Blizzard support says you have a driver problem ATI, RadeonHD2600

I am an avid World of Warcraft player. I am having UI hanging and crashing problems as well as an in game problem. I have been sending in the crash logs when I recover the system.
I called Blizzard tech support about the ingame problem. The problem is that in the Zangermarsh zone the WoW mini map goes transparent often. We went through several debugging or work around steps. This included recovering the UI. A process where you remove the Interface, Cache and *** directories and allow the client to rebuild them as default. Another step was to change the "/console uifaster" setting in the game client. After this the problem was still present.
The Blizzard tech then stated that it was an Apple driver problem. I queried him on whether the Blizzard developers had contacted Apple on this problem and he could not provide that information.
Would someone from Apple support please let me know if these issues have been reported by Blizzard to Apple? Also does Apple believe that there is a problem with the ATI Radeon HD2600 driver or is it a Blizzard issue?

    Please follow the below steps to remove the error message of "You have been signed out".
              1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
              2: Open a Finder window, select Go>Go to folder option, type in ~/Library and hit enter.
                             (Windows:  [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE)
              3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
              4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
              5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
              6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
              7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
              8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
              9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
    The error message will be removed.

  • Mute button says "you have no new messages"

    I've been having a problem with my Torch since I downloaded updates to a few apps the other day. Now any time the Mute button on the top right of the Torch is hit, a chime sounds and a few seconds later a woman's voice says "you have no new messages". My phone is always on silent, but the voice and chime still sound at full volume. This happens frequently as the button gets triggered when my phone is in my pocket. Anyone else have this issue, and hopefully know of how to disable it??

    Excellent! Turns out it was caused by BeBuzz, which blackberry was giving away for free as a premium app along with Drive Safe.ly like Bill.J mentioned above. I deleted BeBuzz (first thing I tried deleting thankfully!) Now my mute but works and I don't get the "you have no new messages" voice. Thank you Krypto and BillJ, your help was very much appreciated, that voice was driving me nuts!

    Do the same thing you would do in any case where a retailer sold you a product that was found to be defective:  contact the retailer for a refund or replacement.

    I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
    I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

    Some have reported success simply by reinstalling the update.

    I just want to buy adobe photoshop.... in the last 2 hours my computer has been plagued with viruses and nearly destroyed as i couldnt access the internet and didnt know what to do. Every time i type in my email and my password and click sign in it says you have now been signed out.... this is the most un userfriendly website i have ever seen and im not recomending it to anybody....     CM_Martketing and MikeBanks are correct, but I think what is confusing some people is that they are mistaking their Mac HD for the user name. I kind of had to mash up 2 posts to get it right:
    1: Open Activity monitor from spotlight and end all Adobe related processes. You may find processes like AAMupdater, AAMupdater notifier, Adobe Crash demon process.
    2: Open Finder and navigate Macintosh HD/Users/[your user name]/Library (the library folder might be grayed out, just right click and select open)
    3: Now navigate to Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.. folder.
    4: Delete opm file under OOBE.
    5: Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
    6: Check if you have AAMupdater in the adobe folder.
    7: Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
    8: Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
    9: Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.

    You are correct, in order to change the country of your account, you must get rid of the remaining balance. Contact iTunes Customer Service and they can take care of it.

    Why do you assume that this problem is a "bug" that Apple has to address, and not a problem with your phone, that you need to address.  Do you see others having this specific problem?
    Try:
    1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears
    2. Install using iTunes on your computer/

    Probably in the past you tap for a update inside the application, that made you have a pending payment in your Apple account. Go to www.apple.com and check about pending payments. If you have, wait for around 30 days (starting to count from the day you asked for the paid update) then it will be canceled automaticaly.
