BP download from different R/3 system

Hi Gurus,
we are in the following scenario:
- BBPCRM 4.0
- R3 SAPKB64013
- Old R/3 system (master for BP)
We are facing with a problem related to the download of Business
Partner from the R/3 system.
The master system for bp management is the old production R/3. The
number range in customizing for this is set as internal. The bp are
downloaded to the new R/3 in which the bp are mantained with an
external number range, in order to allow the download from the old
system.
The connection between the two R/3 systems will be mantained up to the
go-live of the new system.
What we can do to download the business partner to the CRM system?
The business partner master data is mantained as follow:
Old R/3 (production)--->New R/3 (development)--
>CRM(development)
Internal number range-->external n. range--
>????????????????
Could someone help us to solve this issue?

Hi Fabrizio,
Since these BPs are going to move from ECC to CRM, you should maintian the same number range as ECC system as you would require the transaction data to move between the two systems later. Thus i would suggest to maintian external number range in CRM.
And later when you decide to remove the previous R/3 system, then depending on your decision to maintain the BPs in CRM or ECC system you can maintain internal number range if the BPs will be created in CRM and then uploaded to ECC. You need to take a call on the same also now.

I recently got a US gift card for the US Itunes store and downloaded an application but it won't sync (get a sync undefined error). I tried the troubleshooting directions supplied (deauthorise and re-authorize etc) but I suspect that it is becasure I now have two Itunes accounts (one in the AUS Itunes site and one in the US site) any ideas on how to get both US and AUS content working? I have tried authorising two accounts on the this computer but it didn't seem to work either.

You can only purchase from the iTunes Store in your country of residence.
From the US iTMS T&C (http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/us/terms.html):
+"Purchases or rentals (as applicable) from the iTunes Store are available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions, and are not available in any other location. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Store from outside of the available territory. Apple may use technologies to verify such compliance."+
Technologies such as matching your IP address to the country-specific store you are trying to download from.

Can I download from different iTunes accounts on one device

1) Is it possible for me to use two iTunes accounts to download apps from two different regions (Canada & China) on one device?
2) If no, is there a workaround or some suggestions?

If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer change the update setting on your iPod to manual. Connect your iPod to the computer you are using it on now an in iTunes go to Edit>Preferences>iPod and check the "Manually manage songs and playlists" box:

The iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes (Edit=>Preferences=>'iPod' tab):

Are you wanting to combine all the iTunes purchases you made on all 3 laptops, or does this content include nonpurchased items such as CD's you imported yourself?
Use your iPod to move the music from each laptop onto a single one. See this article for more details on how to make this happen.

Once you have done that, restore your iPod to factory settings on the laptop containing all your consolidated iTunes content and set it up to sync everything back over to it.

Loading Hierarchy (ex : 0COSTCENTER) from different R/3 system to SAP BW

I would like load 2 hierarchies (EX : 0COSTCENTER) from 2 SAP R/3 systems. The problem is I have the same 0NODE_NAME in the both system.
I add 0SOURSYSTEM as compouned key in 0COSTCENTER.
But I doesn't work. I don't see the 0NODE_NAME compounded with my 0SOURSYSTEM.
Could you help me ?

you have to modify the hierarchy.
Now, there is only one way: load per flatfile and 3.x infosource.

A while back I downloaded about 15 gmail accounts so that i could cancel the gmail accounts ...
all was working fine ... but recently when I started thunderbird ... there was only 1 of the downloaded accounts remaining ... and even it was empty ..

Assuming you are talking about imap accounts.
This is the process you would use:
You synchronised those accounts to download a copy to your computer.
Then you stopped the synchronising, so that the accounts did not keep updated to be the same as the server.
Then in Offline mode you would move all of those accounts emails into Local Folders, so that you would be able to delete the imap email accounts and keep all emails on your computer.
One possibility:
If the imap email accounts were still able to synch with the server and you had stopped the mail account, it may have done a final synch with an empty server, thus deleting all the emails to match the server. Synchronised imap accounts keep updated to match what the server folders contain.
First check to see if there are any emails in your Profile folder.

In Thunderbird:
* Help > Troubleshooting information
* click on 'show folder' button
A new window opens showing your profile folder.
* click on 'ImapMail' folder
Do you see a list of your imap mail accounts?
If yes. click on an imap account name
Can you see eg: Inbox (not Inbox.msf) or any other folders you created which show as files with no extension - not *.msf?
If yes, do they have a decent size?
you can open these files using eg: Notepad to see if emails are listed.
If you can see only one imap mail account, check to see if there are any emails as previously described.
Then check to see if there is more than one Profile.
Click on the 'Profiles' in address line...see image below.
In my example I only have one xxxxxxxx.default account and it is open on that Profile.
If there is more than one, select the other Profile and check again for the imap mail accounts as previously described.
Please report back:
Did you stop synchronising those imap mail accounts?
Did you move a copy of all emails into Local Folders?
Did you stop/remove the mail accounts on the server?
Do you have one or more Profiles?
Do you see the imap mail accounts in the Profile folder?
Do you see any files containing the emails?
Additional:
After synchronising, downloading, stop synchronising.
Did you create a backup of the Profile folder?

Issue with customer download from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0

Dear CRM gurus,
We are facing very strange problem regarding sales area and sales office in CRM 5.0 test system
During the download of an ECC 5.0 customer into CRM the BDOC is giving the following error - 'Sales office O 50000617 is not available' and 'Sales office O 50000617 sales group not maintained for sales area O 50000608 10 10'and Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
I just select the BDOC and reprocess it immediately. Now the customer is downloaded into CRM and BDOC turns into green. I am also able to see the sales office and sales area in the downloaded CRM BP.
The sales office 50000617 is very much there in CRM and is properly assigned to sales area 50000608 10 10. That's why, I should be able to reprocess the struct BDOC successfully.
But for some reason the sales office is not getting determined first time during the download. This issue is driving me crazy. This only happens with the customers with sales office. If there is no sales office in ECC customer (i.e. the field is empty) then there is no issue. This customer will get downloaded without any error.
Also the downloaded material doesn't have the sales area data.
This issue doesn't happen in our development system. The only difference is, sales org structure in development system is manually created and it is downloaded from ECC in test system.
Can you please advice me on how to solve this issue?. It is a bit urgent.

Yes. I have checked the assignment in CRM organizational model.
I did download the org. structure from ECC 5.0
All objects including sales offices are activated for determination and I have verified with green light
As per your suggestion if the sales area data is not matched between the two systems, then how come the error will not reappear during the bdoc reprocess?
What is missing during the first time bdoc process? Looks something is missing for validation module?
Any inputs?

Listing/Exclusion Conditions are not getting downloaded from ECC to CRM

I have created the customized table for listing/exclusion purpose as per the requirement.
I have created the middleware adapter for that object.(DNL_CUST_G804)
I have down the initial download and when I check the status it is green color when I check the records in CRM Table I did not find it.
When I check in the SLG1 the following error has been occurred
"No Entries Determined for the A Tables (Block 1)"
Message no. CND_MAP312
Diagnosis
No entries have been transferred from R/3 to CRM for one of the following reasons:
1. The R/3 condition table does not contain any entries.
2. The maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM. This means that data in the R/3 condition table can no longer be downloaded from R/3.
System Response
Error message CND_MAP 312
Procedure
If this maintenance authorization has been transferred to CRM in error, this can be transferred back in exceptional circumstances so that a data download from R/3 is possible.
Condition records have been maintained in ECC server.

builds which has only change in the form of the target URL. Is
there any way I can make a single AIR build but it needs to update
some files inside the build to based on from which server it gets

If a server supports resuming downloads then the download should continue where it left off. 
You can test that by simple starting a large download and wait a minute or so before pausing it. 
Then you can close and restart Firefox and see if resuming works.
You can set the pref browser.download.manager.quitBehavior to 2 on the about:config page. 
That will make Firefox ask for confirmation if you want to cancel the download if you close Firefox.

To fully understand it you may consider to read parts 1 and 2 too.
What you need to change is the way the file are served from the server to the client. In the sample the file data is read from a db blob. In your case you can read it directly from the server (WLS) file system.

I suppose there is a possibility that you have security software than may be blocking quarantining or even deleting the downloaded file.
Normally if Firefox says in the download manager that the file is downloaded then it is on your computer, and if you right click you should get the option to open the folder the er the downloaded file is in.
