Business content referring RESB and MBEW tables for MM

Hi Gurus,
I have a requirement where i need to extract data from RESB and MBEW tables.
Is there any business content extractor which takes data from these tables. or the data can be compensated from other tables like EKBE,EKKO,EKPO or MSEG. please let know. Help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll have to use 0CO_PC_ACT_05 (Material Valuation: Prices) for MBEW note that it doesn't support delta.
For RESB you might look at 0PS_COMPONT_ATTR, but I'm not really shure

  • How to identify the source column and source table for a measure

    Does anyone have a query that I can use to positively identify the source column and source table for a cube measure in an SSAS cube?  Visual Studio shows ID, Name, and Source, but it is nearly worthless in a large cube and database.
    Also - the same for a dimension would be great.
    If no query exists for this, can someone please explain how to find the source column/table for a measure and for a dimension?

    DMVs don’t expose the DataSourceView content. AMO is much better suited for object model operations like
    this than the DMVs. PowerShell is also sometimes an option, but in this case C# code would be much easier because analyzing the contents of the DataSourceView is much easier using the .Net DataSet class.

    Reduce Ratio??
    The Ratios are dependent on the Fact Table, and the Dimension table that is modeled for your Cube.
    You cannot change ratio individually, but can set the Line Item Dimension , provided you have only one char object is taking much space and bulky with much percentage, based on your requirement. You can always use fine tuning objects.
    Please be more specific while posting, to get right help from sdn.

    Table Document no (BKPF-BELNR) is link between Material document no (EKBE-BELNR). If you are looking for validating Material reversal document then please use following logic for your requirement.
    Material Document (MBLNR) & Material Document Year (MJAHR). Pass material document (MBLNR) to MSEG-SMBLN to read MSEG-MBLNR with MSEG-MJAHR to MSEG-SJAHR, if record found delete both the documents i.e. MSEG-SMBLN & MSEG-MBLNR (donu2019t consider these documents in the logic) and display Material Document No. (MSEG-MBLNR)

    I double clicked RSDS and TRCS select object and they did not  get the list of datasources and infosources.

    The typical procurement cycle for a service or material consists of the following phases:
    1. Determination of Requirements
    Materials requirements are identified either in the user departments or via materials planning and control. (This can cover both MRP proper and the demand-based approach to inventory control. The regular checking of stock levels of materials defined by master records, use of the order-point method, and forecasting on the basis of past usage are important aspects of the latter.) You can enter purchase requisitions yourself, or they can be generated automatically by the materials planning and control system.
    2. Source Determination
    The Purchasing component helps you identify potential sources of supply based on past orders and existing longer-term purchase agreements. This speeds the process of creating requests for quotation (RFQs), which can be sent to vendors electronically via SAP EDI, if desired.
    3. Vendor Selection and Comparison of Quotations
    The system is capable of simulating pricing scenarios, allowing you to compare a number of different quotations. Rejection letters can be sent automatically.

    The Purchasing system adopts information from the requisition and the quotation to help you create a purchase order.   • Business content 3.30: Datasources not available for installation

    Hello,
    we have recently upgraded our business content from 3.10 to 3.30 in order to get new business content (e.g. datasource 2LIS_13_VDKON - billing item pricing conditions).
    Although the upgrade was successful, the new datasources cannot be found in the Administration Workbench/ Business Content in order to install them.
    Is there something more we should be doing after the upgrade, in order to be able to see the new Business content as available for installation?

    You can not find the datasources in Admin workbench. Datasources can be found in R/3.
    Login to your R/3 system. Go to RSA5. Expand all. Search for your datasource. Click on "Transfer Datasources" icon on tha tab. This installs your datasources on R/3 system.
    Once the installation is complete, login to BW, go to RSA1, "Source Systems" tab, select your source system and 'replicate datasource' by right clicking on it.
    You can install corresponding Infosource from "business content" tab in BW.

  • Difference between Business content of 2004 and 2004s

    Hi all,
    I was looking at the Business Content delivered with BI 2004 (BW 3.5)and BI 2004s (BW 7) for <b>Payroll</b> at the below links. It seemed they are almost the same.
    Can anyone tell me if there is any major difference between the two (specifically for Payroll) in terms of objects delivered with the business content, data flow, data model, cube design etc.

  • Linkage for RSEG and BSIS tables for tax item

    Hi,
    How to find corresponding tax line item in BSIS or BSAS table for a RSEG line item. 
    In case of BSET table I could find the linkage by BSET-TXGRP and RSEG-BUZEI.

    The obvious link I can see is on bukrs/belnr/buzei/mwskz fields.
    All available in all tables.  The company code and accounting document number is normally enough but if there are multiple line items use the buzei fields as well.  The tax field on is MWSKZ. 
    Same on both BSIS/BSAS and RSEG. 
    BSAS is almost the same table as BSIS but has the clearing items as well.

  • Optimization of Join statement between MKPF and MSEG table for improving pe

    Hi All,
    I had a issue where we are executing one custom report and it is getting timed out after 45 minutes. We further executed with trace on and got to the conclusion with the help of BASIS that about 42 minutes of the 45 minutes tracetime are spent by a join over the tables  MKPF en MSEG.
    This join is done by the abap statement:

         AND mseg~matnr = i_list-matnr

    Here, I_LIST comprises of stock for specific period as entered in the selection screen for that particular Material and plant
    LV_INTERVAL is range of all goods receipts for material and gv_last_day_fisc_period is current date.
    During the tracetime this statement was executed  more than 20.000 times, until the transaction timed out.
    The individual executions of this select stmnt  varied (roughly) between 50 and 1200 miliseconds. (depends wheter the requested database block is in the buffercache or must be read from disk).
    The acesspath used to execute the query ( see below) is optimal, given the present indexes.
    Index MSEG~M is covering al the specified selection criteria for  MSEG.
    Index MKPF-0 is used  to search the specified MBLNR criterium in MKPF.
    The  remaining selection criteria MKPF-BLART and MKPF-BLDAT are not indexed, and imho this would also not make sense for this query.
    BLART has only 3 different values n the MKPF table, and the selected value 'WE' has more than 1 million occurences.
    BLDAT is selected with =<20110903, so this is not distinctive as well.
    Can any one suggest some better way to write this query.

  • ODI metadata query to find source and Target table for Interface

    Client is migrating there source from EBS 11.5.10 to R12. They are in ODI BIApps. 7952 version.Since,all there mappings are customized they are not bothering about support from Oracle as far as BIApps is concerned.
    Now,we need to know how many ODI mappings will be impacted when source EBS is migrating from 11.5.10 to R12 and so that we can only target those mappings accordingly.
    So,please provide me with below inputs:
    1) Any metadata query which will give me the source table and target table information's against an interface even-if the main interface source is another interface.
    2) What are the other stuffs I need to look from point of view of mapping changes when the source is upgrading.e.g. only source table change is enough or I need to look into other stuffs.I feel,it is boiling down to create a separate source adapter for R12.
