How to get a report like
BPName Docdate Doctype TotalDue Due-within Due-within Due-within
30 days 30-60 days 60-90 days
In ageing report im not getting the required solution.
Can any one help me in getting this report?
It can be in querry generator or in XL Reporter.

in query generator u have to make query hving date condition and in xl reporter u have formula field.
there are some system template having the same pattern , so foollow them .

When submitting the request, you may change the output to Excel and get the output in Excel. Otherwise as you mention if you getting the output in text format, you may download the text format and open the document in excel and use the delimitation to format in excel as per your requirement.

Is your statistics up to date, when did you last run gather schema statistics program in Sysadmin responsibility.
Also what is the record quantity that you are expecting here? Is date range parameter available in the report and if yes, did you try running the report for a day to check the output.

I have the data in the below format and I am unable to get this data into excel for the reason that we have even fields with multiple values which have commas in them (for example: a server might have multiple NICs which are comma seperated). I wanted to
know if there is any easier solution available with in powershell so that we can get the data into a formatted csv or excel. I cant get this data exported with a special delimiter character as well.

No need for any table structure or form fields, just paste this line of code as plain text into an empty rtf document.
Load the test data into your template builder for word and create Preview > Excel.
On BI Publisher Template Builder for Word 10.1.3.3.3 this returns the multiline output. If this doesn't work on your side, then it's most likely cause of your older version.

Need to format month into three characters in SSRS Expression

I am using the following expression to place the month in the heading of a column.
=MonthName(Month(DateAdd("M",-1,Now)))
The expression above gives me the previous month, but I need to have it as "Jan", not "January".
Can someone help me with an expression that will give me the three character month name instead of the full month. I've tried substituting the "M" with "MMM", but get an error. I've also tried "Mon", but again, I
get an error.

Above expression is not working, its need some correction.
In above expression you are getting month number then doing formatting.
Always one rule of format is its format on date., so just remove the Month like I did below:-
=format(DateAdd("M",-1,Now()),"MMM")

i tried to import data from text file using BULK INSERT format file option, am able to load the data from file to table but when i change the column name order in the input file it is not inserting according to change column order

Thanks for your response, and sorry for wrong question here i need to supply default values to column of
table based on input file so default values of columns will be changed based on input file, and one more thing i don't have any rights to change the table structure my work is to load data from file to table. Is there any chance to supply default values by XMLformat
file instead of .fmt file
or any other scenarios please let me know the possibility.

Download internal table in XML format

Hi experts,
I want to download an internal table into an XML format.
How can I achieve this?
I have used the GUI_DOWNLOAD earlier for XLS purpose, will that work in this case too?

Hi Ajay,
You can use the below format
DATA : gs_xml TYPE lvc_t_fccl.
(Fill lt_Table here)
    TRY.
        CALL TRANSFORMATION id SOURCE root = lt_Table
             RESULT XML gs_xml.
      CATCH cx_st_error.
ENDTRY.
Then Call GUI_DOWNLOAD, passing gs_XML as data_tab and filetype = BIN
Note : GUI_DOWNLOAD will not work in background.

String ourSourceFileName = conf.get(key);
return ourSourceFileName;
Using this u will get the File name into target side,In this UDF add the Time stamp.

Hi Kiran,
I did not mean you choose the tag column for the 2nd include in the sapscript editor. I meant you should edit your text of the 2nd include in the tcode for standard text SO10 with the given object text name and text ID. But this is just applicable if each of your include text as only 1 line.
Here's the details:
+ Go to tcode SO10, enter the text name as ' F_0729_FOOTER' and text ID as 'ADRS' and your language (I guess EN).
+ Go inside, choose the tag column for the text as continuous text ( yah, blank indicator again).
But each of you include text has more than 1 line, so this is not applicable. You can ignore my third suggestion. I have another suggestions for you here:
+ No1: you can present like in the followings in your sapscript editor:
   Remit info:
             ACH/ info      // blank inditor means continuous text
       /:   INCLUDE F_0729_HEADER_A OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS
       /:   INCLUDE F_0729_FOOTER OBJECT TEXT ID ADRS      // in SO10 for this text, leave the tag column blank
This means you should hard-code the name of the address info.
+ No 2:   - You can create 2 global text variables in the printing program.
              - Use FM 'READ_TEXT' to read your address from the text pool. Store in 2 text table.
              - Loop at the text table, transfer data from the text table to the 2 global text variable above, and write the window and the element here as well.
              - You can use some wrapping FM to wrap the text in each variable.
              - Then in the sapscript form, you just put the 2 global variables in the same line.

Formatting XML file to avoid mapping parser error

Hi,
We have requirement in our project to process input xml file which is of the below format:
<message>
<data>
<xml version=1.0 code=utf/>
<test>
<data>book</data>
</test>
</data></message>
Since <xml> tag is at the middle it is throwing a exception error in mapping.
Actual requirment is that we need
<test>
<data>book</data>
</test>
The xml of the above format is generated by some external system which PI need to pick it.
I think is not possible in XSLT mapping as it is not starting with xml tag .
So please let me know pointer ot resolve the issue.
