BP im multiple sales org :BDoc BUPA_REL   error

IN CRM we have a sold-to BP maintained in two sales org 1000 and 2000 and its
                                 ship-to maintained only in 2000 sales org                                 in CRM system ( CRM 5.0 )
Those are replicated to ECC
(   I used FM BUPA_MWXT_CREATE_MAIN_BDOC to replicate BP to ECC ...
it  worked fine ... sold-to created in 1000 and 2000 and ship-to are crated in 2000 sales org in  ECC . )
Now I'm trying to replicate the BP relationship to ECC using FM  'BUPA_MWXT_CREATE_REL_BDOC'.
At this point BDOC BUPA_REL is giving error as
: Customer XXXXXX (SHIP-TO) has not been created for sales area 1000.
I know ship-to is not maintained in 1000 sales org ...but I want the relationship to be maintained for 2000 sales org .
How can I acheive this?
By using 'BUPA_MWXT_CREATE_REL_BDOC' I want to maintain relationship only for 2000 sales org.??
Let me know if you ar not clear wiht the question

In my case I was trying to create a sales rep manually and when I did that
no 'Personeel number'  (BP- Employee Role -Identification Tab) was getting assigned to it, hence the error.
Check for the value in this field for the BP which is throwing the error.
Table - BUS000EMPL
Field - EMPLOYEE_ID

  • Assign Multiple Sales Org for One Plant in STO process

    Hi Experts,
    Aware that I can assign multiple sales org to 1 plant (relationship: many to many).
    I am trying to create STOs to supplying plant and assigning them to different sales organization but encountered problem.
    Example:
    Supplying Plant 1000 - Sales Org 1000A (food) and 1000B (apparel)
    Receiving Plant 1100
    Plant 1100 wants to issue 2 STOs to Plant 1000 - 1 for each Sales Org (for instance STO1 to food division, and STO2 for apparel division).
    However, when I tried creating STO in the system, noticed that in the shipping tab (item details) the sales org, DC has been assigned to 1 particular assignment and data is locked.
    Tried to get into SPRO to configure and define the shipping data for plants but noticed that it's 1 to 1 relationship (SPRO - IMG - MM - PO - Set up Stock Transport Order - Define Shipping Data).
    How can this be done?

    You can set different sales areas (~sales organisation) for one plant in SAP - based on issuing SLoc provided STO between storage locations is activated.
    SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up Stock Transport Order > Set Up Stock Transfer Between Storage Locations > Define Shipping Data for Stock Transfers Between Storage Locations

  • BP not Valid for Sales Org - Web Client error

    Hi,
        We are currently upgrading from CRM 4.0 --> 2007. We have multiple Sales Organisations and different business roles. In the Web Clients we have a number of transactions. When we try and add additional users from other sales orgs to these activities/transactions we get the following error  "BP not Valid for Sales Org".
    In CRM 4.0 for the various Interaction Centers we never got this error. We were able to add additional users from other sales orgs to transactions.
    Mt question is  - How can we stop this error from occuring , so that we can add additional users from other sales orgs to these activities/transactions in the various Web Clients.
    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated,

    Hi,
        This error is appearing for the addition of employees. These employees are set up in the Org model for the relevant Sales Org's, yet the error still appears.
    How would you go about adding employees,contacts etc from different Sales Org's to transactions (i.e attendees for an audit) in a Web Client that is set up to be Sales Org specific.

  • BDoc BUPA_REL error in the initial flow.

    We are using ECC 6.0 and CRM 5.0 due to some reasons we performed CUSTOMER_MAIN and CUSTOMER_REL initial loads.
    we are facing many BUPA_REL Bdoc  errors with msg: Department has not maintained.
    Customers with Contact person will have a department in CRM system (Relationship).
    When we check the BPs Contact person, the department is maintained.
    1. Why this error comes even though the department is maintained?
    how t solve this error?  Please suggest.

    Also check if the department which you are entering in Customer contact person in ECC also exist in CRM config (SPRO) under contact person-->Define department.

    This is the Standard SAP screen settings and you are not  supposed to do it.
    You need to get prior approval from SAP to change the standard settings
    It would be better if you copy the Transaction code and create a New Z transaction and do modifications.

  • Multiple Sales Org for a Customer

    We have implemented ISA B2B R/3 Edition (eCommerce R/3 Edition).
    We have a situation where a particular customer belongs to more than one sales organisation/division/distribution channel.
    Currently while creating a webshop we need to enter the sales organisation/division/distribution channel.
    The requirement is to give the user an option to select between the various sales organisation/division/distribution channel to which the customer belongs. How can we achieve this ?

    Can you please give an example for that you want to do here? I do not understand your wish 100%.
    If you have one Customer with the sales organisations  1000, 10, 10 and 2000, 20, 20   you have to create 2 configurations at the shopadmin. One for 1000 and one for 2000.
    If this customer logon to the eshop, he will see a selection between 1000 and 2000 and can choose it.
    If you create 4 configurations at the shopadmin... for example  1000/10/10, 2000/20/20, 3000/30/30, 4000/40/40   and the customer has only the salesorganisation 2000/20/20 and 4000/40/40. He will only see that 2 selections after the login.
    The eshop first checks the sales organisations of the customer. After that there is a check if there are existing shopadmin-configs for this sales organisations.
    For more informations, please give me an example of that what you want to do.

  • How to Assign a Multiple Sales organization to one product ?

    Dear All,
    I have assigned multiple sales org. to one product in product master. For ex:
    Sales org. 1 ,2,3,4 & 5.
    During the campaign creation If I select the same product for sales org. 1 it shows no error.
    If I put sales org.2 it shows warning message saying that Product is not assigned to Sales org. 2.
    But I have assigned all 5 sales org in the product master, however only one SO(i.e.SO1) is active at one time.
    How to assign multiple SO to one product ?

    It must be looking at the sales org at the header level. Change the sales org at the header level to sales org 2 and try adding the product for the same sales org 2. I think it will work fine now.

  • Sales Org Creation with incorrect Statistics Currency

    We created a new sales org with the incorrect statistics currency.  When realized this BEFORE we created any documents in that sales org.  We changed the statistics currency in config and now we get an error when entering a sales order on that Sales Org.  The error is Error while determ. loc. crcy: exchange rate type XXX date 07/31/2014 from TWD to CNY.
    We do not want to maintain a currency exchange rate in OB08 for this combination as it is not relevant for our business.
    Is there any way we can get past this error without maintaining that currency exchange rate?

    Issue has been resolved.
    Configuration was pulling in the incorrect credit control area from the copy.

    Actuall it all depends on the business process.
    I will explain the answer to you through a practical example
    like Ford, it has sales and services all across globe.
    It is not advisable to manage all of its activities under only one sales organization, say Ford Inc.
    So what it does is de-centralises the whole process according to the country, region so that the whole process is divided and hence can be managed more effeciently.
    Hope this helps you in understanding the basics.
    One sales org always provides you with very less data to update and maintain, while many sales org makes the scenario more complex.
    One sales org always gives you the flexibility to bring any changes to the current scenario, while in multiple sales org to bring a change its a tiresome job.
    These are some of the advantages and disadvantages of one to many sales org.

    I need to know a BAPI for extending a material to multiple sales org. at one go. My requirement is detailed below:
    Suppose an user is providing the details as below:
    Material: 90000038
    Sales Org: 0011, 0022, 0033.
    I need a BAPI where I will pass these values at one go and the material will be extended to sales org. 0011, 0022, 0033. I have used BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA but of no use. I am not willing to use a BDC in this case where I will loop through the Sales Org. and extending the source material.
    Please help me its urgent.....I will reward points for helpful answers.

  • One employee in several Sales Orgs?

    Hello experts,
    We have sales assistants that are sometimes assigned to several Sales Orgs. Unfortunately it looks like in C4C an Employee can only be assigned to one Sales Org.
    Is someone aware of a scoping parameter/question that we missed that would allow us to do this? Or does someone have an idea of a potential work around for that?
    They would need to access My Team's Accounts, My Team's Activities etc. for all teams they are assigned to for their daily jobs. This is why we were trying to assign them to multiple sales orgs.

    As an update, it worked with the Territories even with a higher level, so we could do what we needed.
    The trick was just to use the Recommended restriction view in the Access Restriction of the role assigned to the user and make sure it was properly updated after the background job. Also I put the assistants higher in the Sales Orgs to avoid any conflicts due to the Employee/Manager relationship.
    The Assistants are now associated to a Sales Region (in the territory management part this is one level before the last - Sales Territory), as any Sales Managers, and are associated to multiple Regions.
    They can see all relevant Activities and only those.
    At the same time, due to the Org Structure they can see all Accounts under their Org Struct which is consistent with our rights there as well.
    Bottom line: Territory Management and Org Management are really close when it comes to right management, and in the end they work well together as long as you make sure your access restrictions are set up correctly and that your users' roles are properly updated.

  • Multiple Alternative ID 's dependent on Sales org

    Hi,
    Our CRM box is used by multiple countries and share the same product master. In addition to the Product ID each country has  its own specific country code.
    To achieve this, we have created multiple settypes and assigned to  alternative ID's.
    Now we dont know how to make these alternative ID's  dependent on Sales org. eg: ZALT1  is for Sales org 10 and ZALT2 for Sales org 11.
    Has anybody faced this requirement and able to find a solution.

    An alternative ID type can only be maintained in the header area of a product if it refers to a field from a single-line, organization-independent set type. As per my understanding I think Alt id is not supported for distribution dependent set types.
    Hence during the step "Create UI Configuration for ID Type " there is an error.
    Here is a workaround (without Alt ID)
    Create distribution dependent set types.

    Now you would need to enhance the product search component to search by these new fields.

  • Error while posting Customer with Multiple sales areas using DEBMAS05.

    Dear experts,
    We are generating IDOCS vis SAP DS for posting Customer master. The message type used is DEBMAS and basic type is DEBMAS05.  we have a requirement to create 1 customer with multiple sales areas. However, we are ending up with a strange error:  "Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1". Despite the IDOC going into status 51, the customer gets created and the 1st sales area too. the 2nd sales area however is not created!  The IDOC data definitely contains Name1, otherwise the customer would not have been created in the first place.
    As the error message is related to the Address data, I also explored upon exploring this erorr further on the lines of Central Address management where in the ADRMAS and DEBMAS have to be passed together(IDOC Serialiization).  OSS Note (384462)  provides further details about this. One Important point from the note is: 
    "As you have to specify the logical name of the sending system among other things, SAP is not able to make any default settings in the standard systems. When you use the serialization groups delivered as a standard by SAP, the address objects are imported before the master objects.Thus the sequence address data before master objects must only be adhered to if one of the following points applies to your application:
    Such fields are set as required entry fields that are only provided by the BAS in the Customizing of the customer or vendor master.
    For your customers, contact persons exist to which a private address or a different business address is assigned.".
    This is not the case in our situation, as we do not have required entry fields in customizing that are only provided by the BAS, so the error is all the more confusing and I am not too sure what the cause is.
    If someone have experienced the same issue before and have found a solution to it, kindly help out.

    I have found the cause and solution to this problem.
    This error ”Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-NAME1” and other similar errors like “Fill all required fields SAPMF02D 0111 ADDR1_DATA-SORT1“ which occurrs during the IDOC posting when there are more than one sales area or company code occurs when the customer number range is set up for Internal numbering. This means, that the number gets generated only at the time of save and upon debugging the IDOC, we found out that after creating the customer and the first sales area/company code record, the segment E1KNA1M is cleared completely! This is the reason, it throws an error which points to a mandatory KNA1 field as missing. (Like NAME1, SORT1 etc.)
    This was resolved by splitting the IDOC into 2.
    The solution is to First post only the KNA1 segment and create the customer.
    In the second step, pass the IDOC with all other segments along with E1KNA1M, but pass only KUNNR in E1KNA1M and the rest of the fields in E1KNA1M as “/”:  you would have got the KUNNR after the first step.
    Important note: This requirement to split the IDOCs does not occur when the customer number is known upfront. (Meaning cases where the customer number is externally generated) I also tested this and created a customer with external numbering and I was able to post more than 1 sales area with the same IDOC. 
    I noticed multiple threads with the same issue, but none of it had a concrete answer. I hope this information will be useful for anyone facing similar problems.

  • Wrong VL-367 error while creating delivery from multiple sales orders

    Hi,
    We have a Z program* that runs BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CREATE_SLS with multiple sales order items to create one delivery.
    The program runs as a job. The problem is sometimes Bupi turns "VL367 - an item with no delivery quantity..." error for some of the items. But actually we have no availability problem, after a minute in the next job the delivery is being created for those items.
    We couldnt find the the state that causes this wrong error. Have any ideas, is there any problem with the bapi ?

    You should check if you got other Sales Order that might be have items with quantities confirmed. Quantities confirmed in a sales order will be appear as unrestricted stock, although is reserved, and therefore for example:
    Sales Order A: item 10, quantity 10
    Unrestricted stock: 10
    Sales Order B: item 10 (Same material as Sales Order A), quantity 2
    Creating outbound delivery for Sales Order B will generate the message, because that stock is being taken for the Sales Order A already.

    I had checked the related Org data of respective sales org , already the sales area combination is also maintained from R/3 with required attributes "

    Basically it is a product Service Material (Servicing Charges), where in I had checked in the transaction ,   Though the required sales area  is well maintained in the R/3 System and is being replicated to the CRM . 
    When I checked the product Service material , the required comination is missing and could find other sales area combinations .
    Pls guide , how to go to get this resolved .
