BPM Not Using Most Current Object

I've got an interesting problem with a BPM process.
The version being executed in the runtime environment is an "old" version of the BPM process and not the latest version. I've deleted the integration process from integration builder, created a new one of the same name, activated my change lists and flushed the cache. Still the "old" integration process is the one being executed. The newest version never gets used - even after a reboot.
When I look into the graphical overview of the workflow its readily apparent the old version is being used. There are 2 big give-aways, the 4th step in the process is being shown as a container operation - that step was deleted. There's a new IF/THEN branch that doesn't show up in the graphical tool either. That's not the version of the process I see in Integration Builder.
Any thoughts on how we can 'flush' the old BPM process out of the system and force PI to get a fresh copy of the process?

I've never used the "magic wand" to force deployment of an object before. ....but once I tried it, I could see how that's a valuable technique to use when you suspect cache problems. After trying Abhishek's suggestion, I tried your manual activation technique too and find myself at the same spot.
I did some additional research in SAP Notes and came up with two helpful notes:
1143732 - a PI 7.1 Troubleshooting Guide for ccBPM
875657 - Message is assigned to old process instance
I had high hopes for 875657 but it seems to only be relevant when correlations are in effect.
Any other good suggestions?

Lookup SCD Use Most Current not working

Hello Forum,
Can I get some advice on how to set up/configure the Type 2 History Lookup, the ETL guy and I thought by just selecting the "Use the most current record" option, OWB would do it's auto magic and use the dimension key assigned to the row/record that did not have an expiration date attribute populated..... instead the mapping is loading both the dimension key for the previous version of the record (the expried one) and the new version of the record. The data being added to my fact table now has two rows per daily insert instead of one.... not a good thing.
I'm thinking that we need to use the Effective Date somehow in the look-up so that the new items being added to my cube (fact table) are pointed to the new version of my record in our SCDII Dimension.....
what's the trick to setting up the Type2 History Lookup tab?
what does this radion button do then? "Use most current record"?

There are several outstanding issues (bugs) against the SCD Type2 dimension functionality in OWB.
It is possible your issue may be related one of these:
5372855 - Key Lookup on SCD2 - Parent Values are not Returned (Dimension is populated twice)
5845656 - Need Effective Dates For Initial Version and New Version of Records
6017185 - Dimension Operator Property 'Type2 Gap' Not Working
These bugs are scheduled to be fixed in the next major release of OWB as the SCD functionality is being improved/better documented.

I'm installing Flash Player on my Windows 7 64-bit OS using IE 8 32-bit. The installation terminates and the log file contains the following. (Please note, this log file was in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash"). Flash player (32-bit) has been working, but just currently quit working. Advise please.

That's a good question. I may have installed FP 10.1 Beta in many of the attempts to resolve the issue. I've scanned my registry for any reference to Flash and removed anything that remotely resembles Flash Player (of course backing up Registry first). I've run uninstall_flash_player.exe, which doesn't appear to do anything. I've checked logs and there's no reference to Flash Player being installed.
When I go to the link provided ( http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/) I get the messageThe version of Adobe® Flash® Player ActiveX that you are trying to install is not the most current version. Please visit http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer to obtain the latest, most secure version. and when I look at the log (install.log) I see an attempt to install Flash Player. Flash player 11.5.502.149 will not install, states that the version of flash is not the most current

I'm using the runtime (install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe) install for Flash 11.5.502.149 which I just downloaded. I'm trying to install it on a Windows 7 64bit system. When I try to run it the install tells me that the version of flash is not the most current and I should download the most recent version. Accorsing to the site, this is the most recent version. Any thoughts?

By the time I saw this, the OS was corrupt. This isn't going to help me right npw. One very important item, though, for those of us who use the runtime to install, it needs to be modified so that it doesn't look for a newer version of the install before it actually installs. We use Altiris to push this out to our folks and that check causes the installation process to stop. My guess is that it is waiting for a response which will never occur since it is running in a hidden window. I agree that it needs to be updated, but this method is causing significant issues. This was the same problem I found when trying to install an older version of Flash that didn't have the issues with Sysprep that later ones did.
That said, is there a switch for the install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe that will force it to run without checking first? The -install doesn't stop the checking.

I have multiple snapshots of this one. I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player on a Windows7 64bit machine from adobe.com. I keep getting the following error:
The version of Adobe Flash Player ActiveX that you are trying to install is not the most current version. Please visit (adobewebsite) to obtain the latest, most secure version.
This is the message that I am getting from Adobe.com website!
I tried uninstalling multiple times + reinstalling, same error. I tried offline installing, same error (is not the most current version).
Help?

If you decide to Uninstall and Install again, I would use the "executable" which you can download to your Desktop.
Have you previously installed any beta version? I'm sure you know you need to use the 32bit browser since Flash Player
is not supported on the 64bit.
The Anti-Virus/Firewall, Security Settings for IE, Permission requirement are important. Also the necessity of Rebooting twice after the Uninstall for IE, to make sure old files are removed.

1. I was upgrading from Adobe CS5 and based on Adobe's own recommendations I uninstalled all Adobe products prior to installing Adobe Creative Suite. This included not only Adobe CS5 but ALSO FLASH v16.
2. After uninstalling all Adobe products (including Flash 16) I rebooted the computer and installed the latest build generated for Adobe Create Suite.
3. After installing Adobe Create Suite I attempted to reinstall Flash but it will not let me install it.
4. The error received is "The version of Adobe Flash you are attempting to install is not the most current version".
5. Flash is NOT installed and when running the "Is Flash Present" test from Adobe's site the answer is NO.

I keep getting a message to update mozilla, yet it says I'm using most current version. Download has a virus that my computer rejects.

I am running Mozilla 28 and keep getting a message to upgrade to Mozilla 29. When I try to upgrade, my antivirus software rejects it saying it's infected, yet, when I go to Mozilla it says I'm running most current version. How do I stop these messages?

Could you check your download history for the source of the problem file?
Sometimes bad upgrade links are generated by an extension. You can review, disable, and often remove extensions on the Add-ons page. Use either:
* Ctrl+Shift+a
* "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column click Extensions. I suggest disabling anything unrecognized, or which you do not remember installing, or which you do not plan to use for the next 48 hours.
Firefox will provide a link to restart if that is needed in order to make your changes effective.
Any difference?

HT1386 Iphone 5S will not synch with Itunes, even thoug both are using most current updates

I cannot get Itunes to recognize ( synch) with my new iphone 5s. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Itunes, rebooting both the computer and the phone and even wiping and restoring the phone. I've checked the bonjour program is running, Itunes is allowed through my firewall and run the Itunes diagnostics. Could it be because my Ipad has the same apple id? It seems to keep wanting to look for the ipad.

ISync will not use the current .mac password settings

After accidently deleting the main keychain I am trying to use iSync to bring my keychains back in - I have set up iSync before heading out on the road and had it working properly - I have a .mac account and can access it on the web.
When trying to sync - and after making sure the proper password is loaded into the .mac system pref's pane I get this error message
Invalid .Mac Username or Password. Please verify your .Mac Member Name and Password in .Mac System Preferences.
I searched and found one members solution ( reseting keychain) but it did not work for me - anything else I can do?
If I wanted to reload Keychain from my desktop where would the file be located so I could get someone to load it up onto my iDisk and replace what is on my Macbookpro

ITunes 6.0.4 not recognizing most current incarnation of iTunes Music

The contents of my iPod (which is currently unconnected for safety's sake) appears to be reflected in the Music>iTunes>iTunes Music folder. iTunes 6.0.4 seems to be loading an older Library.
Is there a way to re-import this music without needing to either back it up or create a duplicate on the hard drive (or a removable drive)?
I have also thought of simply recovering from iPod, but would need to free up the same amount of space taken by the contents of the iTunes Music folder.

From the Keyboard Shortcuts in the iTunes Help menu:
iPod shortcuts
Prevent iPod from automatically updating when you connect it to your computer
Command-Option as you connect the iPod to your computer (hold the keys down until the iPod appears in the iTunes Source list)
After that you can use Senuti or iPodRip (latest versions on versiontracker.com) to transfer songs and/or playlists back to the iTunes Library.

These are the things iCloud will do (10.7.2 and iOS5 required):
Provide an IMAP email account.
Sync calendars, contacts and bookmarks between Macs and devices.
PhotoStream copies pictures taken on or added to one Mac or device to all the others.
Backs up your iPhone (but not your Mac).
'Find My iPhone'... finds your iPhone.
Syncing of iWork documents between your devices; future third-party programs may include this facility.
'Back to my Mac' - remote access to your Mac.
These are the things iCloud will not do:
Online viewing of photos in PhotoStream (which is purely a conduit and deletes photos from the cloud after 30 days).
Online file storage, website hosting, file sharing, photo gallery or syncing of files other than iWork.
Keychain and other data syncing.
'iTunes in the Cloud' and 'iTunes Match' are signed in for separately (the ID can be different).

IPhone 5 not displaying most current emails

I have 2 Comcast email accounts on my iPhone 5 - work and personal. Personal acct is fine. Work acct only showing emails from July 5th or earlier. Deleted that account and reinstalled, but same problem. Driving me nuts - need my emails while on the road! Suggestions??Thanks!

They said it was an issue with Apple since I have no problems viewing current mail on that account from my laptop. It was fine up until Saturday - was receiving and sending mail from my phone on that account. Now, it won't load/display anything after July 5th.

Flash Pro not using most recent version of Flash player. How to fix?

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
