Bleachbit wiping crash, million files in dir[SOLVED]

Question

Hi,
I reecently try to wipe my home partition with bleachbit, but a crash occured when i was almost done with the wiping, the next bleachbit option was thumbnail cache clean. I dont know if it s the wiping or the thumbnail but i think it the wiping that cause those trounle
Now I have a folder called CybSZ78Xy3 inside /home/user
I try first to remove it with rm -rf but it was just showing no output and not working.
i try to check my partion with fsck but it said no error found.
Luckely the corrupted folder is only 200 MB, but still it s not clean to have this.
systemd[1]: Starting Cleanup of Temporary Directories...
systemd-tmpfiles[2315]: stat(/run/user/1000/gvfs) failed: Permission denied
I dont know if its related...
The folder is maybe full of file that doest let me see them.
Should I wipe again ?
Why bleachbit doesnt create 1 big file instead of plenty files while wiping ?
A need advises please, I am using ext4

So since it s corrupted I will backup delete my /home partition and copy it again, but i want to know how to do it properly without making the systeme unstable

ׁHow do I copy my home without those two corropted folder (with million files insides).
I have an external HDD if it s necessary with Arch Linux on.
Or i looked over google and i found this :

But i dont know how to use it in my case and i see grep -qf .png but i dont think my files are png.
How to do ?
Luckely I use refind but i change the default ext4fs efi driver to ext2fs efi driver at least the /home/ partition are ignored on startup avoiding crashes. When booting "The Linux way" with EFI
