BT BILLING ERRORS AND LACK

My bill was consistenly around £40 ( check  this my latest is £240 , that is nearly six months worth). I rang in November querying a £110 bill, and was told errors were made in October and I was undercharged but the £110 included a wrong cancellation charge.  On promise that they'd sort it I opted for NETFLIX, first month free. No idea what they did in December, but last week my NETFLIX didn't work, I rang them and got nowhere, then i looked at my bill £240, on it amongst all the errors it said Netflix £0.00 but I would be charged 2 months in February. I have still had no call back from billing or customer service and am still locked out of NETFLIX that they claim they'll charge me for.
HAS TO BE THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD THE EXECUTIVES IN CHARGE OF THOSE DEPARTMENTS NEED TO RESIGN IMMEDIATELY.

    If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

  • Verizon charges its Customers for its billing errors and will not credit 100%. Why?

    Verizon disconnected phones in error (I have 6) and will only credit 50% of the reconnection fee.  This is after the original representative acknowledged the error and issued a credit (but only for the primary line).  In the scheme of things, not much money.....but it ****** me off.  Wonder how many times they get away with this.......

    Verizon uses their system.
    Apple uses their own. You paid an exhobant amount for your iPhone which included visual voicemail. That is the difference.

  • Unknown exporting error and lack of gpu support.

    I'm not sure if these two problems are related.
    When I opened Premiere Pro CC, my video windows were black.  The clips seemed to be playing (there was audio and the histograms still worked) but the video preview was black.  I fixed this problem by going to project setting and changing the renderer to software only.  I was a little disturbed that I had to do this, but it didn't bother me too much because the videos still played back smoothly.
    When I try to export my project (tried with various formats, from within premiere, and from adobe media encoder) the export fails about halfway through.  In Premiere it says there was an unkown error.  In media encoder progress stopped being made, so I eventually closed the program.  I have tried restarting both the programs and my computer, but to no avail.
    It should be noted that during the export from adobe media encoder, my gpu crashed and then immediately restarted itself.  That is what makes me think these two problems are probably related.  Please help.

  • Billing Error and Duplicated Subscription

    Hi.
    It has been impossible to reach Support. I have tried Chat, and Email, but haven`t receive any response. I have been charged twice last month for an Acrobat Pro subscription, and I have 2 susbscriptions (1 pro and 1 standard) that happened because I wanted to downgrade to Standard, but it keeps billing me for both. Now I wanted to upgrade to a Complete Creative Subsciption but now idea of how to do it without duplicating subscriptions.
    Please you attention with these matters.
    1. Refunding me the duplicated charge and the values charged for the Pro subscription (I am unsing standard, as I said I wanted a downgrade but insted I got 2 susbcriptions).
    2. Upgrading my Acrobat Subscription to a Complete Creative (all apps) anually.
    This is very urgent for me.

    Only Apple Account Security could help at this point. You can try calling Apple Support in Canada - you'll have to find one of the several ways, such as Skype, to call an 800 number from outside of the relevant country - and ask for Account Security and see if they can help. Or you can find a friend who speaks Chinese and ask them to help you talk to Apple Support in China. There are really no other options that I know of.
    Note, by the way, that these are user-to-user support forums. You aren't speaking with Apple when you post here.

    I am trying to park document via F-63 - Invoice Parking - General  to park  down payments made to vendor using following details in initial screen for F-63:
    Posting Key_____29
    Account number _1000
    SGL Ind ________A
    after pressing enter key the system prompt error message that is:
    Special G/L transactions not defined for bills/exch.and down pmnts
    Message no. FP030
    Diagnosis
    You have selected a posting key with a special G/L indicator of type 'Bill of exchange', or 'Down payment'. Document parking is not defined for special G/L transactions of the type 'Bill of exchange' or 'Down payment'.
    System Response
    Document parking cannot be carried out.
    Procedure
    Select a different posting key or special G/L indicator. If the posting is a 'One-time posting' to a rent contract, select a different transaction type or post the document directly.
    HOW CAN I PARK DOWN PAYMENT DOCUMENT FOR VENDOR. KINDLY PROVIDE SUITABLE SOLUTION.

    Dear,
    Your special G/L "A" is set as Down Payment/Down Payment request, this is what cause the error.
    To meet your requirement just go to FBKP select special G/L "A" enter your chart of accounts and go into properties, change
    Special G/L transaction types to Others from Payment/Down payment request.
    Advances can be created as Special G/L transaction types Others
    If parking is utmost required by you then according to me you should create two special G/L for Down Payment. New created should be used for parking and default by SAP you can use with functionality like F-47, F-48, F-54.
    System is stopping you because down payment functionality is provided exhaustively in SAP so you should follow that.
    Please analyze the process exhaustively and implement to smoothen your process.

    Then click Edit to the right of Payment Information.

    Nevertheless I normally I would use Contact Customer Care = http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, by clicking through the headlines.

    If you are getting an error message when installing iTunes that Bonjour is not starting, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

    You can try to batch job logs in SM37 and try to understand how it is displaying error/message logs for batch jobs. and try to replicate the same logic, read messages and post it into your custom table.

  • Book Error: "Please review your billing information and approve it."

    Hi, I'm trying to purchase a book I created. It's 34 pages, with as many RAW images. The whole process seems to go fine until the end, when it spits out a dialog saying my account settings have changed, "Please review your billing information and approve it."
    I have erased and reset my account with different credit cards with no change. This is incredibly frustrating, and this is intended as a Christmas present, so I really need to resolve this. I've spent several hours on it already and need some help here in resolving it.

    Success! I figured it out and just got it to go through! The fix was to set my billing preference to "express." It was set to standard, and I kept manually changing it to express in the order to get here faster. Apple might want to make a note of this so their customers don't get frustrated when they try to spend lots of money with Apple. Also, phone support for people struggling and pleading to spend money probably makes good business sense in this economy.
