Bought a different phone, now Palm says they can't give me my Memos
I had a Palm Pre until yesterday. I just had too many little pproblems with the Palm Pre, disappointing. I went to my local Sprint store and changed it for a HTC Hero.
The Sprint employees were able to transfer my contacts and calendar (because they were Google) but they said they can't restore my memos. I called Palm customer support yesterday, and 2 different people told me that if I don't have the Palm Pre anymore, then they can't help me.
This is crazy. If my memos are backed up on the PALM customer server, then why can't those guys just send them to me in a compressed file? Send it to my email. I only have about 25 or 30 memos, but some of them are important. I had to turn in my Palm Pre to get a discount on the new phone. I want my memos, I hope somebody who reads this can give me a good idea. I have already sent this same message to the "feedback" link.

Dont think you will have any luck on this. From the product page it states
Backup and restore is within wireless coverage area and over the air only; applies to Contacts, Calendar, Memos, and Tasks

I purchased the remainder of shows (I already of 5 of them) for a TV series now it says they can't be played on my ipod, and I purchased them from Itunes? I don't understand why they won't work? I got my girlfriend a shuffle for Valentine's Day and I just got an Email today saying they dropped the price of the shuffle, can I get like a refund of the difference now that they are cheaper?

Apple has a 14-day price refund policy thingee, so if you bought from an Apple store with the past 14 days - call with your order number, or if a receipt at an Apple store, stop in for a credit or refund.

No SOLUTION FROM HERE, but I have an unresolved issue with similar overtones.
As a new member, having had a birthday gift from a family member in another country, I am dismayed to find out that there is an unresolved business logic issue, which will allow me to own a MacBook Air, but because I live in a different country to the place of purchase there is a big No No. Additionally, my pension provideds me with a credit card from that first origin, but I am forbidden from buying any software elswhere? Apple seem reluctant to discuss this with me, but some solutions have been offered to get me the free downloads?
Does this come under 'unfit for purpose' and/or 'dodgy trading'? Apple unspoken message, buying from abroad. Dont go there!

I did a restore on my Imac and now it says You can’t open your current photo library using this version of iPhoto.So when I go to apps icon they want to charge me 14.99 for new Iphoto

You do not need to purchase anything - but to help you you do have to supply the requested information
Have you installed iPhoto from the DVD that came with the computer or from the App Store?

Hello, I've installed Lion but now it says I can't use the Cloud as I need the Apple ID Password to use Back to My Mac. I've obtained several new Apple ID passwords which work ok on my phone but doesn't seem to be the password it's looking for.Does anyone know what's needed please ??
It's probably looking for the Apple ID & Password you used to purchase Lion, or ML as the case may be.

i was updating my iphone 5 to ios 7 but i cancelled it by forcing a shut down as there was not much battery left so now its in restore mode and i cant restore my phone now it says error 3194 and ive tried the sudo code but it still doent work help?

My I pad broke after only a few months and now they won't mend it as they say they can't get in as my i cloud password not working. I never even set one up? I have an apple id and password but that's not enough for them to get in.

I can detect my Bluetooth devices using a BLE scanner and it says they can be connected but - My 5S will not pair with these devices
What devices?
Iphoen supports bluetooth for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices, some keyboards, some apps from the app store and interenet tethering if provided by your carrier.
It does not connect to computers, other phones,etc. -
I shoot RAW with my 7D Mark II. PS is up-to-date. Some of my photos from the same shoot will process but some say they can't be read. What is going on?

All images are visible on my camera. I am using fairly new 32GB CF and SDHC cards. I will see if my card reader makes a difference. I was going over photos I took in 2012 that I have reviewed before and some of them now aren't readable now.

I am a newbie...and I think I did a big no-no as my Ipad isn't working. I synced it to a second computer at work which is a new Imac after already syncing to my pc at home with Itunes. Now it says it can't restore and can't get it to open, getting error messages but can't fix myself. Can anyone help??
iPad can connect only in one iTunes Library. If you want to connect it to a iTunes Library then you have to erase it. You can erase it from iTunes. Make sure you iPad doesn't have a password, or if it has a password make sure that you connect to the computer and enter the password of your iPad

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.
