    BR100 explain all setups steps for modules.
    BOM for each item is not 'setup' but 'Data Management'.

    I would suggest studying the SAP-library documentation. A substantial number of theoretical questions are literally mentioned there.
    There are at least ten questions about SAP-competitor comparisons. For these questions always the answer most favorable for SAP.
    Finally I suggest studying IC WebClient customizing in depth.

    Hello Everyone -
    My client is gearing up to implement R12 Oracle HR(ESS, MSS), Compensation Workbench, Learning Management and iRecruitment. I have few questions around the setup. Please advice your best expert advise.
    1. How do I enable absence management and attaching accrual plans to an employee without implementing Oracle Payroll?. In full HR/Payroll implementation we create elements and define payroll and then only we are able to attach accrual plans to an employee.
    2. How do I enable employee's salary information in Core HR when oracle payroll is not installed? In full HR/Payroll implementation, salary basis is created and salary element is created to hold salary information.
    3. What measures are to be taken in implementing compensation workbench if Oracle Payroll is not installed? Where can I find any setup document like BR100 for
    compensation workbench
    4. What measures are to be taken in implementing learning management if Oracle Payroll is not installed? Where can I find any setup document like BR100 for learning management.
    5. Has anyone installed learning management with the content player provided with the product. Any feedbacks would be highly appreciated.

    This is with regard to AIMs deliverable related documents for PIM/PIMDH. I have AIM 3.0 and in the Application setup Documents, PIM is not listed and BR100 is not available for PIM.
    Can someone help me with BR100 for PIM 12.0 and any other related documents for AIM.

    BR100 document is not there and will not be there. you need to copy paste from admin setup in excel sheet.
    This is the best practice for all Webbased Application in Oracle E-business suite.

  • Does verizon still have a price guarantee if you are within your 14 day return window?

    Hello,
    I bought a RAZR MAXX HD for $299.99 and plan off Verizon's website on 12/13. Phone delivered to my house 12/14 and activated 12/15.
    On 12/18 I notice on Verizon's website that phone is now $249.99. I had heard that as long as you are within your 14-day return window,
    you can get a credit for the price difference. Sounds good!
    Here's where the misery begins:
    - 12/19 I call customer service @ *611 and am told I am SOL. I could return the phone and order again, but
    would be charged a $35 restocking fee.
    - 12/19 Stopped in a Verizon corporate store and was told if I had bought the phone in store they would be
    able to credit my account $50 (and also that they do it all the time). Told me to call *611 and talk and ask
    for Telesales.
    - 12/19 Called *611 again and asked for Telesales. After being transferred about 4 times, gain told I am SOL.
    So, frankly, I've been a Verizon customer for less than a week and am already regretting the decision to switch to them. Why?
    1) I don't think my expectation of getting the lower price within the 14-day return window is unreasonable.
    2) I don't understand why buying the phone off Verizon's website versus buying it in their corporate retail store should make
    a difference in whether they can give me a price difference credit or not. If there is a policy, it should apply across the board
    within Verizon (it's not like I bought this phone at a 3rd party retail store or website.)
    3) I'll also throw this in; I have extensive experience in sales/customer service and when calling other companies service
    learned a long time ago to always ask for names, however, I noticed when being transferred around while asking for Telesales
    almost everyone I spoke to before being transferred again was reluctant to divulge their name when asked for it.
    If anyone has any suggestions and/or if any Verizon customer representatives on here can help out I'd appreciate it. Otherwise
    the clock is ticking on my return window and I might just return it, eat the restocking fee, choose another carrier/phone and
    never consider Verizon for anything ever again.

    I would like to say I bought a Droid Maxx on 10/14 at $299. They then dropped the price to $199 a few days later. I called today 10/21 and said I had bought the phone a week ago and would like to be reimbursed the difference under the price guarantee. It took the lady a little while to get it all set up but she was very cordial and efficient and credited the $100 back to the account. If you are within the 14 day return window they should reimburse the difference. Makes sense for them to do so rather than have a perfectly good brand new phone returned just to buy the same phone.

    What are you going to do about these iPad2 shipping problems, Verizon? Your plastered dates of "3-4 weeks" has passed and we are now in week 5+ with nothing to show for. How is this problem going to be rectified? I'm tired of talking to phone reps that have no information because they can't see store systems, and I'm tired of retail stores that hide the screen and blurt off "it's in the warehouse system, but that's all the information we have right now." **bleep**!? You guys got my money over a month ago. Apple has been back to 2-3 week delivery estimate for at least a week now. I would love an answer. Maybe this board will be more successful than actually talking to you guys in person or over the phone. I would love a response, even if it's through private message or email. I've tried your other routes.

    On yesterday, I was extremely fed up with waiting as I just hit 4 weeks (ordered March 22nd), I told my CSR (in an email) to cancel my stinking order, demanded my money back, called the 800 number three or four times to gripe and complain and I FINALLY GOT SOMEBODY ON THE PHONE that cared enough to actually do something about it!  I'm sure all you have experienced the same thing where the rep on the 800 number is just briefly glancing at the order and then giving the company line.
    I pressed yesterday and told the rep I needed someone that would escalate this and give me answers because there was certainly a Black 32 GB/3G with my name on it and that someone just had to push the right d**m button to match it up with me. Well she placed me on hold for 5 or 6 minutes maybe even longer but it was worth the wait.  She told me that she did not have access to see anything with my order but that she got a floor supervisor because she too was concerned that my wait had been too long (going on 5 weeks on this Tuesday).  The Supervisor did have the magic access and was able to determine that my shipping date is Monday, April 25th and that I'll have it on two days Fedex delivery (April 27th)!!  I felt relieved to hear this and so was the CSR and she told me how excited she was to be able to provide me relevant information!  On Monday, I should finally have a tracking number and hopefully my package will arrive as promised.
    I will gladly return to this forum on Monday evening with an update but I must stress to each of you who were like me languishing on 4 to 5 weeks to make the same call to 877-807-4372 (regional Telesales) number.  Give them your location code and they can tell you which region you ordered from if you ordered by phone.  I live in Texas and my call was handled by the South region for Telesales and their number is 800-256-4646.  Please don't waste your time calling the general Customer Service number (800-922-0204)....you need Telesales and you specifically need your regional team that you ordered from.  Press the CSR to check with a supervisor to gain detail shipping information because it is their beyond the grasp of the CSR!!!
