name cells are no longer “” (or blank), they are “Empty”. How do users filter for a non-standard value of “empty” then the text of “empty” is not in the task “Name” cell?

    Hi Dan,
    Since I almost know nothing about VBA and I can only read but not write code, I'll let John or Rod (VBA kings on this forum) jump in.
    But here is what I go recording the macro:
    Sub Macro1()
    SetAutoFilter FieldName:="Name", FilterType:=pjAutoFilterIn, Criteria1:=""
    End Sub
    Also ensure to have the latest version of Project 2010 since I noticed different behaviour with blank lines with 2 different versions.
    Hope this helps,

  • Spaces in SQLServer Object Names

    Hello,
    I am currently upgrading my skills. I am taking an ASP.NET class that uses the Microsoft SQLServer example database, NorthWind.
    I migrated the database into Oracle so I could complete the homework assignments and project using the same database as the rest of the class.
    The migration went smoothly except for 2 issues:
    1. The Oracle created model created DATE columns for SQLServer DATE columns. However, the data stored in the database was more like the Oracle TIMESTAMP data type. The automatic migration would not load tables with DATE data in them, (Employees and Order Details).
    As it was, I manually moved the 2 tables (using the generated scripts). I altered the NLS_DATE_FORMAT in the .BAT file to match the field data (YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS) and I changed the .DAT file to remove the .000 (milliseconds) from the data in record field. Perhaps I should have just changed the type in the Oracle model. I am still not convinced however the automatic migration would have handled the DATE data that was stored by SQLServer as for example: 1998-07-15 00:00:00.000
    2. There is a table called Order Details <- note the blank between Order and Details. In Microsoft's SQL this table is referenced as [Order Details] in views, stored procedures and DML.
    However the migration workbench treated this migration complexity by replacing the brackets with quotes. So, I ended up with dbo."Order Details".OrderID for which the <Oracle SQL?> parser would reject.
    In fact, there was a name change done by another part of the workbench that changed the table name to Order_Details. Thus, it appeared as though there was an inconsistent handling of table names: if the migration workbench is context sensitive to "Order Details" being a table name when used.
    If the workbench is NOT context sensitive, the I am not sure of the ramifications of attempting to treat [Order Details] as Order_Details, instead of "Order Details".
    Also, there are stored procedures, like [Sales By Year] where by the ALTER procedure [Sales by Year] line was translated into CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE "Sales By Year", yet there was a name change of the stored procedure object to Sales_By_Year. Again the parser would not CREATE OR REPLACE the procedure.
    As far as the Northwind database is concerned, it seems as though if the migration workbench were to treat [X Y Z] as X_Y_Z instead of "X Y Z", then there would be consistent handling of objects with spaces in their names.
    Bottom line - Issue #2: by design or a defect?

    1. The code does a SUBSTR(date,1,19) so that milli second data will be stripped off if the target type is DATE, but you should use Oracle TIMESTAMP to hold on to
    milisecond data.
    2. The Northwind space issues and bracket issues are defects. The recommended Oracle approach is not to have spaces in identifiers, so you get the underscores as replacements whether you like it or not. Otherwise you will end up having to quote all theses identifiers and the references to them will be case sensitive, and those last couple of things the OMWB is not good at so using the underscores saves the OMWB developers a lot of hassle. But as you see, this seems to have been
    inconsistantly applied.
    The only way forward is for you to decide whether you want references to object names to be case-insensitive (so replace spaces with underscores) or you want to have spaces in the names, so you must use quoted identifiers. Then you just have to be consistent on the approach you choose.

  • How to hide object name in tray of pages

    Hi everybody,
    I want to hide the object name in the tray of a page.
    I act as follows: open Page in VC --> Configure Page --> Look & Feel --> unselct "Show Object name in Tray"
    I thought that is the right way, but every time I want to deploy, the option is true again.
    Could anybody help me?

    Hi Robert,
    Unfortunately, evrytime you open the model, it shows default values for the fieds. The only field for which it shows the correct value in the dashboard is 'Show Help Option'. However, at runtime, it does reflect the changes you make. You can check that in PCD.
    e.g. If you uncheck the checkbox for 'Show object name' and deploy the first time. The page should reflect the change on the Portal in PCD, however in the model shows the default value i.e. the checked checkbox. If you deploy it again, it won't change the value on the portal. It will still retain the value(unchecked,) on the portal. In order to change the value back to what it was (checked) originally, you have to uncehck the checkbox and check it again and then deploy. The values will change on the portal.
    I don't know the reason behind this behaviour though.
    Regards,
    Ajay

  • How can I set the Object Name to the file name on import?

    All-
    I've been manually typing the filename into Aperture's Object Name metadata field. Is there a way to do this automatically? I use metadata presets to fill in many other fields on import but haven't found a way to set metadata fields on a file-by-file basis.
    Perhaps there's a way to do this with the thousands of images already in my library as well...
    Thanks,
    Andreas

    Here's the cleaned-up version:
    tell application "Aperture"
    set selectedImages to the selection
    repeat with i in selectedImages
    set tName to name of i
    set value of IPTC tag "ObjectName" of i to tName
    end repeat
    end tell
    Some other related bits, which you can probably work out how to put into the above script:
    Find out the AppleScript names of the IPTC tags (but only tags which have a value for that image), the names will be listed in the 'result' pane in the Script Editor:
    tell application "Aperture"
    set selectedImages to the selection
    get name of every IPTC tag of item 1 of selectedImages
    end tell
    The same for EXIF tags:
    tell application "Aperture"
    set selectedImages to the selection
    get name of every EXIF tag of item 1 of selectedImages
    end tell
    And for any custom tags you have set up. If you haven't set up any custom tags (one of my main reasons for going with Aperture) this will just return camera and picture time zones:
    tell application "Aperture"
    set selectedImages to the selection
    get name of every custom tag of item 1 of selectedImages
    end tell
    Finally, keywords:
    tell application "Aperture"
    set selectedImages to the selection
    get name of keywords of item 1 of selectedImages
    end tell
    To grab the first keyword name try 'name of keyword 1 of...' etc.
    To grab the parent keywords for hierarchical keywording stuff try experimenting with 'get parents of keywords of'. The keywords seem to be read-only from AppleScript, so a magic script that added all parent keywords doesn't seem to be possible.

  • Predefault "User Name" field with Login Name

    Hi,
    Predefault in "LS Medical User Verification" BC does not work. I tried to do the following but all did not work:
    * Put a predefault value in the "User Name" field, System: Creator
    * Create a calc field "SCR Login", calc value: LoginName (). Set predefault of "User Name" field, Field: 'SCR Login"
    * Expose "SCR Login" in the applet. Field is blank in UI.
    We are using the vanilla "LS Medical User Verification Applet" for user verification and we want to predefault the User Name field with the current user logged in. How can I achieve this?
    Thanks,
    Jasmin

    Hi,
    I believe Predefault/Postdefault will only work with NewRecord even and since the User Verification Popup Applet does not go to that event on load that is why it does not work.
    Since the client wanted to default the user name with the current user logged in, we just removed the User name field from the popup applet and pass the TheApplication().LoginName() to the Authentication Business Service.
    Thanks,
    Jasmin

    so from the above  markup  the name field is not part of the edit form,, i think this is because the Name is part of the Document content type and not part of the enterprisewiki content type .. so is there a way to add the name field to the edit
    form ?.
    second question, the edit form will show all the content type fields such as ; standard, document type, department , title (display in search), etc   so what is the best way to remove these fields from the custom edit form ?

    Hello John,
    This can only be done by adding VBScript to the form. It would basically be:
    Sub Item_Open()
    Item.GetInspector.SetCurrentFormPage "P.2"
    End Sub
    ... where "P.2" would be what you named the page you want to display first.

  • E-Recruiting 6.0: Name Field

    Hi Experts,
    I have the following questions as regards to 'name' field and would appreciate your help:
    1) I understand the name fields (first name and last name) cannot be customised.  But does E-Recruiting support the addition of middle name?  I can configure under Business Partner to add in the Middle name, but it did not display on the E-Recruiting screen or R/3 BP transaction. I am not sure whether standard E-Recruiting does not support it or I have not configure correctly.
    2) What is the table name which stores the name of a candidate and the applicant  objecet number?  I can see the name of the candidate in transaction BP, but i do not know where to find the applicant number. I need the information to for tracing and troubleshooting purposes.
    Many thanks,
    William

    Hello William,
    with e-recruiting 600 support package 10 or 11 e-recruiting supports middle name, 2nd academic title and name prefixes in the web dynpro frontend as standard fields for candidates. Unfortunately it seems SAP is no longer adding such stuff to the BSP frontend. In transaction BP you should be able to see these fields if noone changed BP. But the fields are only visible when filled so you might have to change to edit mode to click this small button with the plus.
    Personal data of candidates name, birthdate, gender, titles are stored in the standard business partner tables BUT000 and following. Address is saved in the tables of the central address service but needs an entry in IT5110. That's why adding an address in BP won't work while changing is possible.
    To get the differnt keys which are used for the candidate I usually start from BP as I have a name. I simply use the sear help of BP to get the BP number. Then it's all about HRP1001 which stores all object relations. As BP is an external object from HR view (as is the User) you put the BP into SCLAS and number into SOBID field (dont forget leading zeros here) and you can get the CP number. With the CP number you can get the User and the candidate (NA) number. From the candidate you can get applications (ND) and candidacies (NE) and so on.

  • Using Customized group name fields in Live Office

    Hello everybody,
    I've created a Crystal Reports based on a BEx Query and including a costcenter hierarchy. Now I want to add this report in Excel sheet via Live Office. I did this according to the official HowTos provided by Ingo Hilgefort. Now I've following issue. When I choose the data for the selected fields in Live Office, I could manage to insert the Live Office object into my report but the display of the cost center hierarchy nodes doesn't comply with the display in Crystal Reports. There I've defined a group with a customized group name field (costcenter.medium description) Live Office seems to use only the costcenter node ID.

    How can I use customized group name fields in Live Office?
    Thank you for helping me on my issue.
    Regards,
    Florian

    live office uses web services to authenticate (dswsbobje) which depends on a java app server for kerberos to be enabled to login with AD. Is Infoview working with AD? This would be required. I'm not sure about your other issues.
